61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will MemeCoins Fuel the Next Crypto Craze? on: April 26, 2024, 04:55:10 PM
Memecoin had been a significant part of bull run. Last time on the large bull run Ethereum network couldn't keep up with the bull run and congestion on ETH network led to botched pump on altcoins and specially meme tokens. But today, there are many options, Solana the leader of memecoin has been able to easily handle the large number of memecoin transactions and in case they fail, halt or is too congested, the memecoin bull would just shift to base, Ton or BSC and likes. Whatever be the platform, no other coins can give the same momentum as memecoins in the bull run.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still buying altcoins?? on: April 26, 2024, 03:48:31 PM
It seems bulls are busy with Bitcoin only. That's why Bitcoin keep breaking new All time high but most of top altcoins (except a few) Still straggling to cross even Half of their Ath price. So maybe altcoins season might come after btc halving. That's why many people still don't hesitate to collect altcoins. What is your opinion about this matter. Are you still buying anything or will think about it later after halving

Bitcoin sure is a safe and sound investment but bitcoin won't give you x10 profit anytime soon. If you want good money, altcoin it is. Not just every altcoins, a lot of them are scams, halfhearted attempt or technologically obsolete. It's not easy to find the good altcoins but if you research a bit and be right on 50% of your choices, you'd still have a better profit than just holding bitcoins. Diversifying would always be a good idea than putting all your eggs in a basket.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bull rush Memories from the last pump on: April 25, 2024, 03:52:05 PM
Whenever I encounter an event with the potential to enhance my liquidity, it triggers memories of the previous bull run. During that time, my friends and I eagerly participated in such events to boost our trading resources.

We succeeded to accumulate a significant amount of USDT from the incentives offered. In search of more platforms/avenues to earn..Thats why I'm here.. This is a space to learn and share ideas. So I'm open to your notable experiences and suggestions

The memory that remains of the last bull run is how quickly I took the profits on my coin and was for most of the bull watching as a bystander. I was not a novice when it came to trading but I was so into analytical trading that almost all of my signals said it was the time to sell. The moral is when a bull happens no analysis works. Still it's safer to keep taking profits but don't sell all your coins at once. Another way of not regretting a bull is to buy a lot when there's no bull. We are up from the last bear resistance and lower than the ATH. It's a safe time to accumulate.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pepe coin. on: April 25, 2024, 02:36:07 PM
I can't move on while reading OP about Pepe coin made by Mark Zuckerberg. He won't for sure going to involve himself to shitcoin projects.

This article[1] told who's the creator of Pepe coin.

[1] Zachary Testa Identified as Pepe Coin Founder Following Price Crash

Mark Zuckerberg is more interesting. Zachary Testa could be another Craig Wright faking to be the founder of a popular meme coin or is a disguise created by zuck himself.
PEPE coin's logo resembles the people from the planet of zuckerberg and he might have created it as a tribute to his folks. But the bad thing about Mark Zuckerberg creating the Pepe coin is he's too greedy. He might be holding a good amount of coins and manipulating it.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why'AltCoin and related projects mostly been promoted by lower rank memebership? on: April 24, 2024, 04:35:23 PM
I don't know know if it's as a result of not being reputable projects that's why the trends in the forum is not being influenced by higher or respectable memebership ranks in the forum.
Or are the projects just manipulations of having those lower rank accounts active and introduced specifically for meme speculations?
I have a theory that if newbie accounts are shilling about some new altcoin, it's 100% scam. They are either the 5cent army funded by the developer or the developer's own desperate measure to get attention. Whatever be the reason, I don't think they are achieving anything except for some backlinks. Almost all of the members are intelligent enough to research on their own rather than believing a statement by another anonymous user.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu token, is there a future for this? on: April 24, 2024, 02:25:59 PM
Hi guys, I wanted to open up a thread about Shiba Inu token I seek you best opinions here. Is there a future for this? Or it will just remain to the current value it has right now?
Suggestions is open for everybody, and if you have more to add regarding the current market situation that Shiba inu was undergoing through. I do hope your brilliant minds will help me decide for this asset to be added to my bucket list of holdings, despite altcoins was so challenging to hodle for long term investment.

Shiba Inu is the king of meme tokens. There's Dogecoin but it's a different league with its own blockchain. Shiba Inu is to meme coins as Ethereum is to altcoins.
Shiba Inu have had an exceptional growth and is showing good resistance at current price level. Due to the last drop in price, there had been good accumulation of the coin. I don't see any coin replacing or challenging its dominance any time soon. Can't give a time frame but Shiba Inu is here to stay and prosper. you can have a x2 in at most a couple of years if you buy Shiba Inu now at current price.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The rate of abandoned projects on solana on: April 24, 2024, 03:40:34 AM
From my research I found out that Solana is referred to as high-speed blockchain network, but recently, from my experience it has been for entirely different reason, the network has being at the heart of an unprecedented meme coin frenzy.
Several meme coin projects I bought on Solana has rugged me my hard earn money and a lot of projects are succumbing to rug investors and crypto lovers.
Yet Solana Blockchain network is paying insipid attention to it or no process of verifying a real project before launch. They give room for every one to launch on their network where by bringing fake or scam projects onboard. And I begin to think otherwise, if they really don't know about all this scam projects.
I stand to be edify as I'll be looking out for your opinion in this thought.!

There are more than a hundred coins mostly meme coins are launched everyday in solana. 99% of them dies within a year. It's not an exact data but by my experience.
I once tried meme coin hopping and every of my failed sales, the coin are dead by a few months. And it's not as surprising as well. Most of the coins are generated with the plan of single pump and dump.
These coins are generated because they have a demand. If people stops buying such coins, they won't be generating them. It's like those pre-mined coins in the past that were launched like everyday. They might hurt some gullible people financially but they'll weed out without creating much problems.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Bull Run Approaching: Projects to Watch Besides ETH on: April 23, 2024, 04:46:20 PM
Other than ETH, I have high hopes from meme coins. The general Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, Pepe and likes as well the new hotcakes like BOME, MEW and Dogwifhat.
I am also bullish on Solana. Solana would be the prominent tool to carry the success of next bull run. If Solana network holds, the pump would be huge.
I don't have high hopes with NFTs, Metaverse or web3, they are oversold ideas. This time AI based projects might take the lead. And on every bull, exchange and defi tokens generally have a good rise.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasoning before investing can save you from lose on: April 23, 2024, 03:22:16 PM
Some investors are ready to invest on any project they come across just because they really want to make profit and some of this projects are considered to be a scam project which people invest reasonable amount of money. It is very painful when money is invested in this project and they end up becoming a failed one. I think good reasoning before investing will really help investors from losing much money about projects they do not know about much.  Investors needs to ask themselves before investing  "what if I lose my money investing it in this project? I think this question can help  people to invest with the amount they can afford to lose or not to invest at all on project very not sure about.

Investing without any reasoning can just make one to invest without considering the risk and the probability of making lose or making gain from the investment.

When it's about large sum of money you should do extensive research. I've in past experienced loss when my research were superficial. Sometimes the project seem too promising but turned out a cheap copy of something else that don't have the capacity of developing the network as promised and sometimes I bought a good coin but at wrong time. i.e. when it was at its peak. So, by research, you need to have a detailed look about what the progress had been made, how are the price changes from start. Even coinmarketcap chart can be confusing as they make it after they list it while the coin might have been trading for a while.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only1 has raised $5 million to build an OnlyFans clone on Solana on: April 23, 2024, 01:49:29 AM
I was wondering why people haven't done it yet. It makes every sense for crypto based platform to host a site like what onlyfans is now. When it comes of buying and selling intimate times online, people would prefer privacy and crypto could provide them that. Imagine someone seeing your credit card statement and finding Onlyfans payment. With crypto, things would be more anonymous and in control of creators and viewers. Remember the time when Onlyfans threatened to block adult content. There won't be such problems in decentralized platform. Though regulations could be tough to implement but it's better to look for the middle ground between abiding the law and remaining anonymous when it comes to adult content.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is User Base the Biggest Factor in CEXs Growth? on: April 21, 2024, 04:57:21 PM
It suerly is but the users should be organic. Exchanges can attract a lot of users just by distributing $5 each but these users that comes for $5 probably won't again trade on the exchange. User base surely is a metric but the stat that decides which exchange is more popular or is a large one is it's transaction volume. The transaction volume also roughly gives the profit of the exchange. But there's no universal API to get that data and the transaction are reported by the exchanges themselves, so a scam exchange are likely to inflate their data.
Among the top centralized exchanges, binance seem to lead on volume by a big margin followed by Bybit, Upbit, Gate.io, OKX, Bitget, HTX, Coinbase, MEXC, Lbank in Top 10.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your opinion on this on: April 21, 2024, 03:55:05 PM
I was juts scrolling through Binance new and I saw an airdrop from Pepe coin worth over 1 million dollar and I clicked on it to see how I can participate in this amazing airdrop as I read through i saw that this airdrop to participate in it I needed to send them a tip and I was wondering if Binance now promotes scam or if this is ledgit, does anyone have experience with this or should i bail.

I didn't found the news article you mentioned and it have been a month so that could have been buried under posts but in general, what we must understand is Binance news articles are created by normal users like you and me and that has nothing to do with Binance. You can compare it with this forum. There could be too much scam attempts, there are some degree of moderation but it could take time or totally be missed by moderators. Everything you view should be taken in consideration and researched by yourself. Something too good to be true are generally not.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's in For Altcoins after the Halving? on: April 21, 2024, 02:10:12 PM
It has been a good ride for Bitcoin before then halving and now that it is done with, the momentum seems to have gone down, and as we all know, after the Bitcoin Rally, altcoins react to it. Do you think the rally of altcoins will start now or we should continue with our trades like nothing happened?

After the bitcoin halving, the reward per block decreases, it means the profit miners had been making decreases if the price remains the same. Miners would either stop mining or stop selling at current price. This decreases the liquid exchangeable coins making the price rise in long term.
we have seen such thing happens at about six months after halving. So we might need to wait 6 months for the altcoins to follow bitcoin rally. But as the market matures, the trend would be selective and the growth of altcoin too could be largely selective.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will altcoins ever cheap again? on: April 20, 2024, 03:55:32 PM
Now crypto market is growing super faster along with Bitcoin. Altcoins are become so expensive. People who keep waiting to buy altcoins with cheap price during Bitcoin halving, are disappointed cause market is still on up trend. Sometimes little dump is happening but market recovery also done so fastly. So what do you think? Will altcoins ever cheap again? Or you are buying overprice altcoins?

There are new altcoins coming everyday and they are generally cheap when they are new. New promising coins could be a good investment for the future.
As the competition rises, the newer coins with better technology would make older coins obsolete making them fall in price, they won't be a good investment.
There are bull and bear cycles in crypto as well, we at the moment are in a first few stages of a bull, when this bull is going to hit the highest point, a bear would follow, which might or might not led to a cheaper price than we currently have.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much interest do you earn from your USDT? on: April 20, 2024, 02:11:56 PM
The way I stake my USDT might not be as easy as doing it on a centralized exchange but the ROI are much greater.
There are a few platforms with a bit difference on them. The One I use and currently providing good ROI is interport that provide a huge interest over 80% per year for USDT on some network, but the catch they have is there's a 90 days vesting period before the interest you withdraw is useable. That is you can withdraw your deposit, increase or decrease anytime but the interest needs to wait 90 days (1/3 year) to get to your wallet. It's still a good interest rate effectively above 50%.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is investing into pepe coin at this time a wise decision? on: April 20, 2024, 12:11:50 PM
PEPE certainly is a good meme coin to hold on. I currently don't hold PEPE but plan to buy them soon. They have been consistently in high volume and the interest in this coin is rising. I'd suggest you to buy PEPE anytime it dips below $0.000005 as it's generally doing these days. Bitcoin halved a few hours ago and we have a trend of slow market for months after halving. So, the price of PEPE might not go moon within next couple of months which gives enough time to accumulate it as when it starts to bull x4 is a matter of days.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Doge worth investing? on: April 19, 2024, 05:18:24 PM
I think Doge would remain as a coin worth investing till Elon Musk remains popular. I don't know what the relation of Elon have with dogecoin but most  of the time he talks about crypto it's Dogecoin. He's been working to accept Dogecoin payment for Tesla cars. Not Bitcoin or other alts but just Dogecoin. This shows the dedication of him for Dogecoin. Buying Tesla with Dogecoin might not be as huge but imagine what difference it would make if Dogecoin becomes the currency of X.
I believe Dogecoin is safe to buy below 20 cents as it's last all time high was above 60 cents.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you see NFTs heading in the future? on: April 19, 2024, 04:16:22 PM
NFTs as they are know today have no future. No one are going to buy unique hash associated pictures that anyone can generate in any amount. For something unique to have value it must hold some significance. There's a difference between the doodles of pablo picasso and doodles made by me. If people are willing to buy my doodles, I'll make one every hour. NFT still can be a thing as unique identifier for some real product. It's a technology that might have more significance than what we know now. There could be more use cases that may bring them back in significance but the hype for the NFT we know now is dead.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange native tokens Vs Wallet native tokens on: April 19, 2024, 03:32:33 PM
I might have limited knowledge about many of the coins but the success of an exchange token or a wallet token depends on the utility of that coin. Most of the exchange coin model are linked to exchange fees and that's a utility. Larger the number of transactions, more would be demand for the coin. Many of exchange tokens are not only limited to decreasing the trade fee but also have other utility like BNB as a gas for BSC. That makes BNB one of the most successful alts and the most successful exchange tokens. Wallet tokens too might have similar utility but as most people use wallet to just get, store and send coins, the wallet tokens might never be as successful as exchange tokens.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WIF was a good memecoin, any other about to go up? on: April 18, 2024, 05:46:04 PM
If you are looking for a meme coin that has potential to increase multiple times than BOME is what you need. They have all the recipe to get success and rise as one of the prominent memecoin. They are already quite popular but hasn't still achieved that large hike. They are always among the top traded coins and has large accumulations.
If you are looking for something less popular, MEW is another memecoin going through huge accumulation. Other cat based meme like fomcat and flatcat are also getting good attention but I haven't researched about them yet.
