I do applaud the effort that several folks put forth to organize and get on a path that would lead to resolution.
I do want to present a viewpoint/perspective that several of us have that prevents us from jumping in too deep.
In filing a complaint, you have to also give up much of your personal information.  You have to show/prove your investment to "the authorities" and that is an official record that can be used against you.  I just cannot go on record as an investor and the amount - not without a guarantee of results.
I do have many shares - I just wish I would have sold instead of riding it down. - I was really convinced that he was going to figure things out, re-organize and keep the mining and divs going using his own system.
(I could have bought a few italian sports cars with the profits if I had sold - I have more than a handful of shares)

Maybe I am too optimistic, but I want to give him an appropriate amount of time to get his thoughts together and reconcile before more creative measures are explored.

i think that time has been long passed...its been what a year now? think your creative measures are gone...he probably moved away from where ever he was living at the time of this listing

After reading it I'm under the impression that the field trip photos made him resign. He points out that the staff took a flight instead of fixing a database bug.

They were going to a bitcoin show that had been in the planning for weeks.   Also the current status of the database issue isn't know.

Let's face it, dockay's banning was just a matter of time. If not the jet pictures then it would have been something else where his opinion would clash with the CEO's ego. Funny how the ban was justified using the "respect" rule. His post was probably the most respectful way to express that opinion, extra points for ESL. I think we need a clearer definition of respect in HT context.

That is easy to define...if your not ass kissing CEO, your not respectful hehe

It would be awesome to catch this guy. Unfortunately not much happened from the group planning to set up a lawsuit against him.

figured as much would happen...hardly any scammer gets put to justice Sad

hey such ! so i was reading a few of your posts and i know you have hash lets.. is it worth it to buy a legendary and a prime right now? as far as ROI goes? or should i stick with solos and hope that on the 23rd we get a little boost of some sort. I was leading towards legendary because i have a feeling maybe it can be a NO FEE Hashlet

Have you done the math? It is extremely unlikely that you will ROI since you are entering this late in the game. By buying a $50 1MH miner you are just betting that the price of BTC will double or triple in order to ROI. At the current price and payout rate it would take over 200 days to ROI with a Prime. I posted some hard numbers several pages back.

I would recommend just buying the same amount of BTC as you were going to spend at GAW and then holding it until a pre-set price point. Say 50% profit? $330/BTC is a pretty good price point to get in and if BTC keeps going down then GAW miners are worthless anyway.

I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but both of your choices have a very low likelihood of achieving ROI through mining. Buying at $16 or $20 and then selling is the path to ROI at GAW and you are too late. You are not too late for this incredible bear market. It might go back down to test 266, but I doubt it will go lower.

i already have over 10 BTC. And my hands on a good amount of litecoin, vericoin, and doge... i know that mining is no longer profitable .. but what i asking is it a good enough investment to get the prime.. i have placed BTC in my zencloud to give me about 400 HP a day.. which isn't much but its something... i just wanna know if i should buy this legendary hashlet or not.... and when it comes to the primes I'm sure if you dd twice a day as allowed you will eventually ROI.. i use this this stuff as a hobby and never invest anymore than i can care losing..  so  again... will this legendary coin become something that is no more and is wanted.. even if i re sell it for 100 - 120.. i can get it for 66.. but you all bring up great points.. for now i will continue to buy  BTC and just maybe transfer some more to my zenclooud.. this way i can use my hash points to buy more solos..  but you guys are absolutely right,..my friend had the genesis and then we got the email that he was gonna receive a 50 percent boost ( which his payouts still sucked).. so when i heard something was coming for solos i was thinking maybe they would turn all solos to primes.... i dunoo

just like not getting into btc from start, you've missed the boat...I bought some primes n leg. before the price hikes...have i bought any since? nope...just don't see it making ROI in a reasonable time frame...I'd stick to solo's which i have been buying...I highly doubt any of those leg. hashlets are selling..and if they are, then its probably some whale that just wants one for the heck of it...I can't see paying almost 100 bucks for something that makes .0006 or so btc a day lol even after they change it to primes, won't help much but its a free upgrade so i'll take it hehe

i get what your saying.. but would you pay like 70? i guess i should just stick to the solos i guess.. just curious .. is anyone else dumping BTC in zencloud to get HP? I'm watching it closely

sorry to say, but you didn't get what i was saying...or you didn't read my whole reply...so the answer would be a helllll nooo...that is crazy...would ya buy a prime right now for 50? nope, i don't see why anyone would...but if you like to gamble with your money, go for it Smiley and if your hoping the price will go up for leg. keep dreaming...I should start a thread to see the highest paid leg. hashlet sold for....if any sold and i did https://hashtalk.org/topic/10363/anyone-get-a-legendary-hashlet-sold-if-so-what-was-the-price/17

69  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [for sale] In stock SP 10 miners, 1450 gh, 0.8 w/gh (15 units) on: October 07, 2014, 04:10:17 AM
Problem with that price is that s4 @ 2th/s is 1250 just a few bucks more then your price with less power use.

Is still to high, I'm getting ready to order an sp35 or s4.

S4              $1250/2000 gh = 0.625 $/gh and it is likely to explode Chinese rock (0.7 w/gh)

SP35           $3920/6000 gh = 0.653 $/gh in late November with unconfirmed 0.6 w/gh

My proposal  $750/1450 gh = 0.517 $/gh now with confirmed 0.8 w/gh.

while you may be right about other products from china, there hasn't been any claims of bitmains miners exploding Tongue now if we were talking about KNC then i'd say yer dead on Smiley

that said i'll offer .7 btc per unit Grin
70  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] 3 KNC Jups 3th/s and 6x1th/s dragon units in USA Gauging Interest (if any) on: October 06, 2014, 01:31:18 AM
Just wondering if anyone would be interested in buying these? Escrow not a problem...buyer pays fees

1 Oct. Jup 2 mods are 4 vrms and 2 mods are 8 vrms hashes around OC’d at 680gh/s

1 Oct Jup all 4 mods 8 vrms and hashes around OC”d 730gh/s…if you don’t know you can push 8 vrms units farther while still being easy to cool

1 Nov 6 mod unit OC’d around 1.4th/s but 1 module is only alittle wonky…scratched the bottom of the module on something and has some cores off now but still a rock solid unit

all units have been stable for months and been kept around 60c or less, even with oc…extra fans/heatsinks…i do not have these units in the cases anymore, but still have the case if you want them…shipping would be cheaper w/o it thou…I have the modules raised up with some motherboard standoffs for cooling off the bottom of the pcb board…this has helped alot…
I’ll throw in the extra fans and heatsinks for free…and no those little copper heatsinks aren’t cheap :p when your buying like 50 of them…if you want the PSU’s to power them that will be extra an charge for that..

I have 3 EVGA 1300w and 1 1000w courgar psu (i think) powering them all

As for price, I was thinking around 2 months mining ROI sound good? 3th/s right now make 1.32 btc a month x 2 = 2.64 plus shipping I’d say that is a pretty good deal

If you don’t want the cases, It will dramaticlly drop the weigh and save you alot of money on shipping…not kidding here those cases are heavy and i can probably fit all the modules/fans and psu’s if bought into one big box with tons of peanuts/bubble wrap but some assembly will be required, I’ll take the heatsinks off, just to make sure nothing gets damaged in shipping

Pictures available on request

but if nobody wants it no big deal i’ll just keep mining with it, won’t hurt me none, I’ve already made my ROI on it and been in da green for awhile now, just thought someone out there might wanna start mining with it

Also have 6th/s hosted in China…they are 1th/s dragon miners hosting fee is 120 a mth for 4 units and 160 a mth for 2…hosted there for a few months now and the guy is trustworthy hosting them…haven’t had a problem with them, you can also pay 200 to have it shipped to you at anytime if anyone is interested in these as well…1btc each

also have about 75mh/s scrypt miners hosted in canada if anyone is interested in those as well…1 thunder 2 bw’s 3 oc’d blades and 1 fury but idk if i wanna sell those thou, i doubt i’ll get anywhere near ROI for them

unacceptable are you in this mess too...ie Neptune or Titan or both?

me...back in the olden days of march 27th 2014 when KNC was 2 weeks from going from Nun to Porn Star morals wise I got a NO ROI Titan

now taking a loss on a pre-order or alts and bitcoin tanking is one thing...but now it looks like it is a combo doorstop/space heater....ie it plain ass don't work! Sad

anyway...wondering if you are somewhere in this slow leak Titan(ic) lifeboat as well..(kinda of a crowded lifeboat.....don't ya know)

pre-orders...damn I'm stupid (everyone feel free to pile on ..I deserve it!)

sheesh it would be BAD ENOUGH if the Titan worked zippo presto

out of the box and a 10 min install at 300mh....the fact it plain ass don't/won't/can't work or whatever is just kicking me while I'm curled in a little ball

whimpering.....I mean jeez..(looks at BTC price $305 usd....and dropping.....curls back in to ball ...resume whimpering....)

FML

Searing

P.S. Then again I just looked at the bitcoin price on www.coinbase.com ...it is at $284 usd......so all the above is likely moot....must be what it felt like to grand dad
during the great depression ...we are gonna panic bounce down maybe as far as $100 usd .....I see no bottom....others? (curls back up into whimpering ball on floor)

the really sad part is Paul Krugman the economist is now claiming he called it all the time as a scam.......

FML

poor, poor searing...i guess this one time it paid to be poor hehe otherwise i might have been in your situation...good luck to you

Love your posts...But I've been getting my dd payout every day and it is the right amount...they even sent me 2dd payouts I didn't the first couple days it went live...8 more days and I'm fully roi'd Grin good luck to you

Tip though...just iggy bitgeek it's easy that way...he listens to no one if they bad talk gaw

How many mhs do you have?  Are they purchased direct from GAW or were they converted from zencloud hosted machines?

EDIT:

Based on crashoveride5492's post, I went back to examine my history.  Here is the activity record for one of my converted miners (now a prime hashlet) with 2 pools from yesterday to this morning:

Quote
October 1, 2014

Zeus Hurricane X6

ZenPool: 0.00665327 BTC after pool fees (if applicable)

LTC Pool: 0.00169153 BTC after pool fees (if applicable)

Interestingly, LTC Pool and ZenPool have about equal performance yesterday according to the Rates table that GAW publishes:

Quote
LTC Pool   0.00060319 BTC
ZenPool   0.00060319 BTC

So why is the LTC Pool payout for 12 hours lower than 50% of the LTC Pool payout rate shown by GAW?  It should be close to .003 even accounting for pool fees but instead is almost half that.

I would be interested if you could look at your boosted miner acitivity detail and see if there is a similar shorting of payouts on the dd pools.

54mh/s WM converted to prime and bought 3mh/s prime and the free 1.3mh/s prime gift they gave us all rolled into 1 prime @ 59mh/s think they upped the fury ta 2mh/s Cheesy
74  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: October 02, 2014, 07:15:31 PM
Just FYI to those thinking about buying hashlets, my approximately 300 mhs in prime hashlets have been up for sale ever since GAW announced they could be sold.  I also have had 4 Th/s of genesis sha hashlets up for sale.

1) Only 1 very small genesis hashlet sold despite GAW's propoganda that most have been bought back/sold through their scammy setup

2) Primes are still banned from direct p2p sale, and the "buyback" obviously doesn't work

3) There is literally no way to get out once you are in (at least for prime hashlets).

4) I have had several offers at the $25-26 per mhs price for primes.  This shows that there IS a market, and that the price (25-26) is much lower than what GAW would want to see.  If you cannot figure out why GAW is banning sales of primes then you are not very smart.

5) The new games GAW has put in place just do not work.  I have tried to use the "double dip" on all my hashlets that were not for sale, but may daily payout has been constant (within 5%).  Same thing for boosting.  It does not matter much to the end number.  I did get a double dip ONE DAY out of the past week or so since the double dip system was put in place but not since then.  It seems a lot more like GAW every once in a while drops in a few extra mBTC just to make it look like it is working (kind of like Pavlov's experiment which showed that random infrequent rewards worked, it seems GAW follows the same model).

6) Payouts on the zenpool in the early days were indeed 200% of the best multipool.  Since then they have steadily dropped to now, where zenpool and LTCpool are almost always neck and neck - surprisingly so.  It seems GAW realized that by giving 200% returns they were sending up red flags so they ratcheted it down and now have the lottery type games instead.

The whole thing stinks of scam so badly that I cannot believe GAW will exist much longer.  Anyone putting money into them now (esp at $49 per mhs) is worse than a fool, but I appreciate it because only with new fools will us old fools get our money out.

Hopefully the ponzi scheme will continue long enough for me to at least break even.

Is this the new 110 mh/s A2 miner that's selling for under $2000? or the older 80 mh/s model? that can OC to less than 90mh/s?

I'm guessing older

Well whatever works. Tongue

ya doesn't make sense, i've been thinking about over n over and i have no clue why ppl would pay double what they can mine back for hash but i guess whatever i'll take it if they're willing to pay it...helps for diff. rate changes when luck goes to da crapper Tongue

Man people sure do freak when the stats aren't perfect...

Anyway, the double orphaned blocks caused a failsafe and the system is recomputing data and catching up as a result. No worries, as usual.

Hmm slush had a double orphan too...a bug must be going around

And with the hopping...I think it'll help cause nicehash isn't a pool, I'm selling my hash so luck doesn't matter Smiley

Must be getting a lot bad blocks over the last couple of days because my status show a flat line on the maximum reward graph, after 1/2 a day to a day it starts moving up again.

Sad
