Now I don't think if this is the right time to buy altcoins, because they were all increasing. Seems this first quarter is already in the bull run.. bitcoin reached again $40k price, ethereum price reached the all time high, dogecoin pumped because of Elon Musk.. but holding altcoins for long term still good option to make profit in the future.

And when talking about dropping to the 30000 levels, That's good and we have Identified that that level act as a stronger support level. Maybe once or twice BTC price will retest that level and then have a big pump to 50K. There is no such thing of continue upward the market will perform a correction of the price. From the little experience am having after my stop limit have been triggered I won't just jump make another buy order I will definitely wait patiently and see where the coin is heading to or allow the coin to stable or balance first before placing your buy order and I will definitely allow my buy order to be lower than the price that my first stop loss trigger. And after felling my buy order I will definitely set stop lose again because is better to lose 5% of your funds than to lose lose 50%.
This is the right mindset when entering the market we should use a stop loss to avoid further loses. A better move to set stop lose than hitting a big lose of your funds.
