holding coins for a long period of time still have high risk you dont what will happen in a day. What if the coins your holding turned into scam coins, and you still holding them and dont what to sell any of them cause you knew it will recover but unfortunately it is already over. So you lose, so still better to sell them while they have price.

Sell it immediately if you need money or sell it because the token your holding is worthless and do not have any future in the crypto world.

Just checked if your tokens is listed in an exchange cause you cant sell them if they were not in a exchange,  on the other hand even your coins is listed but the buy order is none still you cant sell them.
