61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine potentiality of any Altcoins? on: April 21, 2019, 08:28:27 PM
Project development. If you see that the project is really moving and there is at least some actions on the gitHub, then I think you can already consider this project further. Exactly in this case there will be at least some possibility further.
I'm thinking also about project development and there have to be strong possibilites with the idea behind the projects and if the projects is really good than also it has to beat competitors about mile ahead.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Crypto now? on: April 21, 2019, 08:20:35 PM
Cryptocurrency still a good looking asset to invest in it money, but with stronger fundamentals than 1 year ago (for example), still with better possible ROI than on stock market.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Effects of BCSV, good or bad ? on: April 19, 2019, 06:30:26 PM
The news about the BCHSV will be delisted from Binance resulting in a fall in the BCHSV price, but will it affect the price of the BCHABC? should I invest in BCHABC now?
will the fall in the price of BCHSV pump up the price of BCHABC ?

in my opinion the fall from BitcoinSV will bring more volume and market capitalizations to the real bitcoin mate,
not to the others fork of bitcoin buddy

It will bring more hashrate to Bitcoin or Bitcoin cash network but probably not more volume and capitalization to BTC, some good alts may get these volume from BCHSV.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC defeats the purpose of Crypto. Thoughts anyone? on: April 19, 2019, 06:29:18 PM
From my observations made in the crypto space, KYC is just one of the ways people are trying to make crypto transactions centralized. KYC was the first step introduced to obtain information about people on a particular platform to monitor their activities and also know the amount of crypto coins they have.  KYC is currently the flaw in the crypto space.

But remember that on the DEX you really don't need a KYC process because of the idea which DEX'es have. Then every transaction is not centralized.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty that paid you some good reward on: April 19, 2019, 06:28:02 PM
hey all... it's exactly one year now when market started downward movement due to which many bounty/ico companies were not able to list their token to any exchange. Some even did not bothered to send bounty reward token to bounty participants. I have more then 40 tokens that are not listed to any exchange. This situation forced many participants to stop working on bounty campaigns and find some other way to earn from crypto. What was the last bounty that paid you token and that tokens were listed on good exachange and you were able to earn 1-2 ETH / 0.1 to 0.2 BTC or any small amount.

My previuos good bounty campaign was Shivom. This project has no analogues and it collected hard cap in just 4 weeks.
I earned about 54k tokens (~2700 $), but now the price has dropped several times.

Any other good bounty campaigns in which you take part in? Because I'm interested what is the trend of the bounties right now on bitcointalk.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to distinguish between good and bad projects on: April 16, 2019, 10:52:28 PM
First thing to do: Look at the team. Check if any of them has experience in the blockchain development. After that, read the whitepaper. Does it sound doable? and finally answer the question: Does it really need a blockchain?
In my opinion first thing or second because it is still important is a place where the project/team is operating, those in Switzerland, Malta etc. are going to have more advantages in future in legal terms.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The crypto market is improving and green. on: April 16, 2019, 10:50:46 PM
The nice thing happened today, bitcoin has reached $ 4750 and I'm sure it won't drop below $ 4000 anymore, this is a big sign that the market is soon a bull run, continuing to buy is a good and profitable option.
lol, how do you know the price of bitcoin can't fall again? You have to know all the possibilities of this bitcoin price movement can happen, maybe tomorrow will dump again and maybe tomorrow there will be a higher pump, no one knows what will happen with the price of bitcoin tomorrow.
He probably is over-reacting whole market bounce and thinking of this like a beginning of a new bull run  Undecided Some dump still possible and in play - I agree with that.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Name Some Quality Exchanges? on: April 14, 2019, 09:20:25 PM
I have got 3 favourite - Binance in first place (like probably many people here), Kucoin (good exchange token and many altcoins), COSS (not bad exchange token and growing volume of this exchange)
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STO vs ICO - FIGHT! on: April 14, 2019, 09:16:22 PM
More and more projects will be looking to start STO rather than ICO - too much advantages, if you really want to work on your product, also there will be more capabilities in terms of raising more money from people.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops on: April 13, 2019, 08:32:21 PM
Are there any good airdrops?

I know there is,
Tron
Pundi
Mithril
Subtratum
It's hard to find a good airdrops like that right now, there are always many new airdrops everyday but the sad is most of them are not good. I know it's easy to get that airdrop but the problem is you can't sell the tokens. So the airdrops token become useless in your wallet.
We just need to keep participating in them since it is quite difficult now to get one that we can be sure of if its good or not, at least airdrops are less quite stressful than bounty and it doesn’t require much time and commitment, out of 100 airdrops, I am sure we will still get 40 of them that will be good.

It is better to try, than not to try at all, if we don’t try, how can we know the ones that are good because we can’t still be researching so hard on airdrops again, but the only comma I see in this is the KYC, if one is to start submitting KYC for all these, would it not be tiring and quite risky, because I have heard in many places that KYC is also included in airdrops requirements.

There have to be economical sense in terms of filling KYC details and proceed through KYC verification because in my opinion there is no sense in filling KYC for a small airdrop with a project that is fresh on the market.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is still productive on: April 13, 2019, 08:26:27 PM
Altcoins are not dead for me and for many traders out there,in fact we earn more trading altcoins rather than bitcons(in my case).I seriously loss alot in trading bitcoins, plus the fact that you can do short trades on altcoins and make profit every minute which you cant do on bitcoin specially if you dont have big funds

Altcoins market is really growing even bigger than bitcoin in terms on fundamentals, so we will see many gains in the next positive market period.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you look for when investing in new projects? on: April 11, 2019, 08:16:06 PM
As the title says.

I have been interested in cryptocurrency for a long time, but only invested in a few coins like Dogecoin, Bitcoin and Litecoin.

But what do you look for when you search for new projects to invest in?
Algorithms?
Products/Services?
Utilities?

Tell me what you do, I really want to see how others pick projects to support and invest in.

Mainly what I'm looking for is value/profit of the projects (which is possible/ are how much is right now), place and capabilities of that.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the roller coaster repeat? on: April 11, 2019, 08:07:06 PM
What do you think will happen in 2017? When it was possible to receive 1000% in a few days ...
Do you mean, we will got another bull run like in 2017?

I'm sure there will be some days where we can achieve that, but not in the near future. Coins are popping out everyday, which make it hard to make every coin gain 1000%.
He need to say more about what is the main question of this post. But most probably he was asking about rollercoaster with big gains of altcoins and some big red days also.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why new Projects? on: April 11, 2019, 08:04:38 PM
People tend to feel like they are better than others and the same thing is about the ideas behind the project and working products (if they really are) so they're making new projects and want to push the working product further.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOS are no different from ICO tricks; just an upgrade on: April 11, 2019, 08:01:01 PM
the only difference i find between ico and ieo is that, ieos are thoroughly vetted by binance or bittrex, less chances of getting scammed. other than that they are same as ico. anyway i dont buy into these overhyped shits.
If you like it or not, these type of projects will be probably something bigger in future and many of them (better ones) is going to give very good ROI for investors.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the roller coaster repeat? on: April 06, 2019, 11:16:38 PM
It’s good to be very hopeful
But as a newbie I recommend patience and guile learning of knowledge on crypto currency trading
Don’t Harry into buying green candles
I really like your perspective because there is too many folks right here thinking about new big gainers like there was in the end of 2017.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hard Cap on: April 06, 2019, 11:15:10 PM
Is it normal that an ICO has a Hard Cap of 72 million dollar? And as of now I cant find the total supply of the coin so that I can compute the total supply and the value per coin, and I guess they should also put the total supply in their site. What do you think?
Okay, but can you please explain me why the title of this subject is 'Bounty hard cap'? Do you want to start discussion about possible peg to bounty supply in terms of hardcap ?
78  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin now a stable coin? on: April 06, 2019, 11:13:23 PM
There is the reason why people created stable coins and one of the reasons for that was that Bitcoin wasn't stable in terms of price, so can we just shut down this discussion and start more important one?
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When bullrun comes on: April 05, 2019, 06:47:01 PM
Bull run is coming on the way,we can see the green trend since the beginning of this year so hoping that bullish trend just yet to begin.
The bull run has commence!  However it will not go up one time.  It is going to be a process that may take from now till 2021. We are going to have more of the bullish trend than bear any moment from now and we should expect more funds to flow into cryptocurrencies market.
In my honest opinion it is too early to say if it is come or will be in this year even. Don't know why 2 days with big green candles crushing the whole bear market in peoples minds!?
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you ready to invest now? on: April 05, 2019, 06:45:20 PM
I'm not only ready, but also investing, there are many new interesting projects that are quite cheap now. And the old projects worthy of attention, they have lost a lot from ATH, so investing in them seems attractive. My answer is yes.

Everybody who decided to hold into their assets lost many from ATH price point perspective, you have to remember to be patient and to know how to find your mistakes done.
