В наших Телеграм каналах (русском или английском) мы обычно довольно быстро отвечаем.

Биттрекс поменяли юрисдикцию с Американской на Лихтенштейн, и все предыдущие легальные заключения (legal opinions) что наш токен не security, стали недействительные, нужно делать новое с адвокатами с Лихта. Мы этот факт к сожалению пропустили, так как сообщения об этом нам попали в спам и мы их нашли только когда торги Wings остановились.

Сейчас говорим с адвокатами, это берет время так как хотим уже добавить туда новый utility что будет в DeFi продукте.

My apologies for ignoring this thread for some time, we been very busy during the last few months pivoting Wings.

I will refer to some questions raised here, and will try to be more present here, at least until we decide it's a time to bring aboard a proper community manager again.


Have you seen the Wings beta on https://www.wings.ai? Despite launching it into nearly an absolute ICO market decimation, it's still one of the most accomplished DApps out there.

I do agree about that a complete change is needed, and this what we been doing during the most of 2019.


We believe that the era of "infrastructure" projects is over for now. No one needs another "Ethereum" which does not brings much value while compared to the original one already taking most of the market.
The goal is launching products that will have mainstream users from day one, rather than hoping someone will build something that will attract them.
As per abandoning ship, we have said multiple times we in this story to the end, and so far I believe our track record shows this.


I agree we could have been more public in our reports, yet it's important to understand we basically had to search for new direction after the ICO markets have nearly dried up, and posting this search would look completely unprofessional (at my eyes at least). Now that we have locked on the concept and seen there is possible product-market fit, we can start publishing more information.


More correctly we will launch a new DeFi product, while allowing all Wings holders to swap their tokens into the new one with a new utility embedded.

There were issues with front-end, which have been resolved in the same day, with users receiving a support on this. Due to Wings DApp being decentralized, the Wings team is not able to "lock" anyones tokens.

The R&D office and team management was under the responsibility of an Ukranian oursouce HR company, who has moved the office without prior consultation with Wings. Moreover, the same company fired the QA on his birthday, which we indeed found problematic and we apologized to him on their behalf. As the HR company was not able to provide the required employees, the relation with that company was terminated.

The second office is responsible for creation and posting of new projects, and up to this very moment is active and posting new content. The LinkedIn link posted above is of a person who decided to look for new work. Over the last 2 years Wings had to say goodbye to a number of employees, all of which have eventually been replaced; We are constantly looking for employees that match our culture and have a real passion to build things.


While it is true that some of the staff was either let go as they could not produce the desired timely or quality results, or decided to move onwards (including the persons you write about). We wish them best of luck in their future endeavours.

The remaining personal is working on Wings R&D and we are constantly looking to hire high quality people.


Beam has a solid founding team behind it. 2 Wings team members are advising during their free time. As the team has witnessed the extremely effective development process of Beam (from 0 to full blockchain in 9 months), they became eager to implement some of same processes in Wings, in order to accelerate project performance.

Wings team members have brought over 40 quality projects to Wings in the past 2 years. Due to general ICO market slowdown, the Wings team is actively researching new directions to take the software towards.


-A team member compared the speed and efficiency of Beam R&D and processes team vs. Wings processes, and found Beam to be more efficient. The same team member mentioned during a team call that he wished for the Wings R&D team to be adopt some of the existing processes from Beam, in order to enhance the development efficiency.

- The problem with public communication and community engagement is known and acknowledged, and the Wings team is working to improve in the nearest time.

- We would like to clarify that there are no bugs in smart contracts, there are issues in the Front-End which are being resolved (as it was resolved on Friday for example). The team members which are responsible for these issues being released to mainnet are no longer part of the team.

- Binance has asked for periodic updates, which they have received from the team; The Binance team has not reached out requesting a new update prior to the announcement.

- The team was not aware of Binance upcoming delisting announcement, and certainly has not taken any part in any "pumps".

- The team and the software has generated value to the crypto ecosystem during the last years, allowing the community to forecast on various ICO's potential value. DAO is one of the planned features, however as right now there are no successful, widely used DAO DApps, this feature is pending.

Kiev R&D office was discontinued some time ago indeed, as it was hard to find the necessary developers on the target budget.  We were hoping we could expand our front end and QA capabilities in Kiev, however it didn’t work out.


During the past month the St. Pet. office has been re-organized, following lessons of 2018, in an attempt to increase development efficiency and save costs; We will see the results of this reorganization in the next few months;


Some of team members have advised projects (mainly in order to bring them to the Wings platform), as it was always since 2016; this was always public knowledge;


The office is absolutely not being shut down, some people are let go while new ones are being hired in order to increase efficiency. De-listing from Binance is a suprising and unfortunate event, yet Wings is going full speed ahead
