If you are experiencing problems with Bitterx trading your two coins, you should quit it. You said you have two options--upbit and livecoin exchanges. Then you can shift your coins to these exchanges. I have used both of the exchanges. Upbit and livecoin are both good and amazing exchanges. But if you find your coins shit, you can sell off them.

I do gamble many times already then my weird experience is in dice game like when i bet i accidentally click three times like i bet all of my btc because of my phone that get busy or very slow then win in the end but i feel really nervous in that time and i don't like that so now everytime i bet in different gambling site i do check if this is fast or if this is easy to access

It's true we shouldn't judge too early about new ICOs. But 99% from them are only fake scam ICO, only 1 % is the real ICO which will develop their product and then investors feel happy. I don't say because of falling price it means a scam ICO, it turned to a scam ICO when they have collected money but do nothing with their own project.

From 2018 to now, many ICO projects raised the hardcap but they did nothing in development. Rather many low cap projects did far better than that hard cap reached projects. The Online ICO, Cryptassist ICO, Shivom, and many more projects raised the hardcap last year, in CMC, you can see that they don't have even 100K USD trading volume, no development in the core zone!
All of those ICOs you said are fake and scam ICOs. The are scamming their investor and bounty hunter by collected investor's money and do nothing with their project. Even though they have paid their bounty hunter, it's still worthless since the price is far below than their ICO price |

That's why many people are complaining about the companies that are not paying bounties to the hunters. Even though we research a lot about the bounty, but after raising enough they just cheat both the investors and as well as the promoters. Till now so many people have experienced this even after working four-month time they will not get paid for the work they do.
It's not always dev's fault. People who joined on ICO or IEO should be known the risk when joining their bounty. The worst is you don't get paid since they didn't use escrow the bounty funds. The only solution for this, don't join if you aren't ready to not getting paid |
