Но как только отключают свет, понятно, что причина в тупизне каклов. Ниче страшного, скоро таких недоразумений не станет совсем. Та ладно! При Украине веерные отключения были только в 90х. Юлька добралась до власти и больше веерных отключений не было. Да и с водой при Украине был порядок. таким образом можно очень много узнать, вот только не нового, а из альтернативной реальности.
