I only join the twitter campaign though  and hey few coins are still coins lol how do i claim them when i didn't create an ICONOMI ICO account. This was my first ICO.. and i have one regret.. why didn't I buy more during ICO   now the Cat/Mouse game will begin to hunt for dumped bounty tokens  and you will probably be able to buy below ico price. Bounties are always dumped. @topic any news about the first exchange to list ICN? probably bittrex, right? not yet. my predict it is probably bittrex. just waiting announce few more days. my question wasn't actually answered... will we still receive dividends if don't withdraw out Iconomi tokens from the ICO platform? Does anyone know?
the ETH address you give Iconomi.net will be the one recieving everything, unless you transfer the ICN to another ETH address, then it gets the dividends... The dividends follow the tokens, wherever ETH address they go to, including exchange accounts... who tend to keep many tokens in cold storage, so keep that in mind at dividend time. So the exchanges can potentially keep the dividends? That's not good for trading, because who's going to want to keep their coins at an exchange. That would actually be a pretty good news for the tokens' worth if everyone just hodls them.  Anyways, I think exchanges are going to figure out a way of splitting the dividends to ICN token holders. Definitely doable, just look at what they did with the ETC distribution to ETH holders. |

Im interested in investing a small amount in ICN
but i will wait the last hour to send
i have no fear of the early investors, i don't think price will be under ICO level for weeks
If you're going to invest might as well do it now. If a big whale decides to invest and pushes it over the cap, then the ICO ends right then and there. Valid point.  Seems like we're going to 21k after all !  |

OK, I'm confused. ICONOMI has been very successful and has now gone over the 10,000 BTC mark. Does this mean we are all now going to get both ICN and ICNX tokens, with the ICNX tokens being paid for by all donations over 10,000 BTC?
I don't think so. IMO, we won't get ICNX tokens for investing in the ICO, but ICN tokens will : The platform itself is investing into its own performance.fund product, which means each ICN will also own a part of the fund on top of a part of the platform, hence making each ICN token worth more. Of what I have been reading the excess funds will be put into the performance fund. So for example if they get 12000 BTC the 2000BTC will be running for the performance.index and we get 20% of the ROI in dividends. Yup. Leads to an interesting question though : who decides what happens to the ROI of this platform-owned ICNX ? Does the ROI turn into dividends or does it have to stay on the fund to sustain growth ? No way to vote for this AFAIK, whitepapers mentioned the only possible vote by token holders would be for changing the service operator. There's 2 funds to begin with: iconomi.index - tracks the ICNX index - takes around a 2% management fee (fee not yet set in stone) - freely tradeable tokens on exchanges iconomi.performance - invests into new ICOs - takes around a 20% performance fee (fee not yet set in stone) - private fund which does not have tradeable tokens (only a "investment process" and "redemption process") <-------------- This is the fund they said excess BTC is going into Hmm I see. Thanks. That explains a lot. So that means ROI of the platform-owned tokens of the performance.fund will be paid in dividends no matter what ? Seems like I have a lot of homework to do on ETFs now.. Another question : Does this debit a holder's ICN account or their ICNX account?

I'm also confused on how exactly the debit card works. For example if I make a $1000 swipe, what is happening behind the scenes? It was mentioned they would just put a sell order on some of your assets for $1000. Now wht happens if the order isn't fulfilled ? |

There are types of fund--CTF AND CMF, there is only one type of token-ICN
But I want to only buy CTF, is it possible?
Because I don't want to track the news of so many coins.
If I buy CTF, It means I buy a bucket of coins.

Is this true? or just a random joke because the total investment now is ~5.5 million dollars. From what I saw today 1 ICN costs 0.000085 BTC, what do you think guys will the price be after the ICO? It's some random joke. JK means "Just Kidding" There is a EUR 200K whale though, which is about 400 BTC... I think ICO will close at around USD 6M, which would mean 1 ICN would be worth USD 0.06 or about 0.00001 BTC. How do you know there is euro 200k whale? It's on ICONOMI's very own video proof for EUR deposits : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nl8aweoeQeoone 200K guy, a couple 100K ones, several 50K, and afterwards some 30K, 20K and a shitload of 10K deposits. What's the threshold of investment for us to receive said debit card?
Good question mate. there must be minimum investment requirement but i don't know the amount. waiting for the answer from someone No threshold to be eligible for the card, AFAIK, it's free. The minimum amount invested is for the free shipping costs, and no official amount was communicated by the team yet. I read 2 BTC somewhere, but it's not decided yet. Not only free shipping but special design they said and maybe some other perks? Two different things. Special design is for all ICO investors. Apparently, it will read "ICONOMI founders' club". Free shipping comes with a threshold though. |
