Yesterday I wanted to buy 100,000 units of some coin at the last rate in the exchange because I wanted it urgently. However, I could only get 18,000 units on the spot. More than 24 hrs later, my order is yet to be filled. Meanwhile the coin has gone up 400%. How frustrating! Now my question is... 1. Will the remaining order be filled at the old rate or the new rate? 2. Do all the exchanges operate like this? 3.
