volitality would be absorbed by the vendor whether it be Gov Link CoinBase or BitPay or a combination of thereof. I doubt that Pittsburgh would hold a BTC position (at least initially). They won't expose themselves to price volatility. They will be using the Bitcoin Payment Network and won't be holding the bitcoin token. BC

LOL! Yes The City of Pittsburgh gonna corner the Freicoin market. No plans for Bitcoin though. Maybe DarkCoin. LOL. name the coin. They have a fiduciary responsibility and the most robust coin is Bitcoin. The only other possible digital currency would be Ripple and that's a long shot.

What other digital currency could they possibly be talking about? Name one. They might just as well release their own coins. Might as well but it does not appear to be their intent as mentioned in the article. they use the phrase "accept digital currency" not "issue digital currency"
