I've had the Black CN package for a month (using it with Kodi with an STB emulator plugin) and I very rarely see buffering or stopping. Apparently it's even better through a MAGbox.
Why don't you take a free trial and see how that works out for you first?

Rather patient seller, and services seem to work all of the times. Responses tend to be a bit slow though, and I believe I have complaint about that in the past as well. As a regular customer, it can be a tad infuriating at times.
