Hi videocards HD77xx series supported?
Yes, these are fine.

Strange things are happening tonight... I learnt a new word! Obfuscation - Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ObfuscationObfuscation is the obscuring of intended meaning in communication, making the message confusing, willfully ambiguous, or harder to understand.

So guys, after this latest miner development and celebration, how much per day? Plenty of free chairs available if you need some time to calculate, music already stopped yesterday. How much? ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Not alot! Is it even worth it now?

https://community.amd.com/thread/195845Correct Answer by waltc on 25-Jan-2016 09:19 Good luck...I had this same problem years ago but I cannot for the life of me remember how I got out of it... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) If it comes to me I'll post it.... You could also try another card that you have already verified...wait...neurons are firing and crackling & something's coming back (amazing feat at my age)....check out your system devices and make sure all of those look right...specifically check your PCI bus driver to make sure the AMD drivers are correctly installed...also take a look at your AMD SmBus drivers...some of these you might try uninstalling (not permanently) and manually updating...I'm fairly certain that it was one of these drivers being incorrectly installed that was the fault of my code 43 error...You might want to play around with them all just to see... Edit: I just checked my own PCI bus driver and discovered that it was a 2014 driver which I replaced with the 8/2015 driver found in the Crimson 16.1 folder...

I think this falls into the same category as an ANTMINER or ASICs in general, you won't be able to upgrade the unit so will have to sell it.

Agreed it could also be a PSU problem but I did have a PSU with a single 18A rail which was fine for 2 x RX 480 GPU. As he mentioned he has used 2 power supplies one to power each card... The problem is " Unsupported Overdrive version 7" which I believe is a registry issue. Restart in safe modeUse the Shift + Restart combination. Another way of getting into Safe Mode in Windows 10 is to use the Shift + Restart combination. Open the Start menu and click or tap on the Power button. Then, while keeping the Shift key pressed, click or tap on Restart. DDUThe link is here... http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

This sounds like it is a driver issue! Remove in safe mode and re-install as administrator.
Reboot.
After that go to AMD Radeon Settings and disable crossfire if activated.

What power supply, wattage?

Anyone mining with AMD Radeon RX 460 ?? The AMD Radeon RX 460 unlocking process involves nothing more than a simple firmware update and can result in a performance upgrade of 12.5%. The Radeon RX 460 is considered a solid choice in terms of price/performance. It comes by default with 56 TMU and 896 Stream Processors in the form of the Polaris 11 GPU architecture. Here’s how to get an additional 8 TMUs and 128 Stream Processors. I've been following the thread and this is actually a relatively cheap unit even with the supplied PSU, it would definitely be good for someone starting out.

In new version will up speed? Or it's all?
I'm guessing there is still a 30% total untapped potential in the hash rates / miner if I go by the power usage. Ethereum+Dec or other 100% GPU taxing software uses about 30% more energy when I measure it using my Killawatt, vs the Claymore v9.x miners. Load on the memory controller for an RX480 is around 64% with -i 4, I think there is potential for another 10-20% speedup.

When i'm mining on flypool eu the 290x shows in my rigs 320h/s and about 1,5% rejects but also like the others on the forum i get less profit then i should need to have on day payouts. Now i was trying to go to dwarfpool eu but when the miner begins i get 70% reject and on supernova eu i see in the miner that i get 30% rejects ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) i was mining 10minutes each. Do i need to undervolt my card to mine on dwarfpool or supernova? I'm now back on flypool for the moment. I've just switched to https://zec.suprnova.cc for the last hour 0% rejected shares, the difficulty is all over the place admittedly but it seems to be paying better than http://zcash.flypool.orgIt could just be the pool luck is high at the moment, but it seems to be going well, we will see!

Simple answer is your'e easily talking $2000 with an estimated ROI of 12 months providing current prices stay the same. It is profitable to mine if you have free or relatively cheap electricity. You will have to calculate everything yourself, and if you really don't know anything about mining do some research first.

That's a good 480, the best is the XFX RX480 GTR The GTR has a higher quality cooler, and has a custom PCB. It will overclock a little better and run cooler, but not the end of the world of you have the RS model. Personally I would buy a RX470, that being said I do like the 480's so that's what I got.
|
|
|
You will need to do some calculations, so weigh up the cost of a GPU, the RX470 is good. Calculate hashing power of the card with this link http://www.mininghwcomparison.com/Calculate overall power consumption of your system. Check how much you can earn a day by visiting www.whattomine.comIf your comfortable with the time you will ROI make a purchase. It's a slow process and if you are not going to invest 1000's of dollars your earnings will be low.

That pool isn't coded into the miner and probably won't be as it's a solo pool.
