61  Other / Archival / Re: Earning "free" bitcoins on: February 23, 2017, 08:29:54 PM
I think the era of free Bitcoin is far behind us, even to get good amount from Faucet is very tasking, you can get decent amount from signature and social media campaign if you are not a spammer and also if you have a good skill in any area in demand in this forum you can put it in service area just make sure you emphasis on using  Escrow
In the begging of the bitcoin faucets were giving much and it was fine, but the price kept going higher and higher and that made faucet not a profitable thing because the amount that they give is no longer worth the time spent on them, so like said there are no ways to earn free bitcoin the only way is to work hard for it.

Before people also thought it's not profitable, like what I'm  gonna do with only 0.01 bitcoin? If you now win 200 satoshi per hour claiming just 1 faucet, who say it wont be worth couple $ in a few years?
62  Other / Off-topic / Re: Learning a new language on: February 23, 2017, 08:25:46 PM
Best way is to practice as much as you can. Better if you can go to homecountry of the language at least for a few months. And for vocabulary, there are good online applications like memrise. You can memorise many common words using those applications.
For language learning you have to live in the country in which the language is used. I think that in order to freely talk will take a year. But honestly say that I have a friend who lives already 15 years in America and still not learned English.

Im wondering what that friend does in life, maybe he live in the woods. With basic human intercourse, going to store, talking to cashier, going to work, football game, watching tv... You should be able to learn English in a year. I know dialect can be problem depending on where he come from, but still...
63  Other / Off-topic / Re: if you could live anywhere on: February 23, 2017, 08:17:03 PM
if i could live anywhere i would choose an isolated place in the mountains .. in the beautiful nature .. with my wife and kids i would just hunt and we all gather around campfire .. *-*
My wife often voiced the idea to go to live far away from civilization, in the mountains or in the woods. But it seems to me that we can not get rid of us from the city.

I also talked about it with wife. Problem is when you get older, doctor can be too far away when you need it. I was hiking one year with my wife on Paklenica in Croatia, where we stayed 1 night at a house that old husband and wife rent for tourist. Its really far away from main road, you can only get there by foot or with helicopter. Old woman was somewhere around 70 years old, and havent been to town for last 10 years. Her husband goes once a week to town to get suplies and medicine, with a donkey to help him carry.
64  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: February 23, 2017, 08:11:21 PM
Anyway, keep walking..

I have a suggestion for the sake of users. I strongly believe everyone agree with me on this.
At the moment any kind of bonuses is valid 24 hours after redemption - free BTC, lottery tickets or reward points.

What do i mean?
For me, presumably for every user, will be much better those bonuses to be valid for 12 hours, but at doubled stakes.

24-hours period is very long and nobody could use all 24 rolls effectively.
Contrary to this, a 12-hours period will be much more suitable for the regular user, who could not be able to utilize all 24 rolls round the clock.

Let's hope the admin of freebitco.in shall consider this proposal for the user's sake...

Sounds like a good idea, I tried to get as much RP that way, I think most I managed is 14 rolls in a day, not so much above brake even point. But then again, we must consider profitability to wetsuit in that case.
65  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 23, 2017, 08:04:33 PM
And if you have only one such device and it breaks, could you buy a new device and use it to restore the keys? If this is not possible, then we are basically back to square one, i.e. having the wallet irreparably broken effectively means that you lose your coins

I think you didn't really understood what I meant when I said that it's adviced to have 2 Trezor devices. In case of one device getting corrupted (breaks), then you will have to other (clean) Trezor device, which you can use to restore the keys from the corrupted device so you won't lose anything. That's the purpose of the recovery seed. If you just have one device, you must buy yourself a new one in case your device corrupts. If you just have the recovery seed, but no device, then there is no way you can recover your keys, and thus you have nothing. Having a second device as backup is recommended for that reason.

Not sure for Trezor, but you can recover your Ledger wallet without second device. So lets say you lose your hardware, and still have recovery sheet. You can recover it with software wallet, there is couple of them that are compatible, like Mycelium.

67  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do people become vegan? on: February 22, 2017, 08:06:17 PM
Okay, I can somewhat understand vegetarians, although man was eating animals as soon they learned to hunt and scavenge, but its best to avoid getting into discussion with them, they can be rather radical Cheesy. But vegans... Really cant think of any good reason to become one, except to torture myself. Even now as carnivore I have problems thinking of my next meal and how and what to prepare. With less choices I would be hungry all the time probably.
68  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: February 22, 2017, 07:54:08 PM
My ways to earn bitcoin are doing tasks daily in signature campaign. Trade altcoins in any exchange, and playing also dice in a gambling site. These are the ways how I earn bitcoin daily.

I never figured out how you can make money on dice. Only way is to double your bet on lose, or something similar, but believe me I personally witnessed losing 20 times in a row. Starting with only 1 satoshi, its more then 500k you make on 1 bet.
69  Other / Politics & Society / Re: EU is the Nazi 4th Reich on: February 22, 2017, 07:49:42 PM
I dont think Nazi's are very happy with immigrants, and certainly not allies with them. Although Hitler was "friendly" with muslims in WWII, now they are bigger threat to Europe then Jews, so Nazi's would focus more on them, as you see from all the right winged politicians and their speeches, mostly they are focused on muslim immigrants.

Muslims were among the biggest supporters of Hitler during the Holocaust. They not only supported the extermination of the Jews, but they were also very enthusiastic about the genocide of the Slavs (especially in the Balkans).

In the Balkans muslim cooperated with NDH (Independent country of Croatia) which was proHitler army and state. Not sure on what Slavs you mean, NDH was following Hitlers policy, genocide over Jews, romani (gypsies) and Serbs.
70  Other / Politics & Society / Re: EU is the Nazi 4th Reich on: February 21, 2017, 08:06:46 PM
This guy makes a good case, the EU is clearly run by a bunch of Nazis. People are jailed for what they say on Facebook, the politicians are using immigrants to balkanize the EU populace and now Angela Merkel even wants to create an EU army.

Fortunately these Nazi politicians will go broke due to financial crisis and be removed from office before their twisted ideas come to fruition.

And they are using anti-semitic immigrants as their proxy Nazi army to terrorize Jewish people in Europe.

They are constantly vandalizing and attacking synagogues.

http://www.christianpost.com/news/netanyahu-urges-mass-immigration-of-jews-to-israel-after-denmark-synagogue-attack-huckabee-backs-the-call-134140/

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/223241

It is obvious that the Nazis and the barbaric immigrants are allies.

it is so sad to see so many people here just saying the same boring methods of earning such as signature campaigns and faucets an gambling!! and you never see anyone saying "i have a business and i earn bitcoin on my own with the services that i provide!"

i say this because i use all of the above methods and trading but it has been some time that i am offering bitcoin exchange for local currency in my country, and since there were no other person around the business is good so far Smiley
i may even start an official exchange website integrating the local banks for depositing fiat if i can find out about legality of it here.

Sounds good, but many questions are opened. How come your countrymen dont use web exchanges like bitstamp? You can give them better fee's? For opening official exchange website I think you'll need many paperwork, and if bitcoin is not acknowledged and regulated in your country, I dont think you will manage to get it to work.
72  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: February 21, 2017, 07:43:24 PM
Migrants fleeing from war, and would have to defend their country. I have no respect. They are traitors. Why should they even allowed into the country? Unless we have given permission to the government to risk the country's economy for the sake of the cowards?

100% agreed. Look at the so called "rapefugees" in Germany. Somewhere around 80% and 90% of them are adult males. IMO, Germany should have given preference to the women and children.

Germany made mistake, now they also realize it. Rapefugees are lovely people when you meet them alone, but when they hoard up, then the trouble comes. I dont mind immigrants, but there should be some order, if they dont adapt to laws and culture, send them back where they came from. They didnt run away from war (most male immigrants, not all), they are so called economy immigrants, they saw oportunity to flee poverty, expecting to live better in Europe doing nothing, just collecting social welfare.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: February 20, 2017, 07:58:34 PM
it's looking bright right now, the price is steadily moving above $1000 and the news and adoption is moving positively, a ton of new people is getting into BTC as well, I guess everything is perfect for bitcoins now.

I agree, finally looks like a nice and slow, steady grow. I think many (read China) tried to push the price down below $1000, but it pushes back up, they cant control it how they wanted to. New people coming on board, and I dont know many bitcoiners that gave up, so all looks rather good at this point.
74  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: February 20, 2017, 07:54:03 PM
I am a beginner, I have not gotten in the signature campaign, because I may not have much knowledge about Bitcoins, but I am still optimistic of Bitcoin in a signature campaign
For now I am still attempting faucet of freebitcoin.in
Hopefully I am good after joining Bitcointalk

Freebitcoin.in is a legit, and probably one of the oldest faucets in bitcoin world. It's good to play, and you can also learn about withdrawing, fee's and wallets that way. Its a good start. Soon you can start signature campaign, dont need to be an expert in bitcoin for that. I suggest investing some small amount in trading with altcoins, to learn how it work. And I really mean small amount for start, you can play with 5-10$, you'll get to know how it works really fast.
75  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE NEXT BITCOIN HALVING on: February 20, 2017, 07:43:19 PM
Just like the last halving price pushes upward and many people doubting the potentials of bitcoin now will still be left behind then.
By my estimation price will rise to the range of $7000+ by then.
I heard that the price of bitcoin began to rise sharply due to the fact that the Chinese are dramatically involved in earning bitcoins. They increased the demand for this cryptocurrency and thus increased the price. Where is the guarantee that the demand will remain at the same level?

There is never a guarantee, you can see demand going up as more people hear and learn about bitcoin. As new business ideas every day emerging, and potential freelance jobs also. Bitcoin is not only China, in my opinion Japan will soon jump on Bitcoin, especially if government regulates it in a way. Me personally would like it to be regulated in a way, where you dont have to worry about IRS if you sell bigger amount and receive fiat on a bank account.
76  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 20, 2017, 07:35:08 PM
Gold! Bitcoin is safe when the world is safe. World is heading towards WW3. We can experience power outages. No power - no bitcoin acces.

Producing electricity is not very difficult, even during major warfare. Portable solar mobile chargers are available from Amazon for as little as $5 per piece. But these devices need frequent maintenance, and it will be better if you could store the manuals and tutorials carefully. Survival will be tough during the WW3. You need to push it really hard, in order to survive.

Glad to see someone really knows that its not that easy to cut down power to all world, and shut down internet. All talk about WWIII, I think it wont be anything similar to previous ones. Europe, North America and especially Australia should be rather safe to live in next decades, wars will be fought as now, Middle East and Africa.

78  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War III ? on: February 20, 2017, 07:23:25 PM
There will be lots of wars in the future because of the spreading atheism. Militant atheists (for example: Mao, Stalin) are known to be the most blood thirsty savages ever seen. The more atheists there will be, the more war and chaos they will bring with them.

If you say Stalin and Mao, first thing comes at my mind is communism, not atheism. So I think you missed a point here, there were many brutal wars fought in the name of religion, and Mao and Stalin's wars was not one of them.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE NEXT BITCOIN HALVING on: February 19, 2017, 09:07:08 PM
Price increase wont happen so quickly after halving, cause its already somewhat calculated in price over time. Same was with this recent halving, nothing spectacular happened in short period of time.
80  Other / Off-topic / Re: TV Series Recommendations... on: February 13, 2017, 08:52:32 AM
The Vikings. One of the best shows I ever watched. Currently I'm on season 4, what I like is that it dont have too many episodes, cause when I watch something, I dont want to feel obligated to watch it for years.
