Received my first refund deposit! Just as promised in the PM a week or so back. Not made whole yet, but I do appreciate the effort.
I was going to go update my info on the spreadsheet, but I find my info has been deleted. It had been there for several weeks after it first went live, but I havent checked since.
Since June 30 some versions of the sheet have been backed up. Unfortunately your entry has been lost before. Please add your data to the list again. Just write it below the last entry. It will be sorted later. Thank you

Hi BTC-Arbs Admin,
do you know the amount of BTCs you have paid out so far since you had send your first message here? And what is the amount you have accepted so far? I would like to check the content of our spreadsheet is far away from reality or not.
Thank you joef

Do we really have fake claims though? I'm not sure who exactly are you talking about but it would be a pitty to have those people claim that they had big deposits wait for ages because someone said they were fake.
According to BTC-Arbs comparing the total amount, there are some fakes: I haven't looked at the spreadsheet but I assume that it is filled with fake users and incorrect deposit amounts because the total deposited amount is less than 600 BTC.

For everyone who is new to this thread, I did not make the spreadsheet and am not using it as a reference for refunds. To claim a refund you must contact me by PM with your username, amount deposited and the address that you sent your deposit to.
Refunds do not include earnings, only the amount lost.
For everyone else, more PM replies were sent today.
Fake deposits doesnt matter. The important thing is to follow the refunds. As long as some progress is visible, we will be more patient. The valid deposits are at least part of the list. Having fake refunds on a valid deposit, would be noticed and commented here. So more or less we are able to track the payments. One question: if you think the refund request of someone is not legit, do you reply? Just in case you are mistaken, there is no chance to send more information.

Regarding the spreadsheet:I suggested the creation of an open Google Docs spreadsheet and it is created by Alani123 (many thanks for that ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ) as I don't have (and want) an gmail account myself. I managed the spreadsheet, spent many many many hours in editting and adjusting/fixing it, adding/adjusting the formulas/formatting/etc. but now it seems to be locked as nobody is able to edit the spreadsheet. I sent an PM to Alani123 a few days ago but unfortunately I haven't received any response yet. Like I said, if I had an gmail account I would've created the list with my own account. I myself got fully refunded but I promised to keep maintaining the list so please don't blame me ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I did not lock it. Hi gise87 here is a new link to an editable copy of the spreadsheet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JKPeMI91oO9_khnM-1qWFi7SflhXStC6OJC3QSFQDU8/edit#gid=1324696940It would be great if you may continue to maintain the spreadsheet. @ all: Please update your Data I guess the reason for the read only of the spreadsheet was the google limitation: Only 50 users are allowed to edit the sheet in parallel. Most of the users just want to view the sheet. So for viewing the sheet, use that link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JKPeMI91oO9_khnM-1qWFi7SflhXStC6OJC3QSFQDU8/htmlviewplease. Thanks a lot joef The first link is not editable. Thats my first google spreadsheet. Now the link should work

You just need to enter the number and press enter. The trick is to use a comma instead of a point. With a point the value is recognized as text and the resulting format will be different. With comma a number will be recognized.
The behaviour comes from the different usage in the US and Europe. In Europe usually a comma is used.
Yes, that works after you apply the custom format. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Oh, I thought the complete column has the custom format. ... Now the columns AMOUNT and REFOUNDED are custom formated (again).

I've got .45 there that I requested a withdrawal of and havent heard anything in 5 days
They withdraw tiny amounts only and need sometimes a day or 2 more than 36 hours. Ask support for cancellation of your withdraw and split your withdraw in 10 chunks. Ask for next withdraw request after you got the previous in your wallet.

There is a way to locate them. Some years ago, there was an experiment: How many people does it need to reach someone. A package was handed to someone with the goal to deliver it to an unknown recipient. Each one who get the package, shall relay the package to someone he knows and who may know another one which comes closer to the recipient. The result: it takes usually 7 people to reach anyone in the world. We can do the same here. First we need some information about one or better more USD transactions. Would be good to have information about different processors. Then we need to find a friend of someone who is working there and fetch some information about these transaction to his friend. The information can go back and can be collected somewhere. Maybe here. It will need several steps like that and afterwards anyone behind BTC-Arbs will be known quite well. So lets start with collecting information about the transactions ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

According to the Acquisition message of Ron James 6. USD Deposits will no longer be accepted. USD Balances are currently being paid out directly to USD users as we speak. Did anyone get some USD?
