61  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMERS from POWERBIT.IO on: March 31, 2017, 06:34:51 PM
Hmm tricky one, as you still could have connections to your old team and/or other clubs in the league and thus easily get insider information.

Nine times out of ten I'm on the player's side when it comes to bookie vs player confrontations but in this case I would say the bookie has good reason to close your account.

But you definitely should get back your deposit. Whatever the bookies have written in their ToS not one single bookie has the right to confiscate other people's money. So I hope this will be resolved in your behalf.

Yes, it is possible to sue them in Curacao.

Their terms of service are basically valid, because they state the operator and have a license. But paragraphs which are not in accordance with the Curacao civil code are not valid. And Curacao civil code says that they have to deliver proof of their claim, so the confiscation without proof is not valid!

You seem to be firm with all that "legal bookie stuff". Do you actually know one single case where a player sued a casino/sportsbook in Curacao?

There are some cases in Europe already but I never heard from a process in Curacao. Many talk about it but obviously no one finally has the balls and/or the money (BTW I am suing against a sportsbook in Belgium right now).

not getting any further replies from either sites. Guess my money is gone.

PS What is your relationship with them are you part of their criminal organization or just a paid shill?

I guess Bitsport is a 2-3 man company and this user is one of those 2-3 people involved in this scam project.
65  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport No.1 LIVE Sportsbook Casino Bitcoin & Litecoin | LIVE Keno 300 BTC | on: March 28, 2017, 02:17:22 PM
User maiiyeuvo is such a clear shill from Bitsport. Just ignore what this user is saying.

@nameMINE: Please open a scam accusation in the relevant sub-board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

There your case can be discussed in a separate thread.

Moreover it is important that "bitsport" is tagged with as many "scam" key words as possible whenever it comes to a google research.
67  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport No.1 LIVE Sportsbook Casino Bitcoin & Litecoin | LIVE Keno 300 BTC | on: March 28, 2017, 12:45:15 PM
Though it was obvious for everybody from the very first day that Bitsport is nothing but scam I didn't expect them to scam people so early after launch TBH.

@Bitsport: What was your initial bankroll? 10 BTC?

What about your license? Some updates on that or "still in progress"?

68  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport No.1 LIVE Sportsbook Casino Bitcoin & Litecoin | LIVE Keno 300 BTC | on: March 28, 2017, 11:00:15 AM
We have nothing to hide.

Regards Bitsport

Already have an exit date in mind?
69  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1x฿it.com - Most Competitive Sports฿ook & Casino | ฿est Odds & Wagering Options on: March 28, 2017, 10:57:41 AM
lol you guys dont get it..
1xbit will just milk you out for as long as you bet like a mug and if you win a bit too much for their monthly stats they will delete your account and ignore your existence.

Don't forget that only a very small percentage of bettors are value punters who win with a 100% chance in the long run.

So most of the guys claiming 1xbit would be safe don't know what it's like to be a value punter and how bookies do treat with those.

And as you said correctly at 1xbit you do not even have to be a value hunter, if you win a high amount by pure luck you will also get in troubles.

Small amounts (three digit in mBTC) are okay for 1xbit, but whenever you hold a small to medium four digit amount (in mBTC) on your account 1xbet/1xbit will come after you.
70  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: --SCAM ALERT- Powerbet.io on: March 27, 2017, 03:08:56 PM
Customers should also note that their original deposits will not be refunded."

@Powerbet.io: Who do you think you are? A judge? Only a judge can decide about confiscating money from natural/individual persons. It isn't even relevant if you write such a clause in your ToS. It's simply not legit whatever you think you can write in your ToS if you violate laws and conventions YOU are the one who is cheating people.

If you have good evidence a user opened multiple accounts then void his bets and grab his winnings but DO NOT confiscate his deposit. This is reserved only to a JUDGE but no one else.

It's simple as that. This money doesn't belong to you. You cannot make your own rules like Astrid Lindgren's Pippi Longstocking. You have to follow the rules of a state of law.

Any discussion about this point is obsolete.

Who knows how many more such cases there are.

Here is mine: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3368021-scam-vitalbet-holding-back-winnings-4-months.html

And here are few other ones:
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3360637-vitalbet-com-closed-my-account-after-payout-request.html
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3275918-vitalbet-cancelled-winning-bets.html
http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3136605-vitalbet-steals-winings.html

Vitalbet/Beteast/Betballer/ebettle = SCAM.

Sad enough they are sponsoring EPL club Swansea City with a record-breaking sponsorship (http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/swansea-city-reveal-new-sponsor-11421110) and Manny Pacquiao.

How was it proven that the accusers were telling the truth?

User 1xbit.com even admitted most of the cases but you're still doubting it. Wow.

No one will ever reach the rollover because you always will be limited before.

Try to turnover a five digit amount with 0.1 mBTC or so  Grin

Hello,

I have also been scammed 2.7 btc from this bookmaker, i have shared my story here in scam accusations.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1810630.0

I kindly ask the reputable users to help and give 1x-bit user the red trust he deserves, until the issues with me and others are resolved.
Sad you have no legal expenses insurance, otherwise you could sue them directly in Curacao!

I guess the most legal expenses insurances would refuse to bear the costs in betting affairs.

At least my legal expense insurance in Germany did so as I filed a suit in Belgium against a Belgian off- and online casino & sportsbook so I had to take over all costs by myself (court proceedings still pending; trial is in February 2018).

Don't know how it is in the US or other countries in the world.

75  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport.bet BTC, LTC, sportsbook, livebet, casino, |100% First Deposit Bonus| on: March 09, 2017, 10:29:19 AM
Since these guys are getting a bashing despite no-one having even played there, i decided try them out myself.
(...)
They are not huge figures i admit, but i have no complaints so far.

Did you actually read what I said?

Surprise. Few days on the market and no complaints. Scambooks will always act like serious books in the first phase after launching.

The trick is to identify scam before they show their true face. There are a bunch of strong scam indicators I already mentioned. In a few months there will be the first scam accusations by users (confiscated/closed accounts, voided bets and all that stuff). They will collect BTCs until they have enough and one day they will disappear and the URL bitsport.bet will only lead to a 404 site.

Sure. At the moment everything is fine. Come back in a half year or a year from today and you'll get to know their true face.

No company name on your site + no license + a sublicense from someone not mentioned by name + bought Betconstruct software but saying its yours or open source + copy/pasted T&C's from other Betconstruct books + ridiculous high betting limits on small markets.

(...)

Bitsport is virtually meeting every criterion to get rated as full scam.

They will pay the first customers but surely already planned their exit in a few months, maybe 1 1/2 year or so.
(...)

we always handle our customers deposit and withdrawal instant, there has been no problem and no complains against us.

but there will be, just a matter of time

sad enough some will fall for it

I don't know why you are having such a dig at these guys before they are even fully released, it looks like they are having a few teething problems and need to improve on their clarity a bit but they haven't done anything so bad it makes them worthy of being labelled a scam.

When you get spam mails that say "Earn 1,000 USD every day, you just have to follow the link" do you click on that link thinking "Why not give them a chance, they haven't done anything wrong so far"? I guess not.

As I mentioned already, it's about to estimate the risks. You just can't deny there are many strong scam indicators right now. No offense but saying "They haven't done anything wrong so far" is a very naive attitude.

78  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport.bet BTC, LTC, sportsbook, livebet, casino, |100% First Deposit Bonus| on: March 07, 2017, 11:19:23 PM
I don't think immediately labeling them as a scam is very professional tbh. I haven't seen any payout complaints against them so far

My prediction is that softswiss-powered bookies (betopen.co; powerbet.io; etc) will stay in business for one year at maximum. Betconstruct-powered websites can be successful in the long term, but the right management and clever marketing is a must for them.

My prediction is that Betconstruct will disappear from market in about 3 years and with it all their partners unless they completely overhaul their mindset.

Now they push their thread back to the top.

I really hope nobody will wager there. Believe me guys, I have some experience in this business. I smell scambooks a mile off. When you register there please remind that you might never get paid.
