61  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy on: September 28, 2019, 08:01:26 AM
How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy? I'm playing on at least 4 sites now and uses a different variation on the martingale and some guessing method and I found out that I have good success implementing a method on one gambling site that is not effective on other gambling sites, how about you?

Meaning, you are a good gambler. Well, I'm glad that aside from you are enjoying it, you are earnings with that game strategy too.
while me, I only used one gambling site in which is fortunejack.com and bet dice I most often played and I always loss, I maybe won in the games
but losing was most often happened to me were I think I don't have a luck in it.

62  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Emotions; while betting, will you risk losing your fund to back your club? on: September 28, 2019, 07:46:08 AM
Don't know how to put this but I'll try. So lets say your fav club is about playing against a tougher club which on paper they're far better than your club but in your inner most mind you want your club to win therefore, when it comes to placing a bet, which club will you go far. Will you risk losing the bet to back your team winning that match, when you know the chances of them succeeding are almost impossible but since it's football anything is possible or will you bet against you club winning that match but while the match is ongoing you'll be routing for your club to win (in other words routing for yourself to lose your bet)?

How do you balance the emotion of wanting your club to win but not ready to lose your bet in the toughest of games.

do what you think is good and better, if you are confident and comfortable go ahead and place your bet on it. Then, if you're not comfortable very simple
just don't do it. Never make a decision were in the end you will no be happy with it or you will regret it, just simple as that.

63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC Requirement for Bounty Managers before they require KYC to bounty hunters. on: September 28, 2019, 07:18:20 AM
I feel like it's not fair for bounty hunters to submit KYC when joining bounty campaigns because we are not an investor. We will never be involved with any anti money laundering because we don't invest with money but with TIME and Effort instead. Personally I'm NOT very comfortable submitting my ID's for the simple reason that these are startup companies and we don't even know if they can be trusted.

I think you're not the only who feel that way, there are many of you actually. There are some project now were you can see on the bounty thread if there is KYC or not the BM indicated it already so that bounty participants, will not be able to attempt to ask regarding about KYC. Even no matter how we hate it, we can refuse of that rules and policy. But sometimes there are some BM that are not transparent, from the start there is no kyc then after the main sales end all of a sudden they will implement KYC for them to receive bounty rewards, for me that BM or team of project are cheaters, liar and greedy.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding Altcoins can get you Rekt on: September 28, 2019, 07:07:08 AM
Often times I read various posts of people/traders/investors preaching HODLing some altcoins for years and so on thus I took some to research on altcoins 3years and guess what? Most of the altcoins in 2016 are no more to found anymore. You can take a deep look as well via https://coinmarketcap.com/historical/20160103/

My candid advise is to trade with the five senses intact and not with emotions. Don't get on some shitcoins with the intention to hold for years else you might get rekt.

Now is 2019, altcoins now has a big difference compared to 2016 from that time up to now there are new potential coins that has been added in the market already. And I feel you also, but not all altcoins are shit, especially now if you are going to search it first will find out and discover if that coins is potential or not. Moreover, if you are going to hold a coin for a years I suggest you to hold Ethereum, Bitcoin, Xem, Eos, Waves. Never hold an altcoin that has no good volume and don't have any promising in the future.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Important Is It To Create An Announcement Thread For New Startup? on: September 28, 2019, 06:51:57 AM
I'm fairly new to Bitcointalk. I was wondering how crucial is it to create an ANN Thread for a new startup on here?

Is there a large Bitcointalk community that engages with the new startups who make ANN Threads?

I'm currently managing a bounty campaign for a new startup on here, and I was wondering if the ANN Thread would give the startup more exposure?

Any feedback would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

In making an ANN thread here in the forum is already a type of announcement. Now, without this concepts you cannot show the real content what you are promoting here, Aside from that with it you are exposing also the future plan of the project and to make your community here be attract of course you need to  tell us here transparently the future plan through ANN, get it?
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many new traders are playing to lose on: September 28, 2019, 06:32:25 AM
Are you playing to lose or you are playing to win? a friend of mine lose all his bitcoin to trading and when he started complaining about i decide to take a look and i detected that he traded in a gambler's way.
He has 100$ and he traded just twice with 50$ which results in quick lose,im not an trading expert but most trading platforms always warn traders to limit their trading to the highest of 10$ which would have given him more chances to continue trading

Apart from not learning how trading works he is playing to lose,i think this is what many newbies are doing as well,if you are doing the same you will always end up losing your money,if you want to bet 50$ on a trade you must have thousands  of dollars on the trading platform not trading with 100$ and be praying for a miracle.

Trading is not something you can rush, expert traders out there spend days trading for profits and if a particular day is full of loss they quit trading for that day.

Trading is not an easy things as you all know, and as a traders we have our own understanding about it. For others this like an investment that can able to help the investors to grow their capital, while to some it is gambling because you are risking your money, But for me trading is one of the methods to gain more knowledge to get profit. So meaning, to win or loss in trading is in our hands as a traders.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are IEO's bad? on: September 28, 2019, 06:24:24 AM
My understanding for IEOs is basically instead of project handling raising funds etc. It will be for an exchange to do so.

An IEO hosted by Yobit or Binance can clearly not be compared. In other words, the exchange gives more credibility to the project regardless of whether it's worth it or not.

Am I the only one who thinks this is actually a bad thing and make people focus on the exchange hosting rather than the actual project and what the team is offering etc.?

IEO is okay, as long as the exchange has been established in the market for a years. Just like what you had stated in the above, Binance and Yobit, even lots of people think that Yobit is not a good exchange, I could say its one of the stable platform in crypto industry business. And besides IEO as we all knows its really trending, just make sure you check it first before partaking in.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: where do you trade your Altcoin? on: September 28, 2019, 06:13:19 AM
I guess everyone will be happy if they can always have access to translate the alt-coin they hodl to cash.
So what exchange let us do that if the coin not listed? I guess hard to find!! if you lucky you get it forkdelta

If your coins are listed you hope for volume in a serious exchange like the top ones which has really high requirement before listing
which lots of coin fail to pass because it mostly likely not  a well organized project

I use www.huobimena.com  for trading and also OTC deals

Telegram channel: https://t.me/HBMENA

I'm not familiar with this new exchange platform, I think obviously it could be that this platform is like a sister company of Houbi, I'm not sure with my assessment, just correct me only if ever I am wrong. Anyway, Because as of now, most of my assets was placed on Idax, Kucoin, Binance and Bitforex and
others that has a good volume in the market.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What exchange is better than binance? on: September 28, 2019, 06:03:45 AM
I think that Binance will go bankrupt soon because if hacker attacks and scandals with users database. That is why I want to know what exchange is better to use. I know that changelly is good, but I don't know about them a lot/ Do you know it? What do you think about

In my experienced so far dude, I used most of the time kucoin, Coinbene, Bitforex, Okex, Houbi, and lastly binance dex.
I don't know what is your basis about saying that binance will go bankrupt, due to as I used Binance exchange I don't see any
problem issues, which is so far so good as of the moment.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties. IEOs or ICOs. on: September 28, 2019, 05:55:24 AM
Hello guys, I am currently looking for new bounties out there! Any bounties you can recommend?

GO with the flow dude of what is trending now, therefore IEO is much more safer than ICO though there are still few of the ico that are still good out there.
But if you want 100% safe, go with the IEO project, it is one the main priority of the community now in crypto industry. Try to search cryptoknowmics, hivenet and minter at bounties section.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Managers do not Determine the Legitimacy of a Cryptocurrency Project on: September 28, 2019, 05:46:36 AM
Perhaps, you are depending the legitimacy of cryptocurrency project to a bounty manager. Well I think that is not a good way of yours.
Because I know most of the manager doesn't care about it, I'm not saying all BM is like that.  It is much better to depend it on your own way
of researching about the legitimacy of the campaign project.
72  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: September 27, 2019, 12:23:54 PM
This is the first time i heard that a gambling casino requiring KYC for the gamblers. I myself don't agree with this rules in gambling.
There are other gambling sites that are bigger to this one which are not requiring KYC, if I am a gambler I just only want to have fun or amuse myself
then yo will require me to submit KYC, that is insane and very irrational for individual players or gambler.
73  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [Digital asset act of 2019] umuusad na sa Senado on: September 27, 2019, 12:05:09 PM

Nagsagawa po ng pagdinig ang Committee on Bank nagyon sa pangunguna ni Sen. Grace Poe para pag-usapan ang Senate Resolution no. 129 and Senate bill no.1041 o ang Digital Asset Act of 2019

Ang mga tanggapan na nirekomenda ng ating mga Senador na mangangasiwa sa larangang ito ng Fintech, Digital assets, at Cryptocurrency ay ang mga sumusunod sa ibaba.
Quote

  • Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
  • Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
  • Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC)
  • Department of Finance
  • Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA)
Magandang subaybayan kung ano ang magiging takbo ng kanilang usapin tungkol sa cryptocurrency or digital assets sa ating bansa. I do hope, there is a positive outcome of this hearing.

75  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one you buy Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: September 27, 2019, 11:44:38 AM
Yesterday the price of Bitcoin was $9700 and today the price is $8500. Yesterday the price of Ethereum is $200 and today the price is $170. So which coin is prefer to buy?

Well, according to coin market bitcoin so far was 8,030$ each which is lesser to the amount you said.
So those two which is bitcoin and ethereum are both prefer to buy them now. Because I knew you already know that
both are potential and can give good profit in the end.
76  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without losses? on: September 27, 2019, 11:02:35 AM
I'm interest in trading and I want to know more about it. So please give me your valuable ideas and opinions. As a beginner I would like to know that Is there any special ways to do trading without losses or in a manner which minimize the losses. Not only that please tell me Is it possible to start trading with a small amount of money at the beginning.
Hope you will help me.
Thank you. Smiley Smiley

First I've been in trading for a years, but never seen any traders that became successful without losses.
All successful trader faced losses, some probably equivalent of millions amount in fiat they've loss or more.
However, you can start trading with small amount at 25$, and you can use for this kucoin, idax, and binance
77  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading. Made 12 BTC profit last month on: September 27, 2019, 10:51:53 AM
As I noticed in the graph the triangle form was totally broke, But to be honest you are good in giving idea about this mate.
I admired the guts you have for giving up your job. And earning 12 bitcoin in just 1 month, though I don't know how did you do that?
But anyway, I think I need to keep an eye on your activity like this.
78  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Breaking, bitcoin dump to $8k and altcoins continue to bleed. on: September 27, 2019, 10:03:43 AM
What do you think guys, will BTC recovers after it's dump to $8,000+ now or mas may dump pang mangyayari.
Also, I check on the news but I can't seem to find any real reason why the price dump.

Share your analysis here on the possible next move of BTC and altcoins.

Based on what I see now is that bitcoin will dumped more below 8000$ between 7000$ to 7500$ then after that it will recover.
But this was just my perception according to what I see in the chart graph. But honestly it is really great chance for us to buy now
don't miss this chance while bitcoin at low price value.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BAKKT launching tomorrow but BTC price falls? on: September 27, 2019, 09:01:18 AM
Why isn’t the official launch of BAKkT driving btc prices up but instead it’s going the opposite way?

Are investors afraid of a massive dump coming up or what are the possible reasons there isn’t any traction for BTC price ?

As I can see with it, bakkt really affected the price of bitcoin, and when bitcoin decreased its value the crypto price was also got
affected by Bitcoin, this was just happened instantly after Bakkt launched has been held. But according to some bitcoin experts, it will goes down more
til 7500$ then by October it will bounce again at 16000$ each bitcoin, so hold my friend and buy now while the price was still at low value.
80  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Change with the flow on: September 27, 2019, 08:26:08 AM
I just created a thread where I used the word "Golden opportunity" which led me to a though that is we crypto enthusiast should start using the words as "Bitcoinish opportunity" or "bitcoin opportunity" right?

I think we need to upgrade our vocabulary as and when there is a change. Like crypto enthus value bitcoin more than gold then why golden opportunity. What do you think?

No offense sir okay, I don't get the catch of your thread topic here neither the hints also.
Just all I understand but not sure is that Bitcoin was one of the good opportunity to all people who will
discover it. And whatever you want to emphasize here, just make sure every member in the forum
can get the point of what you are trying to share.
