61  Economy / Economics / Re: Our new economic model could be defi on: December 11, 2020, 03:13:54 PM
Defi has made a big change this year. Previously IEO and ICO served the market. Everytime something gets new into the market, the same gains importance and gives new dimension. Everytime scammers ruin the system, developing something resembling the real ones. People get to be lucky to profit out of defi, because we it is completely unpredictable. The one that is predicted doesn't grow high whereas the unexpected projects give big return on investments.
62  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin used by Criminals to sophisticate their footprints on: December 11, 2020, 11:42:37 AM
Bitcoin is developed to pilot transactions eliminating the intermediary in an pseudonymous manner. This has helped in good as well as on criminal activities. As it is quite hard to back track the transaction, criminals use bitcoins. In comparison to the usage of fiat the usage of bitcoin is very low. Just on the usage on bad activities one shouldn't be judgemental that bitcoin is developed for the criminal needs.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHO CAN SHUTDOWN BITCOIN? on: December 11, 2020, 10:12:13 AM
Complete shutdown of bitcoin is the day when the usage of bitcoin turns ZERO. Does anyone here think, such a situation will exist in the world. With the growth happening with bitcoin there is more and more widespread of the market. This assures there is no shutdown of the bitcoin. The same has come into discussion several times, and another thing is the mining. Even if one leaves mining, another one gets into mining in no time.
64  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best DEX for trading? on: December 11, 2020, 09:36:15 AM
I rarely use DEX for trading, besides the number of coins available is not as much as CEX. Not available fiat pairing is another reason
I rarely use DEX. But from some of the DEX that I've used, it is true that Uniswap is the best for trading. Because Uniswap has quite
a lot of coins options around 300 coins that can be used for trading, and also Uniswap's reputation is quite good. As long as I use Uniswap
I have never experienced any problems, but must be careful trading at Uniswap. because there are many project scams at Uniswap.
As of now uniswap is quite user friendly and has listed more number of cryptocurrencies for the purpose of trading. Any level of cryptocurrency user can make use of uniswap exchange. DEX does the same, but the usage is very low because of liquidity and trust issues. More services same as uniswap has been getting developed. Earlier the focus was towards DEX and now it has turned towards Uniswap.
65  Economy / Speculation / Re: Three weeks to the year end - what will be the high? on: December 11, 2020, 08:52:41 AM
Right now the price could've touched $20000 based on the growth happening in the cryptomarket. For some reason the market isn't moving good. The continued growth has got paused, now the market seems to fall gradually. We don't know to what extent this is gonna reach. Considering the present market situation and the price, there is more chance of $18000 - $19000 than a solid $20000.
66  Economy / Economics / Re: The volatility in the price of a bitcoin is falling over time on: December 11, 2020, 07:41:48 AM
The market is quite volatile. What will be the next move in the market. The volatility of the market in comparison to the past has decreased much, as there is huge progress in the adoption of bitcoin in the global market. The market which is found above $19000 by the week starting has now come to a price below $18000. What'll be the next move.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic will bring more economic progress in long-term... on: December 11, 2020, 07:07:22 AM
Pandemic has shattered the economic situation around the globe. The impact is being felt upon the individuals and over all class of people. To overcome the same people struggled, as everything happened within a very short time period. Now people have learned better out of the pandemic. This has made people to be better than before in terms of investments, savings and living standards. During the pandemic more entrepreneurs have got emerged, which also plays big role in the economic progress in the long term.
68  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: has bitcoin achieved its goal? on: December 11, 2020, 02:33:09 AM
For now it has reached almost 50% of its goal. Maybe by the time of entire volume getting mined people will be having good knowledge and the usage will reach high. Probably 100% of people will be known about bitcoin, and atleast 60-70% of the people will be using it in some way. When this gets happen the goal gets achieved which is the elimination of the intermediary.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I quit smoking and buy Bitcoin every week on: December 10, 2020, 09:55:58 PM
Too good of you. A big change is taking place through bitcoin. Then onwards we can state Bitcoin to be an asset that bitcoin is community responsible. The initiative taken by the user is very big, and simply one can't easily quit, but bitcoin had made him qui. Long live bitcoin and make the community live long.
70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 10, 2020, 05:22:11 PM
When playing good in a T20 tournament fetches you good money and spot recognition why will these younger players concentrate on longer format? There are more fans of T20 globally than five days tournament and that is one of the primary reason these younger guys are concentrating and putting more effort in the shorter format. BCCI will only concentrate on format that earns them a lot of money and viewership. So, I doubt they will be focusing more in the loger format.

Financially, the T20 format may be important for the cricketers. But if they are more concerned about the fame, then they should not overlook the longer format. When someone talks about the stats (highest number of runs, top wicket takers), they always mention about these stats from the test cricket. I have almost never heard about anyone talking about the T20I stats.

I think all three formats of the cricket are important and therefore we see all the series consists of T20, One day and  test matches. Each game has its own importance and give you entertainment. You will never feel bored if you are seeing a test match between nations like India and Australia.
Test matches in India, Australia, England and New Zealand are very enjoyable. But Test matches in other countries are not exciting. Countries like Bangladesh, West Indies and Sri Lanka are far behind in the Test format. When these countries host a Test series with Australia or England the series becomes very one-sided. ODI or t20 matches are much more exciting than this and everyone enjoys it.

But what about the countries like Sri, WI, Bangladesh play test series between them. Since these countries have similar sort of talent, the test matches will still be interesting however the audience will be limited to only the playing nations only.
When these teams play test matches between them, it gets to be more interesting on few matches and used to go one sided in few matches. In any one of the match Bangladesh will make promising win against the Sri Lanka or West Indies. This will be enjoyed by the entire country, but the very next match goes very worse. This is where the interesting thing of the match gets lost.
71  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lambo Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: December 09, 2020, 10:34:35 PM
I've seen some users who claimed to have "Platinum" account and he is selling it, I would like to ask if it's allowed to sell stake accounts? If not what could be the consequences of it?

Definitely not.

If you buy or sell any account on stake all you will get is account banned.

My question is how the stake.com team knows that the account has been bought / sold ? is it only based on other users' reports?
It's nothing new I've seen this since last year someone gets an email from stake.com offering a deposit bonus then the offer is sold to another user, I'm sure he has more than one account.
Myself have seen few users posting the sell ads for stake account on our services section. Maybe such kind of information will let the team know whether the accounts have been changed hands. The account that I saw for sale is also a platinum member, and it was quoted around $3000
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Low, Sell High on: December 09, 2020, 09:51:42 PM
This is the mind of common men. Maybe when the market drops low people will keep the growth as reference and go for large scale buying. People always expect good profit out of the investment, but they aren't ready to hold it for long term or specific time period. Right now people tend to buy with the plan of instant profiting. This needs to change and should learn the way it grows. When this happens automatically the pattern of buy low and sell high will be more effective.
73  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The biggest 10 countries that gamble the most. on: December 09, 2020, 05:38:07 PM
Most of the gamblers of our Bitcointalk community might've lived in Spain atleast for few days time. This means atleast every gambler could've experienced a loss of more than $400. Based on the calculation some could've travelled to Australia, Singapore and all sitting in front of the desktop. Lol Cheesy
74  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japan becomes more friendly towards Gambling on: December 07, 2020, 11:59:16 PM
Japan is one among the country that take into consideration the necessity of the people and make the policies accordingly. Always keep themselves updated and high with technology based growth. In such a way it is the country to support the usage of cryptocurrencies in large scale. Now it has made a much friendly gambling access.
75  Economy / Economics / Re: Valour Launches World's First Fee-Free Bitcoin Exchange Traded Product (ETP) on: December 07, 2020, 11:35:51 PM
I guess what I wrote was clear because I am only saying that instead of leveraging the real deal (bitcoin as an asset) they are re-branding it for the oldies so that they are more accustomed to something they already know. Being a bitcoiner I will stick to the real deal leaving them playing with the synthetic drug. Easy.
I believe that not grasping the very characteristics for investing in bitcoin (scarcity, censorship resistance, easy transferability...) is a big mistake.
When it gets rebranding under custody, does the true value of bitcoin gets manipulated for the rebranded one. As mentioned it is made for the old Riches to get into the market. As they're much into traditional form of investments, this form will give way for them. I do believe this to create something bad to the cryptomarket.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paying with crypto is more accessible than ever on: December 07, 2020, 10:49:16 PM
Paying with cryptocurrency has turned to be easier than the past. Particularly the increase can be felt upon the online services in large scale than the offline stores. Limited locations around the globe provides better access for bitcoin on offline stores. In particular this is found high in USA and on countries where the usage is legalized. Maybe within the falling few years time we can expect atleast another 50% growth from the present margin of acceptance.
77  Economy / Gambling / Re: WELCOME TO ANONYMOUS CASINO – BITCOIN CASINO ONLINE on: December 06, 2020, 12:21:03 AM
I haven't checked with the website for its anonymity. If the casino is truly anonymous, then it'll attract more users. On the opening post I saw signup and start using. This means we're supposed to make a sign-up, and if for users without signing up might have got limitations in the usage. Anyway it is good to be in the right place Bitcointalk, but a better briefing and promotion plan will help better.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government don't accept Bitcoin. on: December 05, 2020, 11:59:20 PM
Governments won't very easily get into the usage and acceptance of bitcoin. When we talk about any government, it expect to have the prime power in its control. This means the economic revenue based decisions, and other major things. In the meantime it always focus on long term plans and always keeps the people under its governance and does everything necessary to its people. If bitcoin is accepted, automatically the control is with the people and for this reason it won't easily accept bitcoin, other than few exceptions that has understood the need of bitcoin in a better way.
79  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 05, 2020, 08:59:44 PM
It is a long back incident. Now the women has reached the court as he has rejected her. This has happened during his hard days of life, before entering the cricketing career. This women have helped him have a successful career working and making him to be independent and concentrate on his cricketing career. Now after he has succeeded, his mind has forgotten her. This is what I understood from the news, but we can't be judgemental as we don't know what is the truth.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What have you done/are you doing with your ICO coins? on: December 05, 2020, 08:14:31 PM
Among the list of ICO token/coin holdings, few are good in the market and have good trading volume. I don't have any of the mentioned coins in my wallet. Few of the ICO tokens got through bounties were still idle on the wallet, because of its reduced price from the initial value. Have patience, surely we'll encounter altcoin bull trend. Selling by the time could be profitable.
