If you spent about 100,000 dogecoin ($280 usd), you could place a buy order at the current price range of about 0.00003 dogecoin, and buy a whopping 3,300,000,000 (3.3 billion), this would be 3% of the circulating supply!!!   Can you say WHALE!!!!

Everyone just calm down. First of all Casey has said many times that he does not have 1 bitcoin to pay the fee. On top of that, coinexchange will not just freely swap even with 1 bitcoin, because when the community calls out a scammer, they listen.

If Casey is so sure of his success, why is he here? Wouldn't he just ignore us and keep working?

Oh, its because he mutes everyone on his discord channel if they disagree with him, so nobody is there anymore.

Let Casey try to do what he is doing, coinexchange is a well maintained and professional trading platform, they take this subject VERY SERIOUSLY, and I am confident they will make the right decision.

Coinexchange replied, they are now aware of the situation, and will make a decision upon being contacted regarding the swap, presuming someone gives them 1 bitcoin to pay the swap fee.

There is no need to panic, coinexchange has it in their interest to keep the community happy, especially since this is one of the highest volume coins on that exchange.

Actually, the wallet works a lot better. The dev team updated it, it was terrible before that. The reason they left is because of winey people constantly complaining, because they suck at trading and bought at 30 sats. That shit wears on ya after a while. Also, what more does the wallet need? Maybe when it can drive your car it will be finished.

Good programmers don't add stuff just for the sake of adding stuff, that is what new projects are for.

Alright, I have contacted coinexchange politely explaining the situation. I was clear that the current wallet works porfectly, and that there is no need to panic. I will update when I recieve a reply.

The dev (Casey) appears to be about 16 years old. I am almost certain he has no intention of actually releasing anything. It appears he thinks it is a joke.

I think it is safe to just ignore him. Also, I think this price move is based on technical analysis, and has nothing to do with Casey.

I will be contacting coinexchange to inform them about Casey.

Clearly he is a scammer. He openly admits to planning on selling the XP people send them on the exchanges that will still host the real XP. He also openly admits to planning on using unclaimed fake XP coins on his fake new chain to pay for things.

It appears he has created a completely new altcoin called Experience points coin, and wants you all to trade with him.

He also refuses to conduct a simple swap poll. They sent a link in the discord chat of a screenshot of a discord post clearly indicating that he is forcing this swap upon us without our consent.

Lexicon is currently still active on github, and is even still listed as a dev, yet Casey claims he had to make a new repository?

Yeah, just like bitcoin cash is really bitcoin.

Keep an eye on the discord channel chat. So Casey seems to believe that if I made a new github repository called dogecoin, and said, OK we are swapping old doge for new. Clearly the new coin is just a new altcoin backed by some doge.

He is claiming that he has consensus, even though he refused to conduct a simple swap poll.

The new XP is not XP, they have made a new github repository, changed the logo, changed the algorithm, changed the block reward and is a new blockchain with a new genesis block. By definition that is a new altcoin, calling it Experience points coin does not make it XP, any more than if I did that with dogecoin.

I sure am glad the devs are rude people, that makes my life so much better. In fact I think I will trust these people with my hard earned crypto!!! 

I had a nice chat with the dev on discord today. SO here is what I have surmised. They have created a new altcoin, and want you all to send them the old XP, so they can print money with the new chain.

Also, I was silenced by him, because he didn't want me spreading FUD as he put it.

Right on, the real important thing to realize is that this whole thing will not come to fruition, since it requires money that the devs do not have. So this whole conversation is worthless, like the XP coin.

There are two kinds of people in the world, miners and investors. Miners hold onto pennies and hope for price appreciation, investors hold onto hundreds or even thousands of dollars in the hope for tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I only mentioned it because some people may not even know there IS a difference between a coin and a token.

I have no say whether the old chain stays. No, I am not supporting the old chain. If the devs want to swap, OK. I just don't think they can afford it, and I don't think it will help.

Imagine if you are a small bag holder, lets say you have 1,000,000 XP worth about $3 usd. Let's imagine you stake with the new reward system and you get blocks! Your total value is still small!

Staking does not make anyone rich unless you have a huge amount of value with liquidity also available.

But the staked amount is always a small portion of your holding, so it is never a lot of money compared to the staked amount.
