Well, Ethereum gas is really high and if you do trade on uniswap it will cost that amount which is ridiculous. If you still insist to trade on Ethereum Network especially Uniswap, You can try to wait until Midnight UTC Time, The gas fee was much lower on that time (60-90 Gwei) but it's not efficient right? Then you can use BSC or maybe some Layer 2 Exchange or Network like 1Inch or Matic network. Well, let's just wait until ETH 2.0 launched or EIP-1599 Implemented.

Ethereum Or Binance Smart Chain is good i suppose, You can easily list on some Small Centralized Exchanges with low fees even free sometimes with using Ethereum network, Same with BSC Too. Maybe trying to list on some DEX before? Like Uni, Pancake or Etherdelta? It's didn't require any fee, Only deploy and provide liquidity and you will be good, After get some traction on DEX then maybe you can try on some CEX.

For Transaction Fee i suppose yes, BCH was much lower but it was created and backed by "Scammer" who claims to be Satoshi, they also have bad community, For the example you still remember last BCH Fork (BCHN)? It's pure chaos and we can see the community was not solid in there. Litecoin much better even with higher fees but it have more solid community and slow but good development.

Trading on crypto was risky and if you can't afford any lost then i don't recommend it mate, Maybe better to make that money as capital for small busines or maybe dropshipping. EIP1559 was proposed to be included on London Hard Fork in July but controversial because Ethereum Miner is certainly at a disadvantage and in the hardware market there will be too much supply which makes a new crisis in my opinion. Miners are not very pleased with this proposal and so far i heard some rumour they will be do 51% attack on Ethereum chain. There will be some effect if this was implemented, On Month there will be some high price movement and maybe some bugs (?).
