Until now, there hasn't been a registration. There are referral links generated by giving an ETH address, but there was no option to create an account.
Since the exchange isn't operating yet until now there is no need for an account. Later there will be the possibility of creating an account through an identity verification system for those who’d like to have several verified wallets to transfer tokens between them.

Ich  würde es nicht als willkürlich bezeichnen, das liegt leider am heftigen Anstieg des NEO Preises der letzten Wochen.

Da das Projekt schon zu Beginn beim Fundraising auf NEO (und dementsprechend auch dem Preis) beruht, hätte umgekehrt bei einem Absinken der TKY-Preis in der ICO mit etwas Pech (oder Glück für manche) sogar unter dem Preis der PreICO liegen können. Darüber wurde ausführlich vor einigen Wochen im Chat diskutiert und die Leute haben sich beschwert als der BTC so abgesunken ist und befürchtet wurde, dass das mit NEO ebenfalls passiert.

Da hat das Team bereits gesagt, dass das eben der Markt sei und sie hierauf leider keinen Einfluss hätten. Sich jetzt im umgekehrten Fall zu beschweren ist ein wenig paradox
Na ja, man kann es leider nicht immer allen recht machen.

Bezüglich der Seiten-Performance ist es wirklich ärgerlich und  besonders frustrierend wenn man in einer Zeitzone lebt, in der man extra für die ICO wach geblieben ist. Da tut es mir auch persönlich für die Leute leid selbst wenn ich hieran nichts ändern kann. Ich hoffe dass das Team hieraus gelernt hat. So was passiert leider immer wieder, wenn zehntausende Leute gleichzeitig auf eine Infrastruktur zugreifen wollen, die nicht explizit dafür ausgelegt ist. Denkt hierbei bitte mal An z. B. Login-Server bei AAA Spielen die released werden. Da haben auch Publisher wie EA regelmäßig Probleme und die THEKEY Seite wird nach dem Crowdsale wahrscheinlich nie wieder solche Aufrufszahlen pro Sekunde aushalten müssen.

Trotzdem hoffe ich, dass alle an ihre Token kommen die welche haben möchten.

That is a good question. I'd say that this bonus is applicable for every token that initially came from the token contract address (the contract itself) without being transferred from another address beforehand.
Technically, this also is true for bounty tokens, but I myself thought that it's a special perk for PreSale investors.

The white paper says the following:

9.1 A special 20% bonus in commission earnings for original STE buyers

This 20% bonus is distributed among original STE holders, who have never sold their tokens. Therefore, in a scenario where more people sell their STE in the open market, a fewer number of STE holders who never sold them is left and the greater their share of that 20% will be. This is something that cannot be reversed and is only attributed to holders of untraded STE tokens, thus the per-token share of that reserved 20% will only ever increase over time. The takeaway from this is the following: it is better to never sell STE and watch your dividends grow.


So, the question is, what qualifies as an 'original STE buyer' or an 'original STE holder'?
Maybe @Ivan [STeX] can shed some light on this as it all depends on how the STeX team defines this and later implements the distribution algorithm.

That is correct, right now, STE tokens can't be moved. And if they get transferable, any tokens that are from the PreSale will lose their dividends from the 20% bonus pool when they are moved out of their initial wallet.
Here is the info from STeX:

A: You can access one and the same wallet from any wallet manager using the same private keys. No need to move your balance between different wallets. As of the FAQ (https://stex.exchange/media/pdf/stex_faq.pdf), DEEP has no connection with the smart trading platform STeX. Here is the excerpt:

Daher gehe ich davon aus, dass NEON ebenfalls unterstützt wird, da NEON dort gelistet ist. Es wird ebenfalls nochmal eine Möglichkeit geben, die NEO Wallet Adresse auszutauschen, bevor die Tokens verteilt werden, daher ist auch noch genug Zeit, sich eine andere Adresse zuzulegen.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'veteran' and 'supporters'. WOuld be grat if you could clarify what you mean exactly.
The idea of STeX is that you have trading pairs of coins that are traded on (many) other exchanges with different spreads and rates. So if a coin is cheap on one exchange you buy it there through the liquidity pool of the STeX exchange.

So there is no inherent need of a 'partnership' with said exchanges or any support for the platform itself. It would be nice (maybe), but it's definitely not needed for the project to be successful or profitable 

Yeah, there is a difference:

• STeXExchangeICO: new (important)

The old one you can ignore, as those coins have no value and won't be used. If you invested before ICO keep in mind, that you'll lose your bonus payout for tokens that were never moved since preICO if you transfer them to you ledger (or any other address).

Not only liquidity and availability of currencies but also the possibility of minimal bid/ask spreads is a feature of STeX that must be pointed out. On most exchanges, so much money is lost due to empty order books or a huge spread. STeX will mitigate that

Die NEO sollten nicht von einer Exchange gesendet werden, obwohl es theoretisch geht. Erstell dir bitte eine neue Wallet und übertrag deine NEO vorher auf diese Wallet. Von dort aus sendest du sie dann entsprechend weiter. https://neo.org/download wird von THEKEY empfohlen.

Genau, 10 NEO in der Wallet genügen. Allerdings nicht wenn man 10 NEO auf einer Exchange kauft und sie dann auf eine Wallet übertragen will (sofern die Exchange Gebühren nimmt).

Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Order erst platziert werden kann, wenn der Sale gestartet ist. Ich hoffe, dass das System den Andrang verkraftet. Mehr kann ich derzeit leider auch nicht sagen.

NEO hat keine transaction fees, trotzdem kann es sein, dass einige Exchanges eine nehmen. Binance und KuCoin nehmen keine, z.B. Bittrex 0.025. Bitte denk daran, dass NEO nur als ganze Einheiten übertragen und nicht  geteilt werden kann. Derzeit sind Transaktionen noch kostenlos und benötigen kein GAS.

Will there be an update in the coming weeks as there are a lot of new exchanges out there that weren't there when you wrote the whitepaper? 
It's maybe a good idea as people will compare STeX to those projects they know or heard of.
