601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase down again during crash, is the exchange doing this on purpose? on: May 12, 2020, 04:12:20 AM
https://www.coincurb.com/news/bitcoin-break-to-8000-broke-coinbase-which-experienced-partial-outage-again/

It seems that Coinbase has been dealing with this issue for years now and it's quite surprising to see the platform hasn't been able to fix it. Is there a possibility for the exchange to be allowing or conducting these outages on purpose?

Mainwhile I've checked coinbase and right now it seems everything is fine. Running good. I have been using coinbase since 5 years. I notice not only coinbase but also others exchanges crashe when there is a big increase or decrease of bitcoin price. Maybe because of their hosting unable to control a lots of traffic during that incidents. So don't think coinbase has done this outages on purpose

604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: List of physical attacks against Bitcoin owners on: August 23, 2019, 05:46:13 AM
Jameson Lopp just published his gathered list of physical attacks against Bitcoin owners: https://github.com/jlopp/physical-bitcoin-attacks
He wants to show us how important is privacy to Bitcoin, anyone who loudly talks about coins that they own on social media are making themselves a target. Lopp himself became a victim of such attack and since then he took a lot of measures to become untraceable.
I've read this article and I've found that, those indecents are so awful. Of course privacy is the most important thing in our life and Those incidents teaches us,
not to share about any news(like bitcoin) on social media that how much worth bitcoin or altcoin you have own.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tired of waiting? on: August 10, 2019, 11:14:39 AM
If the bear market stays longer than expected will you take your leave and forget cryptocurrency ever existed? But the marketcap is getting larger and larger is that not enough to change your minds and stay?

Not at all. I've lost a large amount of my fund  because of bear market But How could i leave & forget cryptocurrency, when it is already being a part of my life. Well now you can see green market. Bicoin pump 4x from start of 2019 including altcoins. So it's very enjoyable
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Dex exchanges are safe? on: August 10, 2019, 10:42:19 AM
I've been using dex exchanges like ddex, switcheo. They asked to connect wallet through metamask or trust wallet, I'm an android user so I'm using trust wallet to use these exchanges, i wanted to ask when we connect our wallet to a specific exchange is there any possibility to stole funds anyhow?

Although I haven't  faced any kind of problem yet, during treading but  i don't think that connect our wallet to a specific exchange by providing our private key is a safe way! Any time an unexpected incident can be occurred. But if you feel necessary to trade with those exchanges including DEX, then you can do that with your own risk.

608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Gold? Which one you would choose to invest for long term? Why ? on: August 10, 2019, 08:05:49 AM
Both of them can be chosen. If anyone want to have safe and secure investment with low profit, then gold is for  them. If anyone want to have risk investment with high/low profit, then bitcoin is for them.
Personally i would choose to invest bitcoin for long term because of getting high profit although its dangerous & worth can be hacked. Reason behind choosing bitcoin is, i think bitcoin will have dominance in the world and probably fiat will be replaced by bitcoin
609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will China Accept Bitcoin As A Currency? on: August 10, 2019, 07:41:08 AM
China is one of the most developing country, full of  digital technologies. Their digital economy has expanded rapidly in recent years as because they belive in "look before you leap" proverb. Because of scam, hacking & laundering issue, they banned bitcoin. But that they will Accept Bitcoin As A Currency, after 10years if those issues [I've mentioned above]  are possible to solved somehow
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Rising, Scams Rising on: August 10, 2019, 07:29:30 AM
Compelectly agreed. Rising of bitcoin is one of the vital reason behind Scams Rising. It helps scammers to scam easily and Thousands of people had lost their worth oring to it. I've loss around £15,000 due it scammers. And it was great reget of my life. Scam is very common issue nowadays. But one shouldn't invest fund that he can't afford to lose
611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Dominance on CoinMarketCap on: August 10, 2019, 06:55:50 AM
Considering there are thousands of coins and tokens out there, what sort of dominance should Bitcoin have which shows that even though it remains the dominant force there is still a lot of space for others to narrow the gap?
Currently the BTC Dominance according to CMC is:  62.6%
Bitcoin is the king of crypto world. Last 5-7years, it is seen  that, thousands of coins and tokens had come to market. Many of them, get successful and most of them get scammed. But if you see bitcoin, it has increased huge. So undoubtedly people would like to choice bitcoin because of it's safety & security. That's the reason, BTC Dominance in crypto world
612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fake trade volumes on: August 08, 2019, 11:38:17 AM
I've some concerns and queries, i observed that many altcoins even some major coins create fake volume, if a project is new and initially listed on a small exchange and create fake volume it's obvious understood that they're trying to get listed on coinmarketcap, but A coin which is existed in everywhere, even big exchanges but still they create fake volume on small exchanges, what this means? Why they do that? Is everything just done by exchanges or project itself, and also that makes a clear difference in prices as compared to official price of market that makes frustrated.
There are a lots of reason behind it. Possibly exchanges creates fake volume as because to show people that, their exchange is one of the top and best exchanges.so people should come & trade there!! This is the way that helps their exchange to get much more traffic. More traffic means more income. Sometimes shitcoins developers deal with those exchange to do so as because to get more investment in there shitcoin or they uses bots to create fake volume to show people, their shitcoins is best for investment. Thus they earn a lots of money by cheated with us  Cry Cry
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sent Litecoin to Bitcoin Address, How to recover? on: August 05, 2019, 02:02:29 AM
I Own a Bitcoin ATM company and a lot of my customers click on litecoin when they really want to buy bitcoin, they scan their Bitcoin wallet and insert cash. The machine just sends Litecoin to bitcoin address and now the money is stuck. Is there a way to recover it? Can we share some video link with them that they can use to get their funds?
I don't got it. How could The machine just sends Litecoin to bitcoin address??  Is it really possible when cryto technology is much more advance nowadays. Well if so really happened, there is nothing to do without fixing your ATM machine. Cause there is no recovery option at all. Feel sorry for that incedent  Cry
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Doge coin is good or bad for investment ? on: August 04, 2019, 07:36:54 PM
hi friends now the current price of doge coin is very low and i want to invest in doge coin. So please i need your suggestion that i need to invest my money in this coin or not? And now the price of 1 doge is 31 sat please give me suggestion.

I saw a lots of trader, invest their fund in doge coin, so that they can make some profit. So I don't want to say that investment with doge coin is a bad idea but personally I don't like to recommend doge coin because of its unlimited supply. Furthermore slow groth in it's price issue. Probably it can be profitable altcoin if anyone hold it for long term
615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves will replace ethereum on: August 04, 2019, 05:28:51 PM
a lot of good news coming in wavesplatform
in the last few days, waves price growing hardly, even rise more than 100% my friend
is this a sign if waves will be the next ethereum ?

Years ago, I thought so and I had hold a lot of waves because of some profit. But it totally disappointed me and still you can see the price of waves is remain same as before. A lot of good news had come in wavesplatform but there is no changed at all. Well if teamw ork hard, then maybe it will be possible
616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Name Some Quality Exchanges? on: August 04, 2019, 05:22:01 PM
I only use 2 exchanges right now which are Nauticus and Binance. Coinbase ripped me off last year and Kraken has tons of issues. What do you guys think of Nauticus and Binance? Do you guys think these are good exchanges that have a quality project?

Generally I use Binance, whice is one of the most trusted & secure exchange nowadays. therefore I use Kucoin, Bittex, Hitbtc for trade. And still I am using coinbase so that it allows free transaction from Email to email. And be careful about  Idex, Etherdelta  exchanges as because they asks private key before trading there, although I have never faced any kind of problem during  trading with those exchanges.
617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum is slow in price? on: August 04, 2019, 05:10:00 PM
What makes the Ethereum price a little slow to experience an increase, in the current crypto market conditions. If the price of bitcoin continues to experience rapid growth almost close to $ 10k. I think the price of ethereum will be good if it is above $ 300.
Completely agreed. Even currently the price of Bitcoin is about  $11,000 when the price of ethereum is only about 220$!! That means Ethereum is very slow in price. I think the price of ethereum will be good if it is above 400$, in this market condition. Because of bitcoin price is increasing, investors choice to investment in Bitcoin and I think that's the reason, behind slow groth of Ethereum price  Roll Eyes
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins for buy now on: August 04, 2019, 04:54:00 PM
hello suggest please 2-3 altcoins/tokens who you can think can do x2 x3 easy till the end of this year .

it's hard to predict it about altcoins. Well it is recommended to invest in top ranked coins so that to aboid risk of your fund. Although they are low profitable but safe and secure. So I would like to suggest

ADA, EOS, NEO, WAVES, TRON
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you always invest in top ranked coins? on: August 04, 2019, 04:39:44 PM
Hi Everyone,
As advised I am trying to learn the basics of crypto first.
Most of the suggestions mention investing in top ranked coins. My question is, does it always work? As far as I understand, the market is vulnerable and affects almost all the coins from top to bottom. How then you determine which ones would stay ?
invest in top ranked coins is obviously a good idea to proper use of fund, if you don't want to take risk. As because they are a safe for investment and they already have a working platform.and after analysis of  market condition, it can be said that, new coins are not safe for investment. That's why I like to invest in top ranked coins. Although low profitable but safe and secure
