Important thing on here is that you could be having a choice because if you do go for Trading then expect fees would be there but its not something that huge that you would really be making yourself that too stress of.
Fees aren't really huge in casinos or brokers basically. They usually range from 0% - 3% based on what I observed which isn't really high. However, the ones that charge no fees at all should be applauded.

Cryptocurrencies like LTC, Doge etc are the primary reason why these fees are so low which is why I appreciate them even more.
602  Economy / Gambling / Re: MoneyPot - Crash with the lowest house edge on: September 30, 2023, 05:56:29 PM
I thank the moneypot casino for giving me a balance of 200 bits, I used this balance for my first experience at moneypot, this site is quite light and very practical, it only has 1 game, it would be better to add other light games like Dice
Op already mentioned specifically that their plan is to focus on crash primarily. They might add more games later if the site takes off successfully.

There are no competitions or bonuses on MoneyPot now. OP has a different view about the bonuses. And they think that actual gambler play the games without focusing on the bonuses. MoneyPot 'investors profit' is still in negative direction. They won't be able to generate revenue like the other crash gambling sites as they have a lower house edge. Giving bonuses to users and running some contests could be costly for them. I think they will bring some promo or contest if there is a high demand from the regular players.
Valid points. They definitely need to run regular promotions within their site or forum or both regularly in order to continue competing effectively. Seems like they aren't willing to take such necessary risks yet.
603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 30, 2023, 04:46:12 PM
Possibly but it must be a successful model in India as well, otherwise, it'll struggle to make a mark.
Agreed. Any cricket format needs to become popular in India first when compared to every other country for various obvious reasons. The T-10 format could become popular pretty quickly everywhere.

However, I don't think the boards will focus primarily on it anytime soon thanks to the popularity of the T-20 format.

Correct me if I am wrong as no one is the most perfect being in this world, brokers are supposed to be for forex traders? Am I wrong or right? Because I believe that comparing gambling with brokers makes no sense.
So many people in this thread clearly have no idea who betting brokers are and are mixing them up with other kinds of brokers. Betting brokers provide punters access to popular sites which restrict their countries.

Examples include sites like Betfair, Pinnacle etc. They earn through commissions on winning and losing bets.

But one thing I am trying to figure out is that all these complains everywhere in the forum, is it that non has reported them to authorities?
Many, many gamblers have tried reporting them to the authorities over time, but they were all unsuccessful primarily because it's a crypto casino without a proper physical location.

They also have strong connections with bigger sites like 1xbet which is why they are able to evade the authorities pretty easily.

Pakistan vs New Zealand

Match was overed between these two teams. First Pakistan batted and give a big target to New Zealand team and I expect that Pakistan ka easily win this match but expectations wrong new Zealand chase down big target of  345 runs. In warm up matches both team show brilliant performance let's see in world cup

Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh

Second match of warm up series also finished between SL and BAN. In this match, Sri Lanka did not show good performance and set 263 runs against BAN and Bangladesh also chase down this target and secure their victory I see good improvement from Bangladesh team and this team Did not play well in some match in previous series.
Expected Pakistan and Sri Lanka to win, but I was surprised to see Bangladesh and New Zealand winning quite comfortably. Williamson returned in style with an unbeaten half century.

Bangladesh actually played really well without Shakib in their squad though I still think they won't go far in the World Cup.

Sorry, my mistake. I didn't realize that it's 1xbit; I actually gambled on 1xbet, where it's easy for me to transfer funds through my digital bank. As I mentioned, it's just a small amount of money, something I can easily let go of. It's not so bad based on my personal experience, but I know this site is very risky. I also want to emphasize that I am not promoting it; I just have friends who still use the site despite knowing its reputation.
Makes sense. As I mentioned in my previous post, they don't really focus much on small amounts and usually go after big amounts(Especially 1xbet). They tempt gamblers through their superb odds and screw them later on.

I advise you and your friends to avoid both these sites and their clones completely since your funds are never safe with them.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 29, 2023, 12:52:03 PM
ICC obsession with the United States is well known. They believe that at some point USA will become the cash cow for ICC, similar to the case with India now. But I am quite skeptical about it. Americans have their own leagues such as the MLB, NFL and NBA, and they haven't shown much interest in cricket, which takes 3.5 to 4.0 hours even for the shortest version. Depending on expats from South Asia, South Africa and West Indies also may not work in the long term, as the second generation immigrants show a decreasing interest in cricket when compared to first generation.
T-10 format could potentially change all of that since it addresses the time issue and provides plenty of quality entertainment within that short period just like NBA, Soccer etc.

To make this happen, the ICC needs to focus less on formats like ODI and more on the T-10 basically.
609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Flip or Trade? What’s The Bigger Gamble? on: September 29, 2023, 06:29:19 AM
I don't understand why some members keep insisting on comparing trading to gambling and are totally convinced they are not different from each other. First, gambling is an entertainment activity while trading is a sort of investment or a job if you like.
Second, gambling is based mainly on luck while trading is based on specific skills and experience.
It's true that you can win or lose on both of them but they are not the same and for each of them the possibilities of winning or losing depends on totally different factors.
Trading also requires a good dose of luck to go your way though skills definitely help here unlike gambling where you are 100% dependent on luck. However, there are games like poker etc where skill helps along with luck.

This is why trading and gambling are actually pretty similar in more ways than one if you think about it.
610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: September 28, 2023, 06:13:12 PM
Some of the top batsmen have batted well but unfortunately the batsmen from the lower order down have not supported the team well and the bowlers are too much in this match.  Expansive was the reason why India suffered a big defeat against Australia in this match.
Here's the deal with the Indian team these days. They either play really well and destroy the opponent or they play like crap and lose by decent margins which implies that their performances are inconsistent.

This is alright in the regular matches of the World Cup, but they should be way more consistent during the critical matches of the marquee event.

Maybe, but honestly, I don't really think they would scam me for a small amount of money. I still find this gambling site not so bad, despite the scam accusations. The fact that they still exist until now implies that there are still lots of gamblers who trust them, and they probably take precautions by not depositing a lot of money, you know, just in case.
Not so bad? You have got to be kidding with me. These fraudsters have screwed so many gamblers over time and the site is still alive only because they are supported by their parent(1xbet) which is far more powerful.

1xbet, Melbet etc all belong to the same group of scammers who are operating most probably out of Russia.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Discussion thread on: September 28, 2023, 11:58:24 AM
Those are predictions threads where contest is taking place and that is for the members who participated.

This one is the clean ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Discussion thread and it is also not self -mod thus fulfilling the purpose of freedom of speech.
Wrong. Some of them are prediction pool threads as you mentioned, but some are strictly about different formats of cricket. The ODI discussion thread is the proper discussion thread related to the ODI World Cup.

This is simply some advice to avoid unnecessary cricket related spamming. Also, this is my last post in this thread.
613  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: September 28, 2023, 07:25:03 AM
Personally, despite being aware of their bad reputation, I gave the site a try, but with certain limitations, and solely for entertainment purposes. I managed to withdraw my funds, but it's not something I prefer to use consistently.
You got really lucky to be honest with you. Am guessing that you cleverly stuck to small amounts since they usually scam big amounts from their customers based on all the scam accusations against them.

Bitcointalk as a forum is not advertised anywhere, so several people out there do not have the slightest idea that such a forum exists, most who join this days is either through research or someone recommended this forum to them directly.
That's true. I learnt about this forum myself several years though I wish I learnt about it way back in 2009.
614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if your country did not legalize cryptocurrency? on: September 27, 2023, 03:42:07 PM
It's pretty simple op. VPNs! Don't use free VPNs. Instead, subscribe to a high quality paid VPN service which will help you stay anonymous online and dabble with all cryptocurrencies without any issues.

TOR is another useful alternative in my opinion. World governments cannot stop BTC no matter how hard they try and they know it.
615  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: September 27, 2023, 12:13:44 PM
and that is the same reason why we are still seeing victims from outside this forum , because Bitcointalk users already knew their scamming so they are victimizing people from outside.
The problem here is that most gamblers don't check forums like Bitcointalk before signing up at gambling sites due to which they get fooled by review sites like Trustpilot etc and end up getting screwed later on.

More and more gamblers need to stop being lazy and must check sites like Bitcointalk while researching crypto gambling sites.
616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: September 27, 2023, 07:42:07 AM
The bookies do not take this factor into account and by looking at the odds it seems that India are still the favorite in this match. But personally, i will recommend to bet on Australia on today's match with 2.24 odds.

Higher odds don't automatically translate to better value and this example is a great way to prove that. For starters, India are on a rampaging high these days while Australia are hitting new lows regardless of their combinations.

The biggest difference is their bowling lineups. India has a far superior bowling lineup when compared to Australia to be frank.

I think this will experience a big explosion for the art contest if it holds it for the Halloween festival, because we usually for Halloween themselves have become commonly commemorated in the world, I myself will not miss this year if Roobet or others hold a contest in this forum, usually si The pumpkin became very crowded.
Probably. Am a big fan of Halloween myself which is why I might participate if there was such a contest sometime next month. They should come up with a unique and creative ANN for the halloween contest to draw in participants.

Am expecting even more participants to join their Christmas+New Year contest since it's a double whammy of celebrations.

Looks like Bangladesh is about to get whitewashed by New Zealand in their home country which is embarassing to say the least. Their batsmen and bowlers keep delivering inconsistent performances as usual.

Allen and Young started well and it's only a matter of time for the Kiwis to win this one too.
619  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 26, 2023, 07:47:59 AM
Halloween, Christmas and Valentines events are far from now but so discussions about them right now can go in to the air and be forgotten.
Christmas and Valentine's day are months away, but halloween is just a month away from now which is why it makes sense to talk about it now.

and with that recent event , surely this next one that will end up in October will have mass participants as they have missed big last September .
Maybe. Maybe not. Halloween is easily one of the biggest festivals around the world which is why an art contest related to it could attract many, many participants, but we can't say for sure since these contests have been declining in popularity recently.
620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No KYC vs KYC enabled casinos (Facts you need to know) on: September 25, 2023, 03:32:13 PM
Luckily I was only a little gambler so I didn't think too much about the KYC problem, playing in a large and trusted casino in this forum I was still vigilant to give my complete KYC identity to the casino, but enough KYC level 1 I was able to withdraw withdrawals without having to complete the KYC Level 2 or 3, the point is that during being a small gambler and betting with small bets everything becomes safe. Even so do not save too much money in the casino because it is a very important lesson to avoid problems such as Betnomi cases.
Great thinking. I only submit KYC level-1 whenever I feel it's necessary too and never submit higher level KYC unless it's related to huge amounts or something. This is another useful tip if you ask me.

Gamblers should think carefully before submitting higher level KYC in any site(New or Reputed).
