I love how a topic I made back in 2014 is still managing to piss people off Cheesy

Not people, just BADecker. Most of the pages of this thread are just full of BADecker preaching so he doesn't have to burn eternally after death (Isn't God so loving?)
602  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is white nationalism and why it is so dangerous? on: September 02, 2016, 11:20:29 AM
The people are not be led by a dictator though.

The people are rebelling against the polictical establishment that want uncontrolled immigration.

You canot deny the points I made in my previous post.  You can not deny the crime and rape epidemic these muslims brought with them.

There are over 4000 recognised religions in the world, and I am sick of having one in particular rammed down my throat constantly.  When was the last time you heard of Sikh or Hindu kicking off demanding that a host country changes its traditions to suit their chosen way of life?

p.s. looking through your post history you seem to have a real problem with whitey and his "privilege"

These damn immigrants with their poor English, am I right?  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Just to be clear, being pro-border control does not make you a "rebel against the establishment". You are literally falling into the establishment's fear mongering, allowing them to steal more money from you in the form of taxes for border control. Statist fear mongering is killing our planet.

Yes, there are over 4000 religions in the world, most of them have some kind of celebration recognized on December 25, yet there is only one that, despite having stolen it from other religions, seeks to shove it down everybody's throats and make it about themselves  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
603  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is white nationalism and why it is so dangerous? on: September 02, 2016, 09:57:17 AM
You keep trying to side skirt the issue.

The fact is that a very large % of every EU country do not want their lands flooded with muslim immigrants.  This is a fact as right wing parties are gaining more support daily and the main driving factor behind Brexit was uncontrolled immigration.

At the moment many EU countries are a powder keg just waiting for spark to to set the whole lot off and when it it does kick off they will turn on immigrants to vent their frustrations and the result will not be pretty.

I am suprised Merkel isnt hanging from a tree already.

LOL you're accusing me of "side skirting" the issue when you ignored my entire post which shot down every crappy "argument" that you had made.

Also, the Third Reich was pretty popular among its people too, that proves nothing, except that people can turn into fascist mass murderers if led by the right dictator, who uses the right fear mongering techniques (ie they ruined our economy, they took our jerbz)
604  Other / Politics & Society / Re: It is time to Ban Religion on: September 02, 2016, 09:26:46 AM
A world without religion would be really great , but I think religions may stay forever
in the history even before prophets people created many things to worship , so it's the human nature I guess
all the religions should be replaced with humanity in my opinion

The absolute only way to get rid of religion is to get rid of people. All people are religious, and religiously minded beings. Even the ones who say that they have no religion, simply have a religion of non-religion. Even the ones who don't think about religion at all, still have a personal religion in their life.

Cool

It depends how you define religion. For most people, religion is something that cannot be scientifically explained. I cannot accept something like that, so in this sense, I have no religion. On the other hand, if you call religion the making of the universe and the laws of physics, then yes, I am a religious person. But in this case, religion is pure science Smiley
No religion as nothing to do with science..
Lets not get into the religious argument because you do something religiously no no no we have had that one before Wink....

Science has a whole lot to do with religion.

If you go to store, and get a can of Hunt's tomato sauce, where do the scientists tell you it came from?

They say "Walmart." But you could have gotten it from Safeway, Basha's, Kroger, or one of many other stores. You might have gotten it from a food bank.

Big Bang Theory is like this. Science doesn't know that BB was a reality. Many scientists say that it was, but their science could be lacking all kinds of information. Many people believe what the scientists say, that BB is real. They are like the lay-people in church.

If scientists have become smart enough to figure out your receipt, they know where your tomato sauce came from. But, if they are that smart, they would never tell. Because they would know that God created the universe.

Although science has the scientific process which has little or nothing to do with religion, science has become a whole lot more things than the scientific process alone. Science has become a religion.

Cool

I generally am a critic of science, the way we have it today, I consider science to be a religion in itself (Keep in mind that I'm not an atheist, I'm actually quite religious).

However, you're essentially saying that your God is the God of the Gaps.
605  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is white nationalism and why it is so dangerous? on: September 02, 2016, 09:23:27 AM
Of course you couldn't conclude your post without going full Nazi.

I am not stating I agree with it, it is my prediction of what will happen with the increasing tensions between the indiginous people and the immigrant population forced upon them.

150,000 mass protest in Poland, all it would take is a terror arrack or two on Polish soil to have these people looking for blood.

What exactly do you mean by "tensions between the indigenous people and the immigrant population forced upon them"? Because I read that as, the Natives there (Who are not white people by the way), and then the white people that complain about immigration, who ironically, are the immigrants themselves.
606  Other / Meta / Re: Are sarcastic/flippant posts considered off-topic by forum administrators? on: September 02, 2016, 09:21:02 AM
Your post was reported as it ads doesn't add nothing really new to the conversation in an already resolved thread and got deleted. Happens everyday, don't worry about it.

Thank you for explaining, and thank you everybody else.

Discussion sections are just that, a place for conversation about topics to take place. Technical Support is a bit less open and breezy. If someone is refreshing their browser every 10 seconds because their money is no longer in their control and not reaching the destination, sarcasm may not be the best call.

Of course, I only just realize that now.

Just because a post is not off-topic does not mean that it is not appropriate for a moderator to delete said post.  Another very common reason for a post to get deleted is that it is a low/no value post.

I have noticed that both the development and technical support sections have had an increase in signature spam as of recently. I would say that the chances are high that if someone were to make a sarcastic post in either of these sections that they have no idea what is being discussed but they want to make a post anyway.

Does this mean that being enrolled in a signature campaign puts a preconceived bias towards your posts as low-quality/off-topic?

And thank you Morantis for your input.
607  Other / Meta / Are sarcastic/flippant posts considered off-topic by forum administrators? on: September 02, 2016, 12:21:58 AM
I generally try to stay out of trouble here on Bitcointalk.

However, there was this post somebody made about his transaction not being confirmed, where he admitted to having paid a fee of less than 0.0001 BTC

So I wrote: "There's your issue. Wait about a year or two, it will be confirmed eventually."

Obviously, I didn't literally mean "Wait a year", everybody can see that. So I was wondering if sarcasm could still be considered off-topic and give grounds for deleting a post, is it possible?

(This is not an appeal of the moderators' decision to remove the post, just a necessary precaution I'm taking to prevent this from happening in the future and better my understanding of the rules)
608  Other / Politics & Society / Re: It is time to Ban Religion on: September 01, 2016, 11:24:35 PM
Richard Dawkins famously said "We are all atheists about most of the gods that humanity has ever believed in. Some of us just go one god further"

We cannot ban religion. But I hope someday it will be abolished; simply because people wont need it

Dawkins, along with most of science, simply ignores the scientific proof for God, as well as the example of nature's machinery.

Cool

He doesn't ignore it; there simply isn't any proof of God Smiley "Nature's machinery" is pure science Smiley

Richard Dawkins is a Twitter scumbag. There are way too many of them, but Dawkins deserves an honorable mention because he is glorified by leftists, despite quotes like "Abort it and try again" (On babies with Down's syndrome), and of course his racist ideas.
609  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christian BS on: September 01, 2016, 11:23:07 PM
I am a very swift reader, and I could have easily gone through your entire post in just fifteen seconds. Yet, I merely chose to skim through it. Don't try to preach to me over the internet, and on Bitcointalk out of all places.
610  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Black man shot dead for not holding door open for woman on: September 01, 2016, 11:21:51 PM
Link? Picture? What did the woman looked like?
Maybe the black guy was gay? Maybe he didn't see her? Maybe he was drunk or stoned? More details would be much appreciated.
US police forces arrest white guys everyday.

If they had a picture of the guy who shot her, they wouldn't be looking for him. Also, it's true that the US Police forces arrest white guys every day, but none of the arrests occur because the guys are white.

I'm talking of a picture of the victim, or the crime scene. Is this a troll or what?
Hey, nobody's arrested because of color. There are plenty of colored police officers everywhere in the US.

You didn't specify that in your post. You just said "Link? Picture?". This is why complete sentences are important.
611  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is white nationalism and why it is so dangerous? on: September 01, 2016, 10:15:40 PM
Was the UK gifted with millions of $ in donations when we implemented clean water, toilets and sewer system a few hundred years ago - no we did it off own back.

Wrong. The Thames River was at one point one of the filthiest bodies of water in the world, this was because flushing systems were not used by white people until way later. White people did not learn how to bathe or have basic hygiene until the Moorish people taught them how. Slaves were made to throw buckets of their shit out the window, where they would occasionally land on someone's heads, killing them. They weren't "gifted" with millions of $$$ in labor, per se, because they stole it, slavery was stolen free labor. So no, it was not off their "own back".

Africa was gifted with vast resources such as diamonds, gold etc yet the indiginous population walked over them and continued to live like shit in mud huts until the white man pointed out to them what they had and educated them how to mine the resources.

Again, your history is off. The "vast resources" such as diamonds, gold, etc were stolen by the white male when they installed their own dictators and taught them about white supremacy, homophobia, etc, thereby destroying their culture. You are repeating conservative beliefs from the 18th century, the white man's burden, the overrefuted false belief that the white man was the savior of all the races. To this day, white people don't wipe their ass cheeks properly after taking a shit.

I have had enough of Merkel and her croanies flooding the EU with millions of migrants that the people do not want.  I am sick of Muslims coming to a country posing as asylum seekers then milking the system for benefits while demanding the host country bends to their will.  I am sick of every person that speaks up getting branded as a White racist (because no other race can be racist under the current PC bullshit culture)

The Muslim refugees coming in to the West at large numbers is a direct result of the foreign policies of these countries. Had they not unjustly intervened in the Middle East, there would not be any Syrian refugees. Unfortunately, the British, American, Saudi, and Israeli governments all have foreign policy which seeks to create more terrorists, refugees, militants, radicals, all in the form of blowback. They want to create a very unsafe world for our children.

You're already sick of a couple of migrants coming in legally, through peaceful means? Imagine how the Natives feel when you sit on your ass, occupying their land that your ancestors stole through deceit and false promises (including Christianity which would otherwise have never made it to Africa and the Middle East).

I honestly believe that most EU countries are getting close to civil war and what happens to these muslim migrants will make what happened the jews in WWII look like a picnic.

Of course you couldn't conclude your post without going full Nazi.

Dude, I am sorry for your deficiency in iq... Maybe you will understand better...

Our food aid stopped natural selection in Africa. They keep multiplying until we stop feeding them, the continent itself can't sustain that population.
They're already entering Europe by the millions, and we let them. Birth control is the only cure.

Actually, white supremacists restarted natural selection throughout the world. They were brought to Europe years ago because white people were too goddamn lazy to do their own work. When you say birth control is a "cure" to a certain race, you're implying they're diseased you Nazi imperialist eugenicist scum.

But since life as it is, is impossible (except for the fact that it exists), there is really no way to say for sure that eternal life via the resurrection is a false promise.

Bordering on nihilism there. There is really no way to say for sure that eternal life via the Cat in the Hat is a false promise either.
615  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christian BS on: September 01, 2016, 03:50:27 PM
I think the Christians in this thread need a warm congratulations from us all.
Giving us such a real deep in-depth demonstration of the BS they speak, has been a real eye-opener for the rest of us and must be quite fatiguing for them to constantly keep their BS levels high.

Thanks.  Smiley

Lol, ain't it brilliant??

Among the greatest miracles of the Bible include the ability to spew out even the most absurd of claims, and still have otherwise reasonably intelligent Christians suffer from cognitive dissonance as they attempt to explain how something so mundane can be correct, like God creating plants before the Sun.

The explanation is in the word "God." And the clarification of it is in "God Almighty." There can't be an explanation for God almighty because He is way beyond us in everything He does.

Cool

The Lord works in mysterious ways indeed. For example, he will kill some guy for picking up sticks on Saturday, but let another get drunk and impregnate his daughters (shortly after turning his wife into a pillar of salt for turning her neck, that is).

And again. It appears like this to us because we don't know what was in the hearts of those people, nor the circumstances of the situations... except maybe in general. However, God protects His own. In addition, God protects all people by letting them die when living is something that is extremely unbearable for them. I mean, why live an extra hundred years after you are so pathetically worn out that living is a daily pain?

Another example. Some unbeliever might die at 25, while a believer might die at 75. The believer dies so much older because God is allowing him to rack up points in Heaven for the evangelizing he is doing while alive. But God is allowing the younger person to die, because He sees that the guy will never turn to God, and God is protecting him from the Hell punishment for additional sinning that he might do if he lived longer.

Not really so mysterious.

Cool

I have bolded out the Orwellian parts that will help you see why you sound like a fascist eugenicist. "God protects his own"? That's Nationalism. "God protects all people by letting them die?" That's Orwellian. "Why live an extra hundred years after you are so pathetically worn out that living is a daily pain"? That's eugenics.
616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling crying thread on: September 01, 2016, 03:47:02 PM
Please post here to cry about your gambling losses. No bragging about winnings or tips please, this is only for pure crying, whining, complaining, and venting your frustrations.

This thread had to be made because there are too many crying threads, this should help save forum space.

I believe this thread should be stickied as well.

There are no need tears in this kind of game that would require a risk to take, if gambling players would realize how really gambling works I think they would just let the emotions over their losses just go and leave them cause I my self would just do the same but we have all kinds of personalities and depending on that is how people would react every time they lose I say It is just my opinion.

One actually tends to be more impulsive if they have the urge to "earn back" what they have lost. By being realistic and accepting that they have suffered a loss after acknowledging the mistakes they have made, and putting their feelings down in words can be quite therapeutic and lead to fewer chances of repetition of the same mistakes in the future.

It's really ironic we end up with all these high fees, when one of the most prominent selling points of Bitcoin was that there are no taxes associated with it.
619  Other / Politics & Society / Re: It is time to Ban Religion on: September 01, 2016, 02:47:55 PM
The Chinese already did.

No they didn't. They simply replaced it with State religion which is more loosely formed in some areas and more strongly formed in other areas than what is generally thought of as religion.

Cool

This is correct. South East Asian atheism is tricky, because state atheism just seeks to remove all the deities apart from the state itself, which is actually quite worse than what we have in other parts of the world where people practice their religions freely. Ironic isn't it?

So that the State can become the "god" and the high priests (governing officials) get the tax money. At least with Christianity there is the promise of eternal life.

Cool

Read: At least with Christianity you have the same false promises as any other religion. It's ironic you talk about high priests in government positions getting tax money but at the same time, dodging any kind of payment on their own part.

In 2016 there exist something called DNA test.

The new law is about something different then you want to make it to be.

In certain countries it's illegal to ask for a paternity test if the mother opposes it. That's why smart or unsure father can always get one in a foreign country... It's like abortion tourism...

Yes, but you're citing Germany in your original post, where it is legal to have such a test. Crappy strawman argument, reported for fraud (just kidding).

Also, what is your point in making the post?
