601  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: CoinTerra now accepts Credit Card and Paypal !!! on: September 26, 2013, 05:12:25 PM
I second the request to change the title. Actually it states the very opposite.
Should it be reported to the mods?

Sorry CoinTerra, nothing against you, but we are seeing too many false promises in the ASICs  era.
602  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Next difficulty ~149,541,435 ? on: September 25, 2013, 02:25:47 PM
How accurate would you say that is?
We've just hit 148.819.199!

Well, pretty accurate then...

You guys laugh, but I'm sure some people may fall for it...

If someone really trusts these pathetic scammers, as already said on this thread, then he really deserves it.   Undecided
604  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Would you trust paypal? on: September 24, 2013, 10:36:25 PM
I would trust PP only if I were the buyer, maybe.
605  Other / Meta / Re: Add BitMessage to additional profile fields. on: September 24, 2013, 09:45:38 PM
Good idea.

Furthermore, the last BitMessage client (0.4.0) implements Namecoin integration.
I still have to dig in it better, but maybe this new feature could open doors to further integration with forum users' profiles.

Thank you for your detailed feedback.

I hope that the skeleton's pics will bring luck like yours did. Smiley

+1 for the spoiler tag.

It's an useful function.
608  Economy / Exchanges / Re: exchange.bitparking.com on: September 24, 2013, 05:06:27 PM
did doublec message you beforehand or did funds just appear in your wallet?

This was an interesting question that unfortunately is still unanswered.

Could someone of already refunded users give us some info? Thank you in advance.

A bump from the Underworld...

610  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL 600GH "Monarch" already postponed to February! on: August 22, 2013, 04:46:11 AM
Anyone who buys these is an idiot.

I totally agree.
I feel sorry for all people who bought last year but who buys now must be a sort of Darwin Award candidate.
611  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: CoinTerra announces its first ASIC - Hash-Rate greater than 500 GH/s on: August 22, 2013, 04:35:20 AM
But anyways, they agreed to meet with me. Hopefully I will hear back from them soon as to a place and time. I will report back here with any news I find out from my trip (good or bad).

Awesome, I can't wait to read news from you and +1 for lower price request! Smiley

Thread already in watchlist.

612  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL 600GH "Monarch" already postponed to February! on: August 22, 2013, 04:00:44 AM
To be honest, I am not so shocked by the result, but the timing.

Someone on reddit wrote "1 month delay per day".  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

613  Bitcoin / Hardware / BFL 600GH "Monarch" already postponed to February! on: August 22, 2013, 03:42:19 AM
This was already posted here, but maybe this news deserves better visibility.
I feel a bit speechless. Shocked

Don't you think it's misleading that above the Pre-Order now button it still says this?

"Tape out August 2013

November/December delivery"

What you saying now is that this only applies to a few orders that were made days ago.

I based my decision on November if lucky, December probably and January if there was a delay. Your post now makes that sounds like it might be another six months on top. I'd be happier if I knew how many you'd need to make before you got to my order and even a worst case prediction based on your lowest prediction of how many your suppliers could process per week.

Yes, I would like to change it, but I have a sneaking suspicion if I have it changed now people will pitch a fit about false advertising or something. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. I'm open to arguments about this.

If you order now, I would not expect you to take delivery of your unit until sometime in February.

614  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Xcrowd Who are There? No information on Them and they charge Extra 11% on: August 20, 2013, 11:33:44 PM
Woah, this three post sockpuppet is mad as hell and isn't gonna take it anymore!

Well, not a sockpuppet but just a long time lurker.  Smiley
Lately, with all the spam and OT flooding ASIC related threads, I thought I really need something like an ignore list.

But yes, even a newbie could easily get tired with all that mess!  Wink
615  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Xcrowd Who are There? No information on Them and they charge Extra 11% on: August 20, 2013, 07:08:18 AM
I think you've spammed this enough to get your point across. You're looking like a troll with an axe to grind now.

I agree.

@eve:
Welcome to my ignore list.

617  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whitelist Requests (Want out of here?) on: August 13, 2013, 06:07:32 PM
Hi all,

I am a long time lurker and now I need to send a PM to a forum member.
If someone could whitelist me would be great, if not I will check again in a couple of hours.

Thank you anyway! Smiley
