For the past 10 days our dev is working on a smart contract that will do everything: manage the bonuses, froze our team accounts for one year, etc. And in case that the Pre-ICO is unsucessful the contract will return the funds automatically to the investor. Because we want to test it thorougly and give out a smart contract that is safe to the investor and safe to us, we need some more time. We decided that we postpone the Pre-ICO for one week. Nothing else has changed.
We are disappointed as many of you. We hope you understand that the protection, safety and successful management of collected funds is our priority and we don't want to release anything that is not good enough, even the Pre-ICO contract.

And one more thing, just a reminder that after a year better transfer your balance to continue 5% APR. Don't deny I informed you. But bittrex must store the coins in a wallet, too .... ... and it is their wallet because they always maintain it . The only thing you own in bittrex are account info and principal balances .
