I have three r9 280x, 2x2GB RAM and every card work @ 700MH/s.
So, IMO RAM doesn't affect mining performance (ofcourse operating system requires some for working, but 4GB is enough for every hashrate).

I'm mining at one pool, that shows x2 less hashrate then I really have. I know that it is only some kind of estimation, but I'm afraid that after several hours of continuous mining stats should be far more accurate.
Maybe I have lot of rejected shares? But cgminer doesn't show this: WU >90%, about 2-3% of rejected shares.
