My Batch 1 order finally shipped!!  Ordered :2014-06-30 22:04:41 Paid :2014-06-30 22:10:30 Shipped :2014-07-19 10:08:07 Batch 2 is shipping too. Looks like I paid extra so I could say I was part of Batch 1.  Me too. A bunch of us for that matter. Lets hope they fixed some of the bugs on this latest shipment. Otherwise we paid more than the batch 2 people for the same delivery time frame. Ya I got a feeling they didn't do anything to the units, we just overpaid for our batch 1 giving us same batch 2 shipping timeframe |

Wow, so those of us who paid for batch 1 prices towards the end got screwed as essentially there is no difference between late batch 1 and early batch 2 since they are being shipped at the same time

6. Change protocol from "Static Address" to DHCP client. Set an appropriate hostname (such as antMiner) then click Save and Apply.
What would be the advantage of DHCP vs static? With DHCP you will need to check it (IP) every time you want to login or ssh. Not a big deal, of course, but why bother? ive always done DHCP and my IP addys have never changed, even after reboots and shut down's to move hardware around the garage |

It's almost the 19th there and batch 1 still hasn't completed shipping, seems like batch 2 and 3 will be waiting another week

What delay? They said they were shipping by the 20th. Last time I checked it was only the 17th. They were quoted here saying batch 1 shipped 14th thru 17th and batch 2 after, look it up |

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet... but the S3 has wireless. I've got mine in hand, saw the wifi tab, figured I would try it out. Bam!
So, while I don't see any place to hook in an antenna, having it sitting right next to my router, that's kind of irrelevant.
I'm getting ~450GH/s on p2pool (my local node). Not bad at all!

How many GH/s were you thinking in trade?
I dunno, like 100 ish ? Well they're like 120$ on ebay so you're honestly more likely to get two rockminers (32-37 ghash each) which is like 70ish ghash. Don't expect much more just not trying to get your hopes up. 2 rockminers would be ok, arent s1's going for like .2 now? |

I have a feeling that late B1 orders going to be ripped off because by the time you get in your hand it would have been the same as if you had ordered early B2 with lower price. Didn't expect BITMAIN screw their customers like this. I don't see any difference between late B1 shipping date and an early B2 order with lowered price as both would be in your hand around the same time with at the very most 1 day difference  yeah that totally sucks! I didnt think of that but it makes sense... maybe they will take a break after B1 is done and wait a few days to ship B2 |
