The payment can be done in one payment, or multiple transactions, as long as the total matches the order amount. This means you can easily share an order with friends/etc. (if you happen to pay too much, please contact the support for a refund of the extra part).

In Europe for now we only host from Germany, as we had a lot of troubles with network in another country (we tried France but stopped a few months later, moving everything to german servers). Latency is <10ms to most parts of Europe.

Note that this is not a service specialized in "anonymous hosting", instead we are a regular provided adding support for BTC. Process is simple: choose your stuff, add to cart, register, and get on payment page. Once there you get a bitcoin address to send your payment to. You can send it in one go, or in small parts (ie. if you're paying for something with a friend).
