601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoin are you currently supporting, and Why? on: March 29, 2017, 05:28:36 PM
Hi All,

It would be interesting to know which Altcoin(s) are you currently supporting and why are you supporting them.

This will greatly generate insights to new adopters and help them get in cryptos.

In addition to BTC, I am holding ETH because of the technology as many new altcoins are developed using ETH blockchain. So for me this is a valuable digital asset for the future of cryptos.

Please share your thoughts on this thread.

All the best!
I prefer Decred and i hope its the most undervalued coin now.It was launched by a group of former  bitcoin developers. It is a POW/POS coin which can be both mined and staked.
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: small fee makes transactions faster on: March 29, 2017, 05:18:54 PM
why bitcoin transfer fee when most people give it in large quantities, but it will slow down the transaction itself, rather than using a bitcoin transfer fee sathosi 1000 it could be?

What is your opinion with bitcoin transfer with a large fee?
One time,i sent btc from my wallet with 0.0003 btc as fees and it took around five days for my transaction to be confirmed. So,higher the fees, faster the transaction. It depends on the situations of urgency whether to select high fees or low fees.
603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great way to make Bitcoin! on: March 29, 2017, 03:03:35 PM
I see that everyone sees Bitcoin as this magical money making thing so here is a great way to make some money:

1. Learn a skill that is in demand.

2. Use that skill to make money in your worthless inflationary local currency.

3. Convert that worthless currency into bitcoins.

Boom. Now you have real money!

Spend as desired.

Bonus points if you can use your skill that is in demand to directly make bitcoins.

In some countries you can direct deposit your paycheck into bitcoins.
In the US you can use http://www.bitwage.co or PEY in Germany.

Nothing new. People have been doing this for years already as the majority of the people in this forum are out to make some extra money.
See, learning a skill takes some time.So for people who are busy and dont have enough time to learn skills, the only best way is to buy some altcoins and start trading.
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can i do with Bitcoin? on: March 29, 2017, 02:51:30 PM
Recently Bitcoin got allot of investments, people are holding Bitcoin in wallets and expecting huge returns, but also questioning how i can use Bitcoin?
In my opinion most interesting ways to use Bitcon:

1. Travel to Bitcoin City Arhnem in Netherlands
2. Travel To Bitcoin Country Liberland

Also while we keep Bitcoins in our wallets sometimes we want more returns and we are looking where to invest Bitcoin?

Wanting more returns can burn your Bitcoin, because altcoins are copy of Bitcoin and created to scam you, just like high yield investment programs, bitcoin doublers, etc...
The concept of digital currency is created by Satoshi Nakamoto and no matter what revolutionary idea altcoins advertise they will fade away.
Bitcoin have no competitors and any altcoin idea can be implemented in Bitcoin.

Only if you are willing to analyse allot, track the news and know when the dump will come you can profit from these altcoins while they alive.
Because no matter what i will say people will invest in altcoins expecting that someone will rise like Bitcoin and they Become millionaires.
Yes we can become millionaire from altcoins, but keep mind that they will fade away and know when to get out the boat.

Ethereum, Monero, these altcoins had potential to make you millionaire, but not anymore, they will fade away too.
I understand the psychology of investors and how media effects investments and i made a profit from them.
For example with Monero, public information been available when  DeepWeb market "AlphabayMarket" integrate Monero.
Know when altcoin attracts huge investments and invest before.

Other way to use Bitcoin:
Trade stocks and forex with Bitcoin

How do you use your Bitcoin?

UPDATE:

I researched all the Altcoins and can say that Dash will win against Ethereum and possible even Bitcoin.
Dash solves problems that Bitcoin now have.
Dash have instant transactions, private sending, almost no fees and it's self fundable, all developers, masternodes, miners get's the percent.
Recently anonymous user submitted article about Dash in our page:

http://www.buywithbitcoin.info/if-bitcoin-will-not-progress-dash-will-overtake-bitcoin/

So far, i have used bitcoins only for recharging my mobile.I use Bitrefill for it.I dont find any services which accepts bitcoins as payment in our country.I heard that bitcoin payment is accepted for space tour.May be if i become a millionaire, i will try to go to space with my bitcoins.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Fucking Chinese on: March 28, 2017, 02:41:53 PM
chinese are the market leaders today especially in cheap stuffs.Nothing surprise for them being no.1 in ASICs manufacture. So they dominate mining and through it, they dominate the bitcoin world.
606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: March 28, 2017, 02:37:15 PM
Is there a way to determine the number of people who are actually using Bitcoin till date? Who would have access to such information? Meaning a way to find out, how many new people have used Bitcoin in 2016 , so that we can say exponential growth is natural not artificially created by hoarders.
We cant say it exactly. There may be less than 5 million bitcoin users in the world.
607  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: March 28, 2017, 02:30:52 PM
Is it possible to do money laundering via bitcoin? I mean as no one knows if you have bitcoin and how much bitcoin do you actually own, it could be used to convert black money to white right? Or at least store your black money without much hassle. But there is the risk of its value but I think for people who have lots of black money and don't want to be caught, this risk might be worth taking for them isn't it?
What are your thoughts?
Yes,for that reason i think most of corrupt people in india invested in bitcoin to hide their black money when demonitization was in progress. Now the government is getting suggestions to announce bitcoin as illegal.
608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CAN WE SEND BTC WITHOUT ANY FEES??? on: March 28, 2017, 02:25:30 PM
Hello users.
Does anyone know any method to send BTC to users with less fees.
.
Cause Blockchain and many other major wallets are going crazy on the fees...

I wonder how Direct faucets give BTC with very much or less fees.
.
I would like to know how they do it.
Thanks!

To solve the high fees problem,i temporarily use exchange wallet for transaction. They charge 0.0001 btc as fee and transaction is also very fast. But i dont know whether this idea is recommendable or not.
609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: March 28, 2017, 06:40:42 AM
I am using Electrum wallet for the past one year.A seed is generated during registration which can be used to recover our wallet if we forgot our password or our laptop damaged. We can fix our transaction fees manually.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about the idea of a bitcoin shop in big cities? on: March 28, 2017, 06:30:37 AM
It would be very nice if we have such bitcoin shops so that we could go and physically buy and sell bitcoins. Also,it would create curiosity among people who dont even know about bitcoins.By this way,we could easily promote bitcoin community.
611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Value pegged to Altcoin Value? What do you think? on: March 28, 2017, 05:59:49 AM
Hey guys,

was wondering. the price of altcoins is pegged to bitcoin. When value of bitcoin is going down, altcoin value goes down too. How do you make a profit now?
Unless you buy the cheap bitcoins now and change it to altcoins.

Some suggestions. Thanks!
Not at all.Only when bitcoin value goes down, altcoins are pumped and their value increases.Similarly when bitcoin value increases, altcoins start bleeding and their value decreases. No alt has ever escaped this phenomenon.
612  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: March 28, 2017, 05:55:42 AM
I first got bitcoin from withdrawing from gambling sites.  I deposited with another method but could withdraw bitcoin so i did it.  Around that time bitcoin was around $220 usd or so and when i got it, i would then trade it for poker funds from other person etc because I didn't want to hold the bitcoins due to reading about price fluctuations.  However, isn't the value of bitcoin almost always going to go up so its best to hold it?  I know last year it was $600 and the highest was when it was more than $1000 per bitcoin.  But since it is all the way down to $200-$300, isn't having bitcoin always good?  Could bitcoin go all the way to 0 soon?  I had thought hey if you get bitcoin when its $230 when the price stayed like that for a long time, thats great b/c very hard for it to go below $200 because i haven't seen that.  But even if it does, isn't it almost always going to rebound and go back up?  Last time i had btc and it was $230 or so and now it went up to $260.  So if you have say 100 bitcoins... well... thats a nice $3000 profit or so.

I'm sure there are ppl that have thousands or bitcoins right and just hold on to it?  And many that would sell btc immediately if prices go all the way up?  If someone had say 500 bitcoin... then btc price went up $20 in say a week or so... selling it would net them $10000 minus fees right?  However if they sell it via localbitcoins or other method, they are going to get a higher profit right?  However if they do this, say sold all their 500 btc... then once bitcoin later in the year go up another $50... well that would be $25000 less they would have earned.

In general, isn't holding BTC always a good thing since the price of it is pretty low now?  Obviously if you bought btc at $600 or $1000 and thought it would went up and held on to your btc, that would been a disaster.  But since its in the $200-$300 range, isn't having BTC always good?
Holding bitcoins on a long term basis would be the best way to gain more returns.Holding in short term basis would be beneficial only for altcoins as their price is so volatile. We could see the steady rise of bitcoin price from the last six months irrespective of ETF disapproval,BU.
613  Economy / Speculation / Re: Looks like 2000 next month on: March 28, 2017, 05:50:57 AM
I believe weak hand are soon gone and we well see a new era of prosperity and bull run next month. Together we can do this, we can all make profit if we make the price higher first I want to believe
Yes,investors who kept their trust in bitcoin are going to get huge profits and once again panic sellers will be the losers.I hope we would reach $2000 by this May 2017.
614  Economy / Speculation / Re: People selling alts to go back in BTC on: March 28, 2017, 05:45:11 AM
Looks like the bottom was 8XX, now that the hard fork fears are going down and bitcoin unlimited is pretty much dead beyond any reasonable expectative, I can see more and more people jumping back in the Bitcoin train. Looks like ETH already peaked and BTC bottomed.
Yes,its time for people to get down from the altcoin electric train and caych the bitcoin bullet train.Interesting fact here is when bitcoin bullet train moves forward, the altcoin electric train will move backward.Bitcoin rally begins.

618  Economy / Speculation / Re: After Panic Sellers get their fix, China will buy up the Cheap coins on: March 27, 2017, 06:22:58 AM
Because of the ETF rejected that's why they panic that bitcoin price will drop into bottom they panic and sold their coins for have to profit atleast. Ofcourse china are waiting for the maximum drop of coins to buy and stocked another coins. They will pumped it again to make a good profit in the end.

you sound like someone who has been out of the country and now comes in not knowing the language anymore Smiley
let me fill you in.
ETF was rejected, they spread the FUD and price took a big dip and they bought it back again and price went up to normal levels of $1100-$1200.

after some short time, the block size drama which has been around since 2015 started again. this time with much more FUD coverage. and price is taking a dip because the FUD is still ongoing.

and Chinese aren't waiting. their exchanges were out of service because of the PBoC inspection and regulations. they will soon come back online (some of them started already) and with one of the big markets coming back online some stuff will start to change.
Once again, the game starts and chinese are going to grab cheap bitcoins and it would be the another reason for bitcoin price to reach $1200 soon.Altcoin holders, you have increased your bitcoin value fro altcoins pump.Better dump your altcoins now and buy back bitcoins or else, you may end up with value less pump coins,i mean altcoins.
619  Economy / Speculation / Re: So you decide to sell now that Bitcoin is < $1000? on: March 27, 2017, 06:17:01 AM
Holding would be the better option since bitcoin price is recovering and its now around $970.Soon,it would cross $1000 and by the end of april,it would reach $1200 again because BU would be be no more at that time and most of the altcoin holders would have returned to bitcoin.
620  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buying Bitcoin on: March 26, 2017, 04:05:53 PM
Hi guys, need some help please?

I am considering buying some bitcoins, I've been exploring http://coinbase.com/ but I am not too comfortable having to transfer them my money, waiting four days to have it in my e-wallet or something, and only then buy the bitcoins. Do you know if there is a way to buy them directly from my bank account?

Thanks!
You can buy bitcoins directly from localbitcoins.com.Either you can buy bitcoins by transferring money from bank or you can buy directly from a person face to face.
