• As per supporting documentation, I paid HELIOS $355 481.76 in advance in trust and in good faith to issue a documentary letter of credit for $2.4million through DBS BANK Hong Kong after they issued an Irrevocable Corporate Refund Undertaking
• Although I requested to contact any of the team members at the Hong Kong office directly via telephone and requested them to contact me directly, I was advised that my only point of direct telephonic contact was Mr Naresh Kumar Danapalvali through the Chennai office. I tried on many occasions to call the Hong Kong office numbers but failed to speak to anyone except via email
• The transaction failed and was cancelled by HELIOS and the Documentary Letter Of Credit was never issued due to insufficient documentation on our side. HELIOS penalized me $110.145.51 although they never submitted any official proof that funds were blocked by DBS BANK Hong Kong, official proof that the application was submitted to DBS BANK Hong Kong nor official proof of the cancellation of the issuance by DBS BANK Hong Kong
• HELIOS owe me a refund of $245 461.25 due on the annual anniversary of the cancelled transaction in October 2021 and within 7days upon calling on the Irrevocable Corporate Refund Undertaking if they can proof official submission to DBS BANK and cancellation of the Documentary Letter of Credit by DBS Bank and/or results of due diligence reports that contributed to the cancellation to justify the penalty fees.
• Should they NOT provide the official documentation from DBS Bank they owe me the full amount of $355 481.76 less the smaller administrative charges
However, they made false promises for the past 6months and blaming me for wasting time and not paying additional funds for a new transaction
• In order to recuperate the penalty fees of $110.145.51 lost, they offered me a PNP COIN franchise in South Africa instead
• I refused to agree to the terms of the flawed PNP COIN franchise agreement and the request for a $200 000.00 commitment fee and requested missing information and documents for months as the franchise was not feasible without missing annexes, payout schedules and return of investment figures which I requested for the past 3months
• HELIOS still proceeded and unlawfully deducted the $200 000.00 commitment fees even though I never signed the agreement and they refuse to refund me even the balance after months of promising that they would
• HELIOS refuses to engage since and ignores all communication nor did they offer me a partial refund to survive as requested for months
• I have been begging and pleading for 6months for the refund and they made a sudden u-turn last week at the last minute without addressing the concerns of the flawed franchise agreement but forced me to sign the flawed franchise agreement WITHIN 2 DAYS or forfeit all the funds due for the refund
• Mr Naresh Kumar Danapalvali advised that HELIOS will not refund me a penny as they know how to fight my claim
• They are using the cancelled transaction as an excuse for the forfeiture of funds yet they confirmed the balance available for a new transaction in March
• They cancelled the transaction on their side without formal notification and already penalized me $110.145.51 for the cancellation. The fact remains, they were paid $355 481.76, penalized me $110.145.51 and failed to deliver on any other proposals I submitted and are therefore legally obliged to refund me less any administration fees as per statement and as outlined in their Irrevocable Corporate Refund Undertaking issued prior to me remitting funds to them.
Without their IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE REFUND UNDERTAKING as security I would not have paid them even $1
• Helios are now raising millions of dollars in a Cryptocurrency Initial Coin Offering for PNP COIN yet refuse to give me my refund
• I feel violated as my trust in a Hong Kong wealth management company and their representatives has been violated and I have been strung along for a whole year
• I have had no income since I paid HELIOS and me and my family have been living on food rations for the past 6months
• I had to sell my car to survive whilst pleading for the refund
• I had to sell my gadgets to survive whilst pleading for the refund
• My son will not be able to complete school this year as his fees are now 3 months behind as i whilst awaiting the refund
• Me and my family will be homeless as they never sent a Refund Commitment Letter as promised after 3 months for debt restructuring with banks
• My family's funeral insurance has lapsed
• My family's health insurance has lapsed
• My family's life insurance has lapsed
• I don't know how to fight it and even considering suicide as I cannot provide for my family any more due to the during already tough times brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic and legal challenges now faced because of their business practice
I was also a PNP COIN investor and held 17 000 tokens with the intention to buy more, however, PNP COIN has now cancelled my tokens and refunded $1425.00 instead of the $200 000.00 they unlawfully deducted.
I have issued another final LETTER OF DEMAND and alerting all unaware PNP Coin and HELIOS investors currently engaging in the capital raising for an Initial Coin Offering currently running of the NON-PERFORMANCE by HELIOS WEALTH MANAGEMENT (HK) LIMITED whilst this serious matter is still not resolved and reported a case of Theft, Fraud, Advance Fee Fraud to the South African Police Services, The Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC) of the Hong Kong Police Force, The Greater Chennai Police in India, as per applicable Indian Law in the flawed agreement, and DBS and RMB fraud prevention units should HELIOS WEALTH MANAGEMENT (HK) LIMITED not meet its obligations of the refund within the period of the demand.
HELIOS ARE NOW TRYING TO BLOCK ME ON ALL PLATFORMS FROM SHARING MY PAINFUL STORY AS THEY ARE CURRENTLY RUNNING ANOTHER TOKEN SALE FOR PNP COIN RAISING MILLIONS AS ANY NEGATIVE PRESS MIGHT AFFECT THEIR ICO CAMPAIGN.
I feel bad for having to share this publicly as it could deter and/or cause concern to a lot investors and potentially harm the efforts and targets of PNP COIN listing on the exchange and becoming the next big thing in the world of regulated cryptocurrency as have been begging and pleading for HELIOS WEALTH MANAGEMENT (HK) LIMITED to resolved amicably.
Should HELIOS and PNP COIN honor their obligations and engage and execute my refund as per the IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE REFUND UNDERTAKING, I will immediately inform all PNP COIN and HELIOS investors and consider this issue resolved and will immediately cease and desist from sharing my painful story as proof that they are not scammers and do conduct business fairly and honourably.
