The plane just landed - now only 60 mins left until I am @ home. That will be 2 am - and i have to get up at 06:30 (in 6h). Another postponing. But youre getting used to it I guess. oO Sorry, once again.

Yea. massive custom car show/meet at the beach.
I'm jealous. And I'm still stuck at the airport. oO Don't worry about it we're not going anywhere I hope I am soon!

Rock yes, roll currently not. Not at all. Im stuck on the airport, my flight was canceled - next flight in 6h. I'm currently trying to upload the Wallet to http://info.triangles.technology via my mobile. It's currently working (not fast though). Estimated upload time left: 1,54h - if the connection stays alive that long. Squeezing thumbs! EDIT: That didn't work out. :/ Connection broke down at ~ 82% upload. My substitute flight is in 3h, I'm @ home in about 6 hours.

IT WORKED FFS! IT FUCKING WORKED! (cross compiling successful - single file with static libs - no additional DLLs needed. AND IT DOES NOT CRASH!) I will upload the wallet and the boostrap tomorrow morning (8-10h, depending on workload, as usual ). Let the public test begin. Good night everyone! (02:30 a.m. here)

You are the man! Cant wait to start testing!
Building the MXE environment obviously takes several hours. So I expect that to happen tomorrow. Finally.

Don't get burnt out brother! That won't happen. I'm fighting with windows for ~25 years now - so far I've won every battle (sooner or later). It might get bloody though.... EDIT: Im retreating for now, windows has won that fight - not the battle! Every coin I try (i tried some other sources which I KNOW used to compile on win) - all compile fine, then crash when started. Tried it with different OS and different Hardware (to rule out defective RAM). Im building a Ubuntu VM now. This is annoying as fuck, I have everything ready since saturday and struggle with the damn win compilation since then. EDIT2: machine is compiling MXE - should have used that in the first place.

|
I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoyed by this shit. Never, never, NEVER use a win7 VM to compile wallets. It suddenly starts compiling crashing rubbish out of the blue - without a single line of code to compile changed.
I'm currently configuring a native Win 8.1 Installation..... :|

Yep, whoever that is rocks pretty solid.
Happy Birthday (little bit late though :/)! http://explorer.triangles.technology/ -> everything is set. block explorer runs with the daemon compiled from latest sources and has the bootstrap imported. The fun begins after a short nap - so in a few hours (a little depending on my workload @ wage slavery).

is this coin still alive i would buy,but there is warning on bittrex
It is - simply read the last pages. Regarding progress: I tied my own hands with updating to the latest libs (like openssl1.0.1i) today. I dont know how, but I somehow fucked my Windows dev environment (wallet builds suddenly randomly crashed). Spent most part of the day trying to find the error. Did a clean wipe after a few hours and rebuilt it with the most recent Qt and recompiled all dependency libraries. It's now working better than ever but the whole process ate all of my spare time today - or at least almost. Sorry folks, I had planned to release the new wallet today. It will still be released this week - so probably on sunday since tomorrows schedule is stuffed. I hope you all can stand the pleasant anticipation for so long. Edit: Oh new page: NEW WALLET OUT THIS WEEKEND!+ fixed blockchain issues + migrated wallet to Qt5 + wallet needs less system ressources + reviewed codebase + a new feature (what will it be? :p) + another feature already in testing phase, won't make it into this release though + lots of smaller fixes + probably something else that's missing here

lol, someone finally sold some for real.... not many but it's been a while.
Bad decision. Because TRI will VERVERYVERY soon work again - and much better as before. Thanks to our dedicated leader! Haha. 33462 blocks is where we will start again tomorrow. to do: - last GUI fixes - cleaning up sources - committing sources to GitHub - compiling & uploading wallet - updating block explorer - probably some other things i dont think of right now

Sorry!
Lol, no apologies accepted. None needed. This coin would be dust if not for your work so... cheers! * i do feel a little lost without the tri client open and staking though lol Thanks. I managed to work only a little on the UI today (so it doesnt look completely crappy with Qt5 now - oh yes, it's now a Qt5 wallet.) - wage slaverly job was hell the last 2 days. I seriously hope I will finish the whole wallet stuff tomorrow. Good night everyone

Take your time, I think the most people involved in TRI are patient. I appreciate that because work called - some "emergency".... Anyways, its very late now and I have to hit the bed. So everything is postponed to tomorrow. Sorry!

|
Power outages in swfl knocked me offline last night so I'm completely (out of sync) now. I noticed that. Doesnt matter anyways now. The new wallet will be released either later this day or tomorrow (more likely - I have to do some other, non-TRI related stuff today). I will post at least some screenshots today - if not release the new client.
|
|
|
The blockexplorer will be down most part of the day - testing, upgrading, verifying stuff. Just that you know.
|
|
|
Oh, one important thing i forgot - it's still compatible with old/existing wallet.dat files.

I spent some "wage slavery"-time to work on something actually interesting: the TRI wallet. So where are we at? Done: - Completely new wallet with "modernized" codebase. GUI will still need some rework - but that's a matter of design and not really mandatory for now. - The wallet completely imports the current blockchain without problems. - No problems so far - at least not that I know of. To do: - Tests - I will test as much as possible on my own (with 2-3 wallets), the "real" testing will happen with the well known "Testing Group". - Make changes to the GUI to adapt to the new feature (Ok, this GUI addition is mandatory unless you don't want to use the console to use the feature). (Oh, I didn't mention anything about a new feature? That's because i like (positive) surprises and overdeliveries. ) - Solve every problem that may possibly arise during testing I will now return home and work on the remaining topics later this evening. I will keep you posted.

compiling, debugging, compiling, debugging, compiling, debugging, compiling, debugging, compiling.... Cool man. there was another .7 btc trade on trex so should be safe there for another week anyway. That trade and the last one[also .7] seemed like 'sell to self' type of trades to keep the .1 per day weekly average... everyone left is of the collector mindset. Whoever did that: Great move and thanks for your confidence. PS: daemon is compiling, close to succesfully compile the GUI too. Small break now, returning to work in a few.
