We've travelled east, to Turkey, Istanbul to discuss and arrange two separate matters regarding Xaurum. The first is the gold store, the second is the safe-keeping of the Xaurum gold reserves and the protocol to handle them. The first matter concerns the gold store. Auresco Institute and Aragorn ltd. will partner for this project and have received Nadir's exclusive representation for the Slovenian market, meaning that we'll be able to provide our customers with the most competitive prices of gold. The gold store will also include a digital store, to sell gold globaly, and will be an important part of Aurum project, as it will donate some of its profits to the Xaurum CommonWealth and contribute to Xaurum's growth. We were very well received by Nadir, they have also shown us many of their different branches and even their manufacturing facility. Nadir, Turkey's largest private gold refinery, that processes 125 tons of gold per year, currently stores most of Xaurum CommonWealth gold reserves, but this is a temporary solution, because Nadir can't legaly keep their customer's gold for longer periods of time. In search of a long-term solution, we've met with the representatives of Loomis, an international company that provides efficient cash handling for central banks, large commercial banks, large retail chains, etc. but also smaller enterprises, to arrange the storage of Xaurum CommonWealth gold reserves, with full insurance. We've come to an agreement, however the contract is not yet signed, as we need to determine the details of the storage protocol first. The main issue to decide is, whether to proceed with a low cost solution, where Loomis would store gold in 1 kg bars, deliver them to Nadir to melt into 1g cards and ship them to us and Auresco ships to the users, or we'll store 1g cards and try to arrange for direct shipment to users. When we decide the best course of action, we'll sign the contract digitally. The added benefit of Loomis storage, will be the possibility to digitally access to the information about stored goods. This means we can make our Auresco account open, so all users can have direct access to directly verify the quantity of Xaurum CommonWealth gold reserves. Small update :
Smart contracts - this was a feature that was scheduled to be launched in May. We think smart contracts are a handy tool especially if they run inside an "operating system" like MaskNetwork, but many others think they are a big deal and will change everything so we have speed up the smart contracts development and now we have a clear date for the POC 1, on April 5.
Smart contracts are written using MaskNetwork Script Language (MSL) which is a turing complete low level language. Smart contracts will run on the mainchain inside MVM (MaskNetwork Virtual Machine) and because they run on top of an "operating system", they have some really nice fetures compared to Ethereum. A MaskNetwork smart contract can send messages, post tweets, post adertising messages, launch trades or binary options, transfer assets of market pegged assets and many other cool things, impossible over Ethereum or Lisk
They can be used to build 100% autonomus decentralized corporations that self promote, trade and interact.
Mining Algorithm - As you already know 50% of new coins will be distributed by interest and half to miners. We have studied many other mining algorithms and we decided to use a new algorithm derived from X11. We call it Polymorphic X34 (PX34). Unlike X11 that uses 11 hash functions, PX34 uses 34 hash functions and the order of hashing functions change after each block (depending on the last block hash).
Basically the mining algorithm changes after each block, making it 100% ASIC resistant because the most efficient way to run an algorithm that is always changing is to use a computer microprocessor.
How can we mine this coin, is there any detailed guide? All wallets will start to mine using available addresses. We don't have yet a step by step guide. Because the algorithm is new and it changes after each block, CPU mining is the only form of mining that will be available at launch time. In MaskNetwork mining is a bit different than other cryptocoins because you don't need only hashing power but coins also. Even if it's a POW algorithm the difficulty changes depending on the mining address balance. Those are the basic mining rules : - One address can mine only once every 1000 blocks (the network has 1 block / minute) - After mining a block you can't spend funds from that address for 1000 blocks. - Mining difficulty changes depending on the address balance. An address holding 1000 MSK will mine on a difficulty 10 times lower than an address holding 100 MSK. Without stakeholders or a lot of coins, the biggest mining operation in China will be useless even if they have tons of hashing power. Over MaskNetwork, mining power is a balance between hashing power and the stake you hold. @masknetwork Is there an explanation how the decentralized system works. The team has seen this thread and the feedback is being considered, it's just much easier for us to funnel feedback via select channels so please give us time to evaluate the feedback as development takes time.
What upsets me the most is the ambivalence regarding the design of the Augur team. Are you realy not capable to see the website is total rubbish? Realy? Sentences like: bla bla feedback considered bla bla, bla bla easier for us, bla bla take time are evasive behaviour. I am telling you like it is, this is not good enough for the budget you have (or did you already blew it?). It looks like it cost 50 bucks and my mother in law made it (color sceme), and she has never worked on a computer before! 2 Questions for the Augur team:Do you honestly think this site, as it is now, is one of the best multi million dollar gambling/ prediction sites on the internet? Yes or No (Please anwer this for the record, your community who invested millions in this project deserve to know don't you think?) And what would you grade your site: from 1 (low score) to 10 (high score). This is not about what other people think but what YOU think. For the record, this design would not have passed the first year at any art academy. Please be honest to yourselves and the people that invested in your project. People that are saying it looks great (in this thread there are zero) are blowing smoke up your ... I realy hope for everyones sake this gets fixed or this project will be DOA.

It's working all the late noobs are showing up now that's good.  they delayed the start because there are no real dapps running. for what do you need a shipyard, when you have no ships? Eth is a smart contracts platform and they had several projects already developing Dapp before they even startet. When they start now, it will crash down the hill like Crypti I'm not phased by a delay. I waited on eth for a year. So this is nothing to cry about. Yeah I waited until March and got 5x more. it was 1 year and 8 months. Waiting counts . Also Lisk will be A LONG waiting phase. |

I've contacted the support regarding validation issue and they got back to me nearly instantly!
they stopped counting the btc yesterday and had time to write the email to get the rest. Tomorrow they are gone then cant stil not understand, why they did not send this emails AFTER the end of the ICO, immediately. Whats going on in their heads  |

Sorry Johny, but from the first post I see that you don't know much about Lisk. So please don't spread FUD. - Start is end of April, 11th April was only an estimation until now. We communicated since the beginning that we will have a better picture on the 4th. - Bounties will be distributed 1-2 weeks after launch, as previously mentioned. - Useful dapps from the start, a handful. - Crypti dapps: There were no Crypti dapps besides my Twitter-clone. - Lisk dapps: Working: https://github.com/MaxKK/guestbookDapphttps://github.com/MaxKK/blockDataDappWIP: https://github.com/LiskHQ/lisk-tokens-dappI also know of community members that they have working dapps, but I can't disclose them. - There are no critical issues with Lisk. And also 11 bugs, many of them very easy to solve, already solved or not critical. A pre-launch development roadmap will be posted this week. As mentioned in the blog post. Currently it's still Oliver and I. Plus 100 beta testers, many good devs and helping hands. So thank you for clearing up that there were NO Dapps running on crypti, besides twitter-clone (pre-alpha status?) Is the old and new management going to get some Dapps running on Lisk as a proof of concept?
