601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [IXT] InsureX - blockchain-secured marketplace for Insurance on: March 15, 2018, 09:41:06 AM
Also patience in buying will be rewarded. Don't fomo buy anything. If you must, buy some along established support prices. IXT has basically been ranging for months now, buy the swing lows.
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: March 15, 2018, 09:37:52 AM
Who cares about the airdrop, this tech is DOPE and so young and will be around long after the pretender projects die off.

Adding big positions on days of these very dumb dumps.

Since most of the Byteball holders received their stack for free after so many months. Their hands are probably the most weak. They are probably dumping Bitcoin along with the free GBBYTE they got as we speak. Best to add positions after the carnage is over.
603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀📈[ANN-ICO]ATLANT Real Estate Platform| 📈🚀🌟🌟 on: March 15, 2018, 09:33:35 AM
I have no problem delaying any launching of an alpha release. The Goddamm markets are all bloody. Releasing this month we will only see a dud of a launch. Better to launch around April, I believe.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Forbes' First List Of Cryptocurrency's Richest: on: March 13, 2018, 12:03:55 PM
Wow, some sort of rag to riches for Changpeng Zhao. He used to be the CEO of Okcoin. As far as I know, Zhao was middle-class Chinese in Shanghai before coming into crypto in 2014.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XRB]Cryptocurrency's killer app: RaiBlocks micropayments on: March 13, 2018, 11:59:16 AM
NANO has become new favorite toy for traders. Current volatility yields great profits. Hopefully will manage to break the resistance soon enough.

Yes. NANO has been very strong in recent market volatility. This will lay the foundation for NANO to encrypt the first class money in  market, like BTC and ETH. NANO will be the third.
To NANO become the third it should take years, I'm not sure that they will be able to achieve this.

Not sure about that. NEO was in the very low 100+ in coinmartketcap. And now it is within top ten in less than two years. Nano? It has a huge community and increasing number of developers. I wouldn't be surprised if it unseats Litecoin.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]🔥 LUNYR 🔥 Decentralized World Knowledge Base on Ethereum / OPEN BETA 🚀 on: March 13, 2018, 11:54:33 AM
Technology is making it easier and easier to find relevant, factual information: entrepreneur.com/article/303629. Lunyr will become the pillar for unbiased, censorship-resistant content in the future!
Indeed, it's important that we all understand their platform before investing, I would say now that it's still cheap because the market has
dump and I am pretty sure the progress of LUNYR will continue so with our patience to hold, it would bring great profit to all of us here.
Now it's not too late to invest in the Lunyr project. LUN tokens are few in the world and new ones will not appear. The capitalization of the project is very small. You look at the capitalization of Wikipedia. Lunyr at the beginning of its development.
With the progress they have given it's still undervalued now.
Actually it's the right time to invest since it has not increase that much and the price is just right because the ICO price was 0.001 BTC.
I was able to invest with this coin in the past and was not able to sell when it pump, so it's gonna be a long term now.
Yes, now is the time to invest. In January, the LUN token grew above $ 60. Now the token is on a very good correction. The question of time when the next growth will begin.

After Bitcoin is done dropping and taking altcoin traders with it. And then we can talk about bottom prices. By that time, altcoin traders will buy back their bags and await a new bull season for altcoins.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH beat BTC someday? on: March 08, 2018, 04:57:32 PM
Haven't you all considered that ETH and BTC will be beaten by something else. Technological innovation is speeding up every decade. Maybe one day, our kids will scoff at us re-living the blockchain days. Maybe to them it's some old clunky decentralized network.
608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Hero Token[ICO]-The Future of Banking in Southeast Asia | TOKEN SALE FEB 1 on: March 08, 2018, 04:52:42 PM
is there a need bounty participants for kyc
I have the same question. I am a member of the company bounty, and I would like to clarify whether there is a need to pass KYC for hunters.   Thanks
According to the information I read on the telegram, the bounty hunter does not need KYC

never heard take part in campaign to  earn bounty  need KYC .this is wages not investment . they are different
I know some projects, bounty hunters also need to do KYC. for example nucleus.vision. With heroes, no information has yet been received regarding the bounty hunter's need for KYC

For Peermountain bounty participants, it's confirmed that they have to do KYC. The funny thing is that there is a scheduled verification on March 12 and only at that date.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO]🔥 BILIBIT.IO 🔥CROWDSALE IS NOW LIVE!🔥 on: March 07, 2018, 02:03:19 PM
This day and age, being anonymous won't cut it anymore. There's no reason to be anymore as crypto is no longer a fringe industry. This project has 95% chance of failure. Unless you cancel the ICO and instead rely on donations as you go develop your ideas.
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀📈[ANN-ICO]ATLANT Real Estate Platform| 📈🚀🌟🌟 on: March 06, 2018, 03:21:37 PM
You know what? If the dev team is actually reading this thread, may I suggest something?

If you are worried that because of the large bounty prize you promised bounty participants is so big that you fear it will crash the market, why not release the bounties in increments for one year? I've seen other ICOs released the bounties in a three-month span. You could probably do it for year.

LOLZ, I knew this would happen. The Atlant team overestimated the demand for their tokens and the sentiment of ICO investors over traditional industries merging with blockchains. If they were able to sell more, this wouldn't be an issue. But alas, the ICO ended in the tail-end of the two-year bull rally, with lesser market participants.

So now, ATL acts like the other coins with inflation due to mining rewards. This in itself is alright, but Atlant should be aggressive in spreading out the token trading to many exchanges and increase public awareness of the project, in order to offset the inflation.

If they truly have a strong platform/product and marketing strategy up their sleeves, I still believe they can pull it off and we can still reach moon.

However, distribution that takes one year and a half is also bad. I would suggest they do bounty distribution dynamically (like what the Federal Reserve does). For example, the daily volume now is only $21,137 USD which now includes 1 million in bounty tokens. If the daily volume increases to $300,000, the team can distribute 2 million tokens this time, and decrease again if the volume goes down.

I don't know what the team's intentions are in propping up the market (maybe they want to sell too at a higher price), but it is also bad to have an inflated price with a huge undistributed supply hanging over our heads. This might cause deep market corrections.

One strategy they can consider is to distribute all of the bounty, expecting a mini crash and then announce some major release days after. This may seem devious but it does retests the actual support price where the big buyers are willing to buy.
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀[ANN][TOKENSALE]🚀CRYPTO.TICKETS: Blockchain platform for ticket systems on: March 06, 2018, 02:54:27 PM
Yobit.Net
How many tokens and what was the ico price?
Thanks

Token supply is 914,869,281 TKT/TKTX. The ICO price was 4 US cents. And now on Yobit, it is roughly 2 cents and with no volume. If you're a gambler, you can buy very slowly there and then sell around 6 cents at a more reputable exchange when or if they get listed at all.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [pre ICO] Market.space - Decentralized Host Aggregator on: March 05, 2018, 07:11:19 AM
Ok, I'll bite. My first thoughts was "Another file storage system?" There are so many of them with similar use cases and actually none of them has a working model yet. But it seems, this takes storage with a different spin.

Looking forward to learn more.

Thank you for your opinion!
Just to resume, here are the flaws of our competitors that Market.space will bypass:
- Traditional cloud storages (OneDrive, Amazon, Google etc) are not averse to data scanning which means they neglect users privacy. They are also pretty expensive and don’t leave much choice imposing fixed packages.
- Decentralized blockchain-based systems are secure compared to cloud storages, but they fail in reliability. Consumer devices cannot be accessible 24/7; they are also susceptible to corruption. This means that no one grants you instant and round-the-clock data access, and your data intactness. That’s why Market.space focuses on professional hosts. The credibility of the hosts and thus responsible storage is guaranteed by the insurance deposits hosts are to make. They are also incentivized by the metrics-based rate system.

So to simplify the explanation. Market.space is a decentralized United Nations of file hosting - where Rapidgator, BlueHost, InMotion Hosting, A Hosting, LiquidWeb, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc all become part of one giant host; where profit is determined by a rate system.

Interesting indeed. I look forward as to how you plan to assemble a minimum threshold of professional hosts that will join.

Do you really think giants like Dropbox and OneDrive will join? They're kind of competitors, right?

It's just an example. The hosting providers that will most likely join are the ones that have a year or two of operations and are willing to try out new markets in order to maximize profit. The big names won't budge because they already have a lead or larger market share.

is this a substitute for etherdelta? and this site is owned by one person? is it safe to trade here?

https://forkdelta.github.io/#!/trade/0xba54621876dfca50d15705201a5c3b12949b2a79-ETH

It is only safe if you don't import or upload your private keys. Use a wallet like Metamask which only shares signed messages. You could also try https://idex.market/ It has more volume.
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost 80% of my bitcoins in alts, What can I do now?! on: March 03, 2018, 08:01:27 PM
I bet the OP will cut his losses too late at the very last minute before a rally occurs. And then, buy back again after maybe 20% to 35% rise in price because this the way humans trade naturally.

If you haven't read the #MWC2018 Round-up with Mikko yet then give it a try by following this link:

https://www.reddit.com/r/dentcoin/comments/813t73/mwc2018_roundup_with_mikko_telegram_03012018/

The following gets me very bullish:

after the breakfast meetings we had a scheduled meetings with Telcos like Orange, SK telecom, Turk Telecom, Truphone, and with ecosystem players like CISCO, Bango, mcKinsey and others.

Quote
Mikko Linnamäki, [01.03.18 00:12] I can not name all because we are under NDA with some Telcos and partners, but I think you get the picture.

Quote
The TELCOS find the data marketplace a very welcome and fresh idea, in fact some of them even asked if we need funding, showed interest to offer investment to us, yet at the moment we are well funded, so dont need that for now. But it is a good sign. DENT is hot property! As 5G is coming as the next evolution of mobile networks, there is a big need for a marketplace for low-latency bandwith capacity which is processed on the Edge of Network, and DENT could be well positioned for that automated data trading, for example for automated vehicles, which need fast access.

many use cases in Data Trading, trading of Airtime, and even as currency for Mobile Money Transfers.

This is an interesting use case for a blockchain platform and certainly healthcare is one big issue for everyone. But it seems no one is interested to learn or invest in this ICO. I wonder why.  Huh
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will investing $10,000 in ETH and hodling make me rich by next year? on: March 01, 2018, 11:09:23 AM
One thing's for sure. It's gonna be a hell of a ride. The volatility of ETH is much more pronounced than bitcoin's. One day, you'll be elated that you made double or triple your investments and then the next minute, cry that you didn't sell soon.
620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: March 01, 2018, 11:02:36 AM
Earlier is better than later. That is what I get lesson. When Raiblocks were nothing, I bought a lot, but sold all of them and waited for the close end of the distribution.
Then I missed the rocket.

Yeah, the Byteball community is as big or even bigger than the Nano/Raiblocks community. It is just this fear of the 40% coin supply that weak hands are concerned with and the same time discount buyers are waiting on.

A clear path to address this issue will resume a beter price trend.
