601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 6 Ways to earn Tokens without investing or mining on: February 25, 2019, 02:57:10 AM
Hello everyone,

I wanted to share this article as it has 6 ways to earn crypto without investing or mining, as i think it will be useful for people who are just getting into crypto. Do you know of any other ways to earn? I'm rather interested. Below is the article.

https://www.crowdholding.com/blog/809/6-ways-to-earn-crypto-for-free

Thanks and look forward to your other ways to earn crypto!

Ok it is quite useful indeed. I saw in your article that participating in bounties is no 1, and yes it is.
Many peoples were participating in bounties, but i think now the participants is much fewer than before.
This is because there is almost no good bounties to do. Same with airdrops.
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to Identify Good Airdrops ?? on: February 24, 2019, 03:04:37 PM
Anyone tell How to Identify Good Airdrops ?? In these days crypto altocoins airdrops are very trending.

A good airdrop is of course the one that have a good project to invest on.
Some airdrops are worth to participate because it has a good company and team on them.
Your airdrop token will be valued by the success of the project, team, and their development.
603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Mew safe now?? on: February 24, 2019, 02:58:53 PM
Huh damnit i wanted to sell my vibe tokens, but to afraid to log in...  Angry

How can i know if its safe. Can a page be exactly the same as a phising site? I bookmarked it  half a year ago. Can a bookmarked site allways be trusted or what?

You just can use metamask if you are afraid to using Myetherwallet then.
Even if you bookmarked the myetherwallet website, it still can be phished or hacked.
I remember in the last year, there was a dns hacking attack in google public dns and the mew website has been phished.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do I need KYC for generosity? on: February 24, 2019, 02:26:32 PM
Recently, more and more arguments have arisen that ICO generosity campaign participants really need to be tested by KYC in order for ICO teams to provide information that their tokens are distributed to specific people. In my opinion, this generally sounds like something stupid. Who and why should the ICO team provide such data? Tokens are not much different from any other product, and stating that merchants need to know who they are selling is stupid.
You welcome the situation when we go into the store and in order to purchase any product and we will be asked to first fill out a special form with your confidential data? Do you think that this is different from the situation with cryptocurrency?

I think you should take into consideration more before submitting any KYC document.
If your reward is not too worth, better if you don't give any data of your identity because scammer can using your data.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL&CALM on: February 23, 2019, 02:39:23 PM
Everything passes and this will pass! (King Solomon)
The crypto is already in the present and undoubtedly the future quantum science!

Hi buddy, what coins or tokens do you holding for now ? Most peoples will afraid if their coin value falling.
Actually you can stay calm in holding if you can afford to lose your money before buy some coins.
Lets pray the current market will stay green and our coins can be more valuable.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth buying low-volume tokens? on: February 23, 2019, 02:17:45 PM
I noticed this phenomenon. Often someone buys up all the proposed tokens with a small amount of trading (for example, look at SMT on hitbtc this night), and after a few days these tokens go up in price very much. Is it worth buying such a token?

Usually buying a low volume token will not profitable for most trader because the liquidity is low too.
But for some holder, it can be profitable because they are buying to hold for long time.
If the project success later they will earn a good income.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Scam Strategy on: February 22, 2019, 01:41:05 AM
Hi everyone,
I just want to tell everyone about the new scheme of the scammer to scam. especially those people who really doesn't understand much about centralized and decentralized trading platform.

I have read several people posting about arbitrage coins like for example MTV arbitrage
Please check this link as an example:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5050943

upon checking what they the link that they are using, you can see that they are pointing you to Forkdelta.
when you check the trading on https://forkdelta.app/#!/trade/0xcd53c76b8a350b7f9815d6ddc4617bf37c7288ff-ETH you will see a token named MTV  (Multiversum). The scammer wanted you to think that this token is the same token found on IDEX.
Because there is really a Multiversum on IDEX.

But if you analyze very carefully the MTV on forkdelta doesn't match in IDEX because of 2 factors.

1.) they have a different smart contract. on forkdelta (0xcd53c76b8a350b7f9815d6ddc4617bf37c7288ff) , on IDEX (0x07a7ed332c595b53a317afcee50733af571475e7)
2.) The have Different token extension. Forkdelta (MTV) , IDEX (eMTV)

I hope that this short analysis will help others to avoid this kind of scam.
make your analysis first before trying to buy or invest on a token.

When trading tokens in the decentralized exchanges, i never use their token name or symbol.
Usually i use their token address to make sure i trade the correct token with my ETH.
Scammer won't stop trying to hack our coins, so we must extra careful when using our coin.
608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why many ico launch with ETH ? on: February 22, 2019, 01:34:26 AM
Many ICO launch payment gateway choice ETH. any other crypto coins why not use in ico payment gateway.

Actually they are accepting other cryptocurrencies in their ICO too, such like BTC, LTC, etc.
Most of them choose ETH because their ICO token usually on the Ethereum chain, erc20 token.
It will be easy if they using smart contract to sending the token.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next holder are very fast to panic. on: February 22, 2019, 01:26:11 AM
Hello, I saw a lot of holders today a new generations of holders. Like, Bought 6k$ to 7k$ amount or price of bitcoin. And they panic because they afraid to lose them more money on the crpyto so of course they will sell it immediately at the lower so that's why many of them always lose their money. What do you think?

That is because they don't want to take more losses later, better sell it not far from buying price.
But panicking will not change anything, what we can do is think about the strategy to facing this bear market.
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Steemit is dead. Is there any better alternative? on: February 21, 2019, 02:15:31 AM
A few months ago Steam it laid off 70% of their employees as the company is struggling to meet their financial goals. We all know its dead. Is there any better alternative? And do you think such alternatives can survive?

Well, it is because the cryptocurrency market is still on the bottom now.
From my knowledge, steemit is the blogging platform that focusing to make articles and the users get paid with steem cryptocurrency.
If the cryptocurrency market goes bad, then the steem coins maybe get impacted by the market.
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto A Way To become Rich / Millionaire ? on: February 21, 2019, 02:03:39 AM
Today Want to  Ask , did Satoshi Created bitcoin to solve poverty  issues or he created this bitcoin so solve financial transaction problems !!
Is crypto  a get rich quick scheme as people are putting their  mindset into  it  ?

That would be no difference from the ponzi scheme if cryptocurrency was only a quick way to become rich.
Satoshi create bitcoin to solve the payment system requiring middleman or 3rd party. Peer to peer payment system was the solution.
Therefore, bitcoin is created.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful of strange projects on: February 20, 2019, 03:06:02 AM
Guys, it have come to my notice that some criminal minded guys are busy creating tokens and using it to defraud people, example of those tokens are *ripple classic, stellar classic, eos classic*, becareful guys and don't fall victim to their sweet mouth, they are busy listing them  in almost exchanges and using that to brainwash guy.... Becareful and guard ur money like ur whole life depends on it

Yeah, they just using the popular coin's name to gain more participants in their ICO.
I usually don't trust any of their promises, just doing my due diligence to prove it is a real or just scam project.
If they want to create new coin, they should create with different coin name from the first place.
613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The whole market is red, but is it worth panicking now? on: February 20, 2019, 02:52:07 AM
The whole market is red, many altcoins are in the red.Should we panic? Many say that after the stock market fell and the crypt. Although the crypt is not connected with the stock market in any way, such rollbacks speak only about the ease of manipulation in the crypto market. In General, there are prerequisites for a quick return of positions.I think if you are planning to buy the crypt, it is probably reasonable to buy it for 30% of the Bank. What do You think about this?Share your opinion.

Usually, there will be a green market comes after red market ended. Maybe crypto market was red in 2018, but we still don't know about 2019.
Panicking is not a good thing to do because you can take a wrong action and resulting huge loss.
The bull run maybe not coming, but at least we are on the bottom and we can buy coins with lower price than before.
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Decentralized Exchanges on: February 20, 2019, 02:35:11 AM
Sometimes using decentralized exchange is is better because the volume is not easy to faked.
I don't expect you can tell many decentralized exchange. What i know most decentralized exchanges are in ETH coin, like : IDEX, DDEX, etherdelta, forkdelta, etc.. Your information is very useful for users.
615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum back in number 2 on: February 19, 2019, 03:19:36 AM
Cryptocurrencies by Market Capitalization

Watchlist
#   Name                               Market Cap                        Price
1   Bitcoin Bitcoin                 $64,043,936,392              $3,653.57
2   Ethereum Ethereum        $12,648,375,055              $120.84
3   XRP XRP                          $12,495,364,776             $0.304404

Now the difference of ETH and XRP marketcap has gone far because ETH price going up.
If Ripple price keep staying on this state, then it won't surpassing ETH position anymore because everyday ETH is generating coin
to be added in their coin circulation, and the marketcap will increasing.
616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Gas Fee Super High Now! on: February 19, 2019, 03:06:48 AM
What do you guys think about this Gas price surge since Saturday I think. I have been monitoring gas price the whole day today and gas price is ranging from 40 gwei - 75 gwei. This will affect ICO and bounty distribution as they will get high fees in transferring tokens to other wallets. I just hope it becomes normal again like 8 gwei - 10 gwei per transaction.

It is normal for Ethereum gas price to become higher if there are many transactions in the network.
The more transactions to be processed, the more the fees if you want your transaction in top priority.
Another thing might happening such as trading competition, it usually slowing the ETH network.
617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull or trap?? on: February 19, 2019, 02:49:45 AM
22billion into the market ... in less than 48hours,  Is this a possible bull run?? or just a cat bounce?? What's your take on this??

It is a quite much for a short time to gaining such marketcap, but it is crypto, everything can be happening due the volatile price.
Whether it is a bull run or bull trap, we still need a time to analyze this rising market occurrence. Im taking it as a start of recovering market.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why Bounty Hunters Hate KYC !!! on: February 18, 2019, 02:39:52 AM
What i know,  KYC means Know Your Customer ! Bounty hunters are there to Support ICO Project to spread the word about the project .. BUT as soon as the Project manager mention KYC then many  Hunter run away  ! Why? Is it  because  people  don't want review their identity  for security  reason  or people  are joining campaign  with bot software ..

It won't be a problem to submit KYC for me, but at least it should be announced from the beginning.
There are some bounties announce it when the bounty ended, after all of the works the hunters done.
It is obviously not fair for the hunters who unable to submit their KYC.
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IRX] IRONX - Best in Crypto, Best in Trading, World-Class Exchange on: February 18, 2019, 02:28:38 AM
Hello admin of IronX, any news about your exchange development ?

i would like to hear news from ironx admin here, the admins seems not too active updating this thread.
620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: February 18, 2019, 02:24:38 AM
I would be careful shorting ETH or even BTC next week or the week after due to the fork on Feb 28th.

As history has it most of the Bitmex alts usually end up pumping prior to the fork and then right before the fork they come crashing down trapping many retail traders and causing a huge sell off.

Basically what happened before where it failed to break $160, then the fork got delayed due to the bug and caused a big dump.

Are you sure there is exact date for the upcoming fork which is on Feb 28th?
No wonder if ETH price now is increasing above $130 in coinmarketcap, i think i'm gonna buy some.
But if this getting delayed again, the dump maybe will be worse than the previous.
