I send a support ticket about the high fees and from which exchange do they calculate their rate . They advertise a 3% fee and it is more than 6% , this a steal . Waiting for their reply and after that i'm moving to another service . Is there any authority that we can complain about this ?

Οι περισσότεροι απο εμάς θεωρώ πως έχουμε ιδέα του mining, αν ως πωλητής θες να βγάλεις ( οχι εσύ προσωπικά ) τα μέγιστα, εγώ για παράδειγμα δεν ειμαι ο αγοραστής σου, γνωρίζω τι γίνεται στην αγορά απο butterfly ακομα εποχές, η τιμή του ειναι 300 το πολύ 350 ευρώ υπάρχουν και στα 304 ευρώ 4.73 batch. I guess that you have to give at least the identity of the person/s who made those assets and give us the opportunity to give neg trust . HEAT must protect it's investors in any possible way .
