Have been busy the whole day. Here is a quick draft I did in about 10 min:  Let me know HMM I think it will need proper drawn art work for what I wanted with BIG VERN on so I think we ditch the face and money pile and stick to a more traditional approach and make it a professional looking coin. Zeroxal, These coins are going to contain 100k Verge BUT 1 out of every 10 will contain 1 MILL. How can we reflect that in the design? Sorry, but I am not experienced in hand drawn artwork. I can do geometric ones or some very rough hand drawings (like in my example). But I could hire someone to convert his face into a vector and add it into the design. Not sure about how to add that concept. But one idea would be "100000(?)VERGE" or leave that out and include it in the hologram. So that it shows either 1mil or 100k depending on the angle you look at the hologram. |

I love it when new physical cryptos are released, especially nice looking ones at affordable prices. However, this coin is just not to my liking.
I think the design needs to be revamped quite a bit. Personally I'd go for something very simple or quite detailed. I think that the triangle takes away from the coin's symmetry and just doesn't fit too well with the BTC logo.
Exactly my thoughts when I saw the design of the coin. Honestly, a bad mockup of the casascius design. That triangle shaped thing makes the whole coin "unorganized" and weird. The backside is too simple. In my opinion - either leave it blank or add some more design elements to it. The rounded bitcoin within the logo text looks weird too. The bitcoin sign should be in the middle (especially on the hologram) as it is more recognizable than the other letters. Something looks good when it's: Simple, but geometrically organized. (If you know what I mean) or a complicated artwork. This coin is aimed to look simple, but there is no recognizable geometrical system. Sorry for being like a math teacher. |

You could do them in all sorts I guess that way you could cater to the people who have the funds and can spend a lot but also offer a cheaper alternative for others who cannot afford it. Any chance of designing a whole new exclusive lucky coin where you could have smalller amounts for prizes or maybe mulitple prizes per round?

That was just a quick sketch of mine. Everything can be reworked to perfection - just like the example you gave me. However, I am sorry to tell you that I wont have time to work on it anymore for today and probably tomorrow too. I won't have access to my computer for that time because I am going into town to get things ready for my upcoming trip. Sorry again, if you can wait, Ill provide the finished design before sunday. Hey, the sketch of the front is now finished. Please tell me if the design is ok, so I'll start with the detailed work on Illustrator and create a vector of the coin. Changes: - Skull changes - Added microsoul logo - Rotated Bitcoin - Added numeric edge This should be only seen as a preview - not everything is perfectly symmetric and there were no calculations involved After confirmation, I'll start to work on the artwork detailed.
