had a problem with the wallet, often it just threw out of the network, the version was 2.0.2.0. I do not know what the reason is, but I hope the new version will solve this problem. Are there any plans to expand on KEK exchange sites?
I don't have this issue, but I do have a problem that the wallet stops working every 3-4 days with a Windows error "this program has stopped working". I have to restart the wallet and unlock it again to continue staking. Any one else with this issue? yep, have a same prob on Win10, occuring every 2 weeks, seems like memory leak in code. Anyone else with this issue? Yes, on my Win 10 machine KEK wallet also closes by itself once a week or so.
Hmmm "good" to hear that I am not the only one with this issue. I am using Windows 8.1 64-bit. Hopefully the devs can find the cause and solve this bug then. Any logs that we could supply that might come in handy to research this issue? Is Bitshares 2.0 a real Bitshares, which has been listed on Poloniex exchange?
bitshares has been upgraded to bitshares 2.0 on 2015 together with the introduction of several new features. it's one of the first so-called 2nd generation blockchain to be developed. ethereum is also a 2nd gen blockchain. bitcoin is 1st gen blockchain. eos, meanwhile, is a 3rd gen blockchain. upon introduction of bitshares 2.0, hardfork happened on the blockchain and bts v1 holders are required to claim their bts v2 coins. Where did you get those information sources? Can you provide me more details or some linked websites? I really want to dig it up before conducting my investment. DGB is so dead at the moment. It's hard to keep the hopes up when no new updates are announced in such a long time. The mining situation is horrible and the bear market doesn't help either.
DGB appeared at the same time with Bitcoin and was mining all this time with a profit exceeding or equal to Bitcoin. I expect that DGB will remain even when most of today's top coins disappear forever! To promote DGB, it is necessary to conduct several social PR campaigns of companies or airdrops and then take off upwards! As all PoW-Coins DGB will dissapear within the next 12-24 months, if they dont switch to PoS. PoW has no future. It is an ecological disaster and it is completely in chinese hands. Noone will trust a currency that is in the end controlled by china. Ether recognized that fact. Thats why i am sure, that Ether will be number one crypto in 12 months at latest. The algo switching they plan right now, seems to me, as they are not thinking about changing form PoW to PoS. This is what makes me quite afraid. They should have taken this effort they put into this algo switching thing to do the PoW to PoS - switch. The fact, that they exclude a complete groupd of miners (Baikal), is the next thing, DGB will regret, as this group will left the DGB project. The reasons they tell for it are ridiculous. First, there are no ASIC-resistant algortihms. In best case there are some "few months" ASIC-resistant algorithms. Second, they do it for decentralization reasons, but they keep the two most centralized algorithms... But ok, i tried to tell them. The only thing i got back from them was insults for me... They can do whatever they want to. My Baikals are paid and made me some huge profits. So i am fine. I made a lot of money with dgb, but i sold everything to get into a much better, promising PoS-Project... The future of crypto is PoS not PoW. All currencies that miss this part and do not switch in time will be lost in my opinion... Nobody cares about the power used. The power generators love the extra profits. POW, IMO, is far superior to POS. POS rewards rich fat cats. POW anybody can do if the algo is ASIC resistant. right lol no body cares about power did you see what happen to all the pos coins out there from years? they no where why suddenly it will change lol  people goes where the profit is and actually it could have bad effect on eth price after they go to pos it could drop but if dgb ad pos and keep 5 pow algo could only be good but last time we speak about it here (2-3 month ago? they say no way they will stick to pos) we also suggested replace 1 pow algo by poc (hard drive mining) but they said no 3 months are like eternity in crypto. It is obviously that PoW will die in the next years. The ecological disaster is only one thing about it. The much more important reason is that any PoW-Coin will be controlled in long term from chinese hardware manufacturers. We can talk about that in 2 years again. PoW-Coins has to change to PoS (or maybe PoC or something else) or they will die... That is my suggestion... And again, this includes Bitcoin. The problem with bitcoin is, that there community is caught in that Satoshi Nakamoto idea and they do decline nearly all progress. The idea is great, but i am sure, whoe ever Satoshi Nakamoto was/is, he never would have wanted, that there should be no progress or improvement of his idea. This is even worse with bitcoin cash, but anyway bitcoin cash is the best example for the chinese control thing. BCH is nothing else than Bitmain's centralized, private Coin. I never understood how anyone could buy this shitcoin... So it would be good news to hear, that the DGB-Team seems to understand, that mining is going to die. They could have done that three months ago, when i told them, but it seems they were not ready to do so at this time. But better late than never... As long as Bitcoin stays PoW that is enough of an argument for any other coin to use PoW. Although I must say, if at all possible, a combination between PoS and PoW sounds unique, I wonder if there are any other similar projects that use this? Not meaning different phases of first PoW and then PoS but actual simultaneous Pow + PoS. |

Hi everyone. I have not posted here for some time because there were no questions posted and we have been busy focusing on further development of the game, and interacting on our usual platforms.
With regards development, the latest version released at the end of March on schedule and it has been received very well by the players. Since then, we have been working behind-the-scenes on the next set of cards (Lost Lands Part 3 that is due for release in December), and also working on some new game client features that will hit in v3.61.
Whilst that has been going on, we've increased engagement on Facebook, Twitter and Telegram with the playing community, with various initiatives - e.g. we are currently running a World Cup Sweepstake for our players where each team is linked to a hero in the game and you can earn prizes for getting wins with your hero for each goal scored by your team.

This has not been decided yet. I’m reluctant to schedule distribution before launching a public testnet. Also it would be nice to have Tendermint (which serves as a consensus engine) version 1.0 released. I’d say that “this summer” is a rather optimistic, but not unrealistic estimation. how many ercoin will initially be distributed thru burning blackcoin
All ercoins are planned to be distributed via BlackCoin burning. The total money supply has not been determined yet, but it is more or less irrelevant — it’s just a number.  Lets wait OP for more informations about future of this project. Else this looks like hijacking of topic, and this is not allowed according to the rules of the forum. It's not hijacking at all, people know about ercoin and it directly relates to current and future BlackCoin holders. Good to be able to keep up to date this way, for all people that might be interested. |

That's pretty cool, good job. Are there any statistics available for the usage of the betting-bot? Interested to know if it comes close to the average betting crypto betting sites and if people are able to find their way to the bot or that some marketing might be a good idea to stimulate the usage.
So far 3890 bets have been made through the betting-bot for 8 months of activity, it's certainly far from well known betting sites and of course any marketing is welcomed. At the beginning the activity was really weak but nothing was really mature and some problems were to be fixed both on sports-oracle and betting-bot. Now everything runs quite smoothly and there is a nice growing trend than began 1 month ago when makers were offered the possibility to automatize their odds offers placement (check https://github.com/Papabyte/betting-bot-API). With the World Cup, we have now around 60 unique users every single day. I hope that at this point the word will spread and we will see more grow. After all some ICOs get millions to create trustless betting platforms and we are still waiting for their delivery. But thanks to the efficiency and simplicity of Byteball, a one guy army was able to propose such a platform with an unbeatable easiness and extremely low fees. One issue left is that for now the platform is not trustless for makers, but I have some idea to fix that in a way that is only possible with Byteball. Yes, fuzex is long term project after completion of ICO, is very aggressive in marketing by making partnerships with many other supporting companies. The price is decreasing because of the market situation is not accurate. I see a really good opportunity to get FXT tokens at a cheap price below ICO now. The cards are coming out shortly in next quarter and this is one unique product which no one ever has produced. Should easily go 1$ in a few months after cards start rolling out. Where has it been stated that the cards get released next quarter? And by shortly, do you mean it will be more probable to be released in July as supposted to September? The release of the cards should make for a significant increase indeed, I just want to get my hands on one! |
