601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One of many reasons why I love bitcoin on: May 31, 2017, 03:41:46 PM
The main reason why I love bitcoin is it is easy and convenient to use. Since I'm an introvert, I don't need to expose myself or to expose my face to another person for me to have a job and earn extra income. Just a computer and a stable internet connection, then I'm off to go.  Grin
602  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: May 31, 2017, 03:35:37 PM
It's very simple! Be a living testimony! Show the people around you what bitcoin is by frequently using it. For sure, they will get curious and will start bombarding you with questions on what is it, how did you able to use it, is it even real or possible, or any questions like that.

Action speaks louder than words. If you want a person close to you to know about bitcoin, then don't just explain it's definition and principles, add some demonstrations and let them witness how you can able to use it.

You know, people nowadays won't spend their time on such things like bitcoin if they don't benefit from it. So that's the best way to do.
603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used in space? on: May 31, 2017, 03:28:20 PM
I am also just wandering will astronauts need bitcoin or other money in their travelling through the Universe?

Haha! Yeah, this dude has a point. On what aspect would the astronauts use bitcoin for since they are in the outer space?  Grin

But if those spacemen do have a reason and want to experience using bitcoin on the space, then they can do so just by having an internet connection. There is no limit in using bitcoin. No complicated explanation needed for that.
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: May 31, 2017, 03:17:21 PM
It doesn't matter if a person is rich or not for him or her to be interested in using Bitcoin. Even if they are wealthy, if they get so curious on what bitcoin is, then they will surely find their way and start to learn about it.

There's nothing negative effect for us "normal people" if the rich ones will also get a hook in this kind of thing. We should be glad since the number of people who are using it will increase. And it is also a good thing if those elite ones will provide a better opportunity for bitcoin to be more recognizable in the world since they have the power and all.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: DCORP Crowdsale - Democratizing Venture Capitalism on: May 30, 2017, 09:50:05 PM
Im new to this kind of thing and want to spare extra funds. Crowdsale are almost here.

Any idea how much is the initial price of single token? If it's not release even some spoilers then I shall wait then.
After reading the OP you will find the price of each token. The price is different in different timing of the ICO period like in the first day when ICO will start you will get 650 tokens at 1 etherum and on the first week you will get 550 tokens at 1 ethereum and so on.

Kinda pricey but I think it will be worth it (hope). On my own view, the higher the initial price, chances of it to doubled the price (at least) is possible once it was listed on exchanges. Right now ETH price is around BTC0.1 or around $220 so before investing a brainstorming is a must for an average crypto user like me and others.

Will wait for further updates as I can't just giveup my $220. This is where the risk began and I will carefully study it.
606  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to buy? on: May 30, 2017, 09:36:09 PM
Is crash/correction was over? I need to buy bit coins with fiat.

Don't hesitate to buy with any current price rate. It's not wise to buy when price rally increase happen again for us average bitcoin user. If you think you have the courage to face the risk, then go buy. If only I have some spare funds I would consider to buy too.

We will never know what will happen next. The $2000 price of bitcoin is high at the moment but soon it will be tagged as cheap level once the price sets again for the continuation of it's journey to the moon.
607  Economy / Exchanges / Re: yobit.net is a scam ? on: May 30, 2017, 09:21:28 PM
I've made a BTC deposit to yobit that's not showing up in my wallet: c4e22fbf18e7628494ce7cfede8035ec6b46d2b80b6792065b406e7641696c11

you sure thats a bitcoin wallet address seems too long

That's not a bitcoin address. That is a txid and it shows that the transaction was succesful.

I suggest to contact Yobit support about this as they are the only one who can respond here clearly. But goodluck if they will find your ticket soon as Yobit support is one of the worst support ever. Just give it a try.
608  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell or wait? on: May 30, 2017, 08:39:53 PM
I say wait, there are lots of good news to happen. With this good news, I believe bitcoin will definitely increase in price.  Care to think of Australia accepting bitcoin as money.  Definitely, the demand in this country for bitcoin will increase.  Aside from that smart contract is coming to bitcoin.  This will give boost to bitcoin and may cause to push the price of bitcoin to more than $3000.
yes that is very right. i am also suggesting you to hold and not to sell bitcoin, because the price of bitcoin is expecting to increase too much in future, i am therefore not gong to sell my bitcoin. i have to wait for that. i think most of the people are also not going to sell their bitcoins as they want their bitcoin increasing more and more in near future.

No doubt that the wiser way is to hold. But it doesn't mean that it's a wrong move to sold coins if they sees profit. There are people who uses bitcoin as source of income or backup funds whenever their fiat are depleted. In that case, they will sold their coins and that is reasonable since that is their coins after all and in the first place, they have no other choice even they want hold bitcoins.

As an exchange, after they survive their financial trials, they must double their effort to get back what's lost so that in the moment when bitcoin price increase again, they will take the advantage.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like Pre-ICO campaigns? on: May 30, 2017, 08:04:11 PM
That's is the risk but there are numerous events that I saw some people made a nice profit out of Pre-ICO campaigns. A win win situation indeed so even with lots of research, we can't erase the fact that we are doomed at the end.

If win then win, if loss then waste of time and effort. A normal risk for campaigns like that.

611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince people into you using Bitcoin? on: May 30, 2017, 01:33:33 PM
The "big proof" to satisfy them is as simple as showing them how you can make easy transactions now using your Bitcoin. Let them witness how bitcoin is useful to your life right now. Explain to them the nature and basics of bitcoin. It may take some time for them to absorb all these knowledge but just be an example to them. Show them how you do it.

Once they see that evidence, it's up for them to believe or be encouraged if they also want to enter the world of this cryptocurrency and learn more.
612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS TRAVELING PLACES!!! on: May 30, 2017, 01:26:09 PM
It is a good thing to know that Bitcoin is being more recognized and we can say legal nowadays but it still has a lot way to go. We need to accept the fact that it cannot overtake the banks and replaced each countries' currency.

But still, it is a good thing to save and keep earning your bitcoin since we never know what might happen in the future.  Grin
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a source of income? on: May 29, 2017, 12:28:16 PM
Earning bitcoin can be a good source of income but if you intend to leave your job and just focus on it, then you need to think first. There are many ways on how you can earn Bitcoin, like trading and signature campaigns.

Trading is risky so it is not good to rely on it and signature campaigns are infrequent so I would suggest that you stay on your current job and do bitcoin during your past time or free time.

By doing this, you will learn more about bitcoin and that's when you can decide if you really want to pursue it in full time or just for a part time.
614  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is a correction happening? on: May 25, 2017, 07:58:23 PM
So I woke up today to find the price jumping to $2,680 (Bitfinex price), I knew that was insane rise, but right now there is a little dip, Is it a correction? Does this mean that Bitcoin is going to stay above $2,000, and what we are experiencing now is not a bubble?

In my view it's not. A correction price happened after a general price and stays around it for at least more period of time drop but today's drop is nothing as price have a behaviour of increasing again.

I believe we are in the little bubble that eventually will turned into a large one. Brace yourselves for more surprising price increase this upcoming period.

618  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can't Access XAPO Dashboard on: April 23, 2017, 06:25:09 PM
It works now!! I followed your idea and got some help procedure via Google search. I can access my XAPO dashboard now and get rid of those popups.

Thank you so much!! Smiley Just one last question, is it ok to just run Malwarebytes at my system?
619  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can't Access XAPO Dashboard on: April 23, 2017, 04:50:34 PM
I got the same thing as showed in the screenshot some hours ago, not sure why, also it was the first  time i meet this. But when i cleared my OS and tried a second time everything worked correctly and i have been able to do what i needed. Guess it was just a glitch but no problem as long it doesn't stay forever. Sometimes weirds things happen on a website

What do you mean by clearing OS? Reformat? I don't want that process and I think only as last option.
Guys can you check if you have the same problem? The page is stuck and I can't access my dashboard after login.

Already did the following:
-Cleared cookies and cache
-Restart Browser to via Refresh Browser options
-Already used other browser
-Restart router multiple times

Thank you!

You already did some of the best ways.

How is it now? I think you have a malware issue there attacking your browser. Do you noticed some automatic ads pops up(not on other window but on the same window) while you are browsing at certain site? It also ruining the certificate of a certain site. Even clearing browser can't solved the problem.

Still getting the error and I think it's only on me as I see no replies here about them having a same experience.

I think you are right. There is some pop ads on every side of the page in some of the websites Im visiting. I saw Vidsquare and tweakbit. On facebook there's no ads but on XAPO it has and some website. Whenever I opened new tabs it was redirecting to safe search which I don't know why it happen.
620  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can't Access XAPO Dashboard on: April 23, 2017, 06:18:51 AM
What's your browser? May you didn't update your browser to new version?  Are you have trying with change IP?

It's impossible Im not using the latest version of my browser and I don't see any problem if you logged to XAPO from an outdated browser version (at least about 2 updates behind).

No Im using my direct internet connection via our ISP provider.
I just trying log in to my wallet then all's good. I guessing your problem on IP or Low Connection.

Oh I see. Thanks so much.

Means in my side is the problem. I will now checked it.
