Are you sure that it's from Jaxx? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I have installed Jaxx android app before and it didn't give any password, you will only have a 12-word Backup Phrase like in other wallets (refer to the link given by NeuroticFish). Without it, there's no other way to restore your wallet. Moreover, please keep in mind that info, including but not limited to passwords, backup phrase, and private key should not be shared in public for security.

Their site is indeed better now. Based on the image, the desktop version looks similar to the mobile version, still has a user friendly UI. It's just on a bigger screen that's why most of the data/options can be seen at once. I remember before, I wished they had a desktop version because I wanted to play Coindroids on desktop rather on mobile, and now they will be releasing it. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Good news!
Wow. I haven't downloaded it but it looks like the new update of coinomi rocks.
Well, nothing to download atm since the desktop version is not released yet. Well anyway, is that your bitcoin balance?
You shouldn't show to the people on how much you've got, just saying.
Not his, it was from the coinomi website : https://cdn.coinomi.com/img/desktop.png

Since the bounty is still ongoing, you have a chance to stop this cheater in getting payments. Report it to the bounty manager and give the link of this thread to him for reference. I have checked the "Buddy Facebook Campaign" google sheet that you gave and at the moment 795 addresses there belongs to the cheater (including the duplicates). Take note: most of them were marked as Approved.

Look like DNotes sold his merit. He send 50 merit on spam post (consider by me). If not tag merit abuser it's not possible fair use of merit. I checked DNotes' merit history at http://loycevsbasement.privatedns.org/Merit/history/224925.htmlHe's really giving away 25 and 50 merits. My point of view is not that he sold his merit and that he gave it on a spam post. As you can see, the post he replied on was also from R-J-F, it was a long post with sense. Probably the merit was for that and not because of the other.
Merit beggar username R-J-FNot sure if it's considered begging. He said if the guys like any of the ideas, meaning if not, it's okay with him if they won't give any merit (he can't force them anyway). On the other hand, he says please. Let's see what the DT's will do.

The problem I,m having in MetaMesk..............I can,t add my address to T/F my ETH CB. So I'm not sure if CB is the correct site to T/F my ETH and CASH OUT. Do I have to sign up with a new exchange? And if so..........which one? Thank you all for helping, bobbart555 ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Not sure if I understood it correctly, just correct me if I'm wrong. So, you are trying to send out Eth and can't add a recipient address in the TO field? Some usually right click on the mouse and click paste, but it will not work in Metamask. What you have to do is: 1. Copy your Coinbase address 2. Go to Metamask and choose the account with Eth 3. Click Send (details page will be shown)4. Click the To field (disregard the dropdown)5. Press Ctrl + V (⌘ Command + V in Mac) to paste the address 6. Always double check if the pasted address is yours 7. Fill out other details and click Next

Where did the dev disappear, what news?
If you want to actively communicate with the dev, you can join the telegram group.
For those who are staking their coins, just want to know if you ever experience getting a stake that was generated in an unfamiliar address? I have 2 addresses in my wallet (default and jhenfelipe) and got one stake recently that was generated to an address that is not mine. After that stake, others were generated again to jhenfelipe. I'm clueless if it's normal or not because it's my first time to encounter this.

Check no.1 at " Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ" and look for the examples given as you scroll down the page. Your post(s) are being counted, it's just that whenever something gets deleted the post count and activity will adjust. If it's not specifically your post that was low quality/pointless, then there is a possibility that the main topic was which cause the whole thread to be deleted.

Suspicious indeed. Even if the one from support@coinbene.com is legit, I don't think it's right to redirect the customers to another email address. They should stick to support@coinbene.com and it's their responsibility to forward the message/problem of customers in the IT/Technical team. I suggest you go back to their telegram group and confirm if these email addresses are legit. The true admin is the one who pinned the message and those who have an unclickable admin note beside the name. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F137IKhB.png&t=663&c=0OIeblS_PhOJcA) , ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F6bGcQ3b.png&t=663&c=ygZ4WNZ7CKen1g) , ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FVfMSKAE.png&t=663&c=VcswIgkVz7QNeA) Few notes: DO NOT trust anyone who will directly message you on telegram, offering to solve your problem in exchange of any cryptocurrencies DO NOT give passwords, Auth code, or any other information that may cause your account/wallets to be stolen i m sorry to disappoint you but i vd chated with those "admins" and they are the one who told me to send some ETH to start helping me to their address that i vd wrote it above.. they have profile pictures with coinbene logo but if you look better they have other photos too, with dudes and asian chicks that could be from previous scams... so...please be carefull about 1 Real Admin Never PM You First 2 Real Admin Never PM You First 3 Real Admin Never PM You First they are SCAMMERS!!! please watch out!!!! Are you sure those who messaged you are the admins? As I've mentioned earlier, the admins have an unclickable admin note beside the name if you're in the telegram group. There's a big possibility that you have been deceived by those scammers who pretend to be the admins by copying the names and the pictures. Anyway, have you tried the instruction given by the official email support@coinbene.com? Send an email to support1@xatom.io using your registered email on their site, put "Need to Close Google Auth" in the subject to highlight, explain what happened in the message and mention that it's your registered email at coinbene. I saw this on their telegram group posted by @kwoninkor ( check number 3): ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F15OIAEs.png&t=663&c=-KLuaCxPzm77Aw)

please look my suppot ticket CS0058077 & CS0058083
i deposite ltc but not shown, olso i have other amount of ltc my account but when i try withdraw i am getting ltc address is not valid but other time i have withdrawal money on this address and this address is active
i am get this error " invalid add" to other all coins if i try to withdraw
can someone help me ?
In regards to the deposit, it's not shown most likely because LTC has no active connections at the moment in Cryptopia ( see image below). You'll be receiving your LTC once the connection is back and the wallet completely synced. Not sure about the invalid address though, better wait to the support's response. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FOE7qaDf.png&t=663&c=9pTSpg0R-svazw) You can check the coin status at : https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=LTC

I hope you could explain it better. Is your account already verified (ID verification)? Afaik accounts that are not verified are being frozen, so it's the first reason I could think of. However, there have been cases as well that even fresh verified accounts got frozen (like these users). Anyway, regardless of the reason, only the support could help you unfreeze the account.

the transaction they were talking about was on April 8, the account was blocked on June 27. if it was suspicious or sent to a fraudster-I don't believe that they are checking millions of accounts manually - why they did not block the account right away?
Exactly what I was thinking. I have a few questions for you. You said on June 18 you received a letter from the exchange that you're withdrawal limits was increased. [1] Are you certain that the said email really came from the legit site? [2] Have you logged in through the given link? [3] Have you checked if there was any suspicious activity happened on your account without your consent? [4] After confirming the increased withdrawal limits, what activities have you made (ex. deposit, withdrawal)? It's just quite weird if your account has been frozen without doing any activity recently or after you received that email. I mean, AFAIK risk management system detects it right away when there's a suspicious activity, no? 3 months is quite a long period of time.

The exchange is still a bit new and has low volume considering that there are only 2 tokens with volume for the past 24hrs. I understand that you're worried about your withdrawal, but posting multiple times in a row here in the forum is against the forum rules[1]. Just saw your posts in their ANN thread. In addition, flooding them with tickets plus flooding their telegram group with the threat of damaging the exchange reputation after the admin said wait for the email reply won't be of any help as well.
[1] 32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.
Anyway, use the correct format so that members would understand the situation better. Much better if you include that chat logs from telegram. What happened::

I just heard that cryptopia has updated their terms and conditions.
I didn't see any announcements about updated T&C recently but the latest important changes was the increased dynamic 2FA security old static 2FA PinCode will no longer works, by default new PinCode will be sent to registered email address upon logging in then you can enable additional 2FA setting for select features on your account Cryptopia sent an Email to users yesterday/today (depending on your Timezone). If you haven't received or seen it, you can directly read the full version of updated Terms & Conditions here: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Home/Terms

Having an archived copy is important, just in case: anupu's bitcointalk profile : http://archive.is/ug1KpSome Airdrops he joined Planex : http://archive.is/qQjDY#selection-2579.0-2579.5 DMRF : http://archive.is/DEYQE#selection-3936.4-3961.5 Organicco : http://archive.is/QtD3k#selection-4801.0-4801.5Most likely he will be tagged. I also reported a bounty abuser before, same case: * using other bitcointalk members' profile links and usernames (including mine) * his address sent small amount of ETH to bunch of addresses and use them to join in bounties * all the tokens received will then be sent to one destination See here. The user was tagged. This kind of abuse continue to happen because some managers allows it, not directly by saying it, but by not checking/verifying each accounts. Authentication post should be a requirement. There are managers who are implementing it now, I don't think others can't.
