Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden Warrior in 4. No doubt. Cleveland Cavaliers vs Golden Warrior NBA Finals.

And for me:

Russel Westbrook will be an NBA MVP this year.
Draymond will be NBA DOP.
Mike D'Antoni, Houston Rockets will be NBA Coach of the Year.
Malcolm Brogdon, Milwaukee Bucks NBA Rookie of the Year
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks Most Improved Player
Eric Gordon, Houston Rockets NBA Sixth Man Award

Here's mine:

Russel Westbrook MVP
Draymond Green - Defensive Player
Mike D'Antoni, Houston Rockets
Joel Embiid  -Rookie of the Year
Giannis Antetokounmpo - Most Improved Player
Andre Iguodala - NBA Sixth Man Award

GSW vs CC - NBA championship

What do you think about Nikola Jokic as most improved player of the year? He was great this season. Do you think if he has any chance to win that price?

Yes Djokovic is definitely back. He destroyed Thiem and I think that he is going to do the same thing with Zverev today. When I saw those backhands yesterday, I knew that he is that old Djokovic again. If he plays like this in next couple of weeks, it would be enough to win Rolan Garos again.

I think if Djokovic win the trophy. He will be definitely back because this win will somewhat uplift his confidence, specially the setbacks from previous tournaments. He just needs to focus more and not underestimate his opponent which is Zverev. This guy has a bright future, he is young. But I think Novak will be to much for him.

Sorry mate your prediction is we underestimate the young player A. Zverev. He played the amazing game today and beat Djokovic by straight set 6-4, 6-3. This is never expected a result. Seriously Zverev played a fantastic game, and he deserves this title. I think in this event many gamblers lost their bet to choose Djokovic. He lost the title, and he made many people lose their money. Congrats Zverev.

Damn. I didn't watched the game mate I just bet for Djokovic made the comment and left to do something. And when I came back I just saw your comment. I thought this is a easy win for Djokovic. I guess the young lion Zverev is ready for tennis stardom with this win. Congrats!!!

Zverev proves us all wrong. And at a young age of 20 years and one month, he became the youngest Masters event champion since Djokovic did the trick in 2007. This kid that really a bright future in the tennis world. I just hope he won't get injured or something.

And speaking of Djokovic, I read that he will be changing coach again? This time hiring Andre Agassi? He just fired Boris Becker last December and totally overhauled his team. I think this is very significant that affect his performance.

He stated a couple of weeks ago that " He will hire someone who has gone through what he is going through now " and now he officially confirmed that Agassi will be his coach Smiley This might change something but certainly won't allow Djokovic to win RG.
No it won't. To have a new coach in less than a week in preparation right before Roland Garros gives him no time to actually listen to and ascertain what Agassi will be trying to replace what he has learned from Boris for the time he has been gathering the knowledge from him as his coach.

Novak today and yesterday-two different players. He looked like a granny today. Moved slower, hit ball weaker... Really  didn't expect  this. And yes, he is not ready to defend title on French Open, coach or not coach. He will have to wait for a bite more. Congrats to Zverev. Great job

It is just impossible for SA to play against this GSW team. Especially with all the problems with their key player injuries. Golden State has to many options in offence. I personally was surprised with McGees offensive performance at the beginning of the match, but everything else was pretty expected. I thought that they could play a bit tighter game but clearly was wrong..

Golden State Warriors Vs San Antonio Spurs

Spurs are 2-0 down and needs to win at home court to have a chance of winning the finals. Warriors may have won all their games in the playoff but their opponents are not really strong. Spurs home record against Warriors was pretty good before recently Warriors managed to win at San Antonio. Spurs +7 is generous considering that Spurs won 2 out of 3 games against Warriors in the regular season. Spurs only lost their last home game this season when Warriors comeback and took the win. Therefore, I am going with Spurs +7.

Are you sure? Leonard has been ruled out of the game! I still think the Spurs could win at home but now it could be a miracle without both Leonard and Parker, it's a very risky move to bet on the Spurs, I haven't checked the odds but they should be very enticing to dive in.

If the Warriors win this one the series is done also, really a bad image for the NBA when both the Warriors and the Cavs sweep every team in the playoffs without much effort...

Spurs +7 is good bet to try. This is the most important game of the season for them. Very hard to win, but they must give their all tonight. If they lose, it`s all over. First game was their chance to make this series interesting.

I also agree with you mtnsaa. Bad image for the NBA, but from time to time, they have two super-dominated times that rules the league for two or three years. Now days I see something different... good players sign contracts for low contract fees with good teams just to try to take championship (ring) and make GS and Cleveland unbeatable.
I dont know about Spurs+7 mate. Since Leonard is out, it seems impossible to have a close contest. + 7 is very tight and I think GSW can easily get past that with ease. I love spurs with all my heart but its hard when you MVP/Premier defender+ Offense is out of the game. No Parker on top of that. Same thing will happen what happened to Celtics at home. If just one of the 3 GSW superstars(no offense to Green) gets it going, Spurs are done.

The only reason why I think that some surprise is possible is that game number six with Huston. I thought that Huston will destroy them but Pop and his coach team made great job  to keep they motivated and to be sharp. GS is not Huston but SA proved that they can make things go unexpected way

How incredible it would be to see Thiem and Zverev in finale of Roma turnament. Rafa finished today, Murray in first round, Djoko looks good but he will lose lots of energy tonight, it is always like that when he plays with Delpo. From the other side, Zverev looks great,he is super focused, Thiem very constant, with bust of self-confidence now after this victory... Does youngsters can do it?
I feel for Rafa but yes Thiem is in great form ( in clay) and can win this tournament. He ended Rafa's 17 win streak on clay this season , it is actually good for Rafa because clearly he was tired and he needs more rest for Roland Garros . Hope he comes back fully strong and wins his 10th title there.
The back hand of Dominic Thiem is all right on point in that match, this is his most dangerous weapon, he can beat any players with that kind of talent. Nadal have take away Thiem two chance to win trophy, finally Thiem found a way to beat the beast. Thiem will facing Novak Djokovic, which have already warm up a little bit to finish the unsettle business from yesterday. I have no idea who will win the battle, but I think this is a three set game.

I totally agree with you. Novak looks really good, I expected bit different match than we had chance to see against Delpo. I think that Delpos backhand create this kind of battle between this two players, he is struggling with some pain in his wrist and because had small handicap against Djoko. From the other side, Thiem has more time to rest and everything smells like three set match.

It would be really interesting how Pop can match the Rockets with his best player out.  Grin Grin Grin

Do we know for sure that Kawahi  is not going to play tonight? If that`s so, Houston is a big favorite to win tonight. Don`t see who will lead SA on the court tonight...

AHHH... How stupid reaction of ATM defense. This will make huge effect on this great game. And it started fantastic... I think that we are going to watch totally different game in the second half. Great think for Real fans but not so great for us neutral...

What incredible game between San Antonio and Huston... I enjoyed every minute of it. To bad for Kauaj Lenard. If his injury is serious,it will be a huge problem for SA. If Parker is still off the out,Huston will have huge advantage in next game. However, both of the teams will be much more tired for conference final against Golden State. But again.most exciting game that I have seen in this play-off so far  Smiley

Nadal is obviously the big favorite.
It will be interesting to see how Murray and Djokovic will play

Murray and Djokovic been down since the start of the season, they are no longer the talking point. I'm still confuse that why they could be like this, not like they are playing shitty tennis, they did play some fine tennis, but their opponent just seem better than them. This is unusual because I have never seen their opponent being so confident now, it like they are not afraid of this top players anymore.

They both are in some down-form,and not mentally strong as they were. Only they know what is the real problem of their weak performances. They are loosing their matches from weaker opponents but when you see how Nadal and Federer are playing, you just have to ask question: are the other players better or Murray and Djoko are in bad, catastrophic form? I personally think that young players are still not ready to take place as great champions of tennis. `Great Four` is still the greatest power in world of tennis and those four `maniacs` are going to play finales and win them for a long time.  Smiley

There is still semi-finales to play but I also think that Cleveland and Golden State will play in big finale. It would be one more great series between this two teams. Golden state will have slight harder task with San Antonio/Huston but I think that they are more quality team and they will pass through. However, Miami then and Cleveland now, with Lebron in team are playing their greatest basketball in playoffs and I am not so sure that there is favorite for champion. Golden State has more complete team than last year(Durant,Mcgee,Best...) but Cleveland is playing monster defense in playoff... Very hard to predict but if they get through, we will have a perfect end of the season.

Haha this is why I love to watch clay but not to bet on it. Wawrinka, Murray, what a surprise for one day. Nadal dodged a bullet yesterday but playing great today as I can see. Go Rafa  Cheesy
617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 19, 2017, 03:55:13 PM
here is the possible quarter-final:

Murray vs Cilic
Wawrinka vs Pouille
Nadal vs Dimitrov
Djokovic vs Thiem/Goffin

I think the big favorite of this tournament is Nadal

Everything is great in this potential quarter-final schedule, but I am not sure about Cilic. He is a great player but his form could not be called form at all. Play absolutely amazing match against the greatest and so bad against players that are not even in top 20. He won pretty easy today. His biggest chance is Berdych week form. We have two tall players match that has attacking style so it`s going to be interesting...

Could be true watched yesterday Djokovic game he really is struggling hard after Australian open he can find form and can maintain rhythm for whole match it is not good for him but maybe it due to he got off with Beker he was good mental player in his time. And that is what is missing Djokovic for quite some time.

Exactly. Djokovic is mentally weaker than before and he is not full dedicated to tennis last couple of months. His mind is somewhere else and that is main  reason for his week games. He said that his priorities in life has change,I believe there is some truth in that, but to bet on his matches is quite risky. Anyway I would like to see some more of his best tennis, I have enjoyed that in the past

Well done man. It was brave, I don`t know why did you decide to play this. When there is a great player struggling to find his form it is always a risk to bet anything. I like to avoid this type of matches but have to say BRAVO Joca97.

Two things... Wins of all home times is a good multiple bet, that`s okay. I have one more opinion. Kyle Lowry 20.5 under @ 1.85

He played terrible last match and continue his tradition of bad play-off matches. take shoots over defense and was guarded good on attacking the racket. Personally,I have not seen nothing specially and think that same story will be tonight.  DeRozan is first player and first option and it will be tonight as well. He is in good form, unfortunately we can not say that for Lowry too. It`s worth to try.  Good luck
