601  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: October 27, 2020, 10:25:19 PM
It's totally clear that this site intentionally steals from their users but I'm surprised and wonder how inexperienced some people could be despite all the accusations, negative reviews, advice and warning giving about this site some people still make use of the site.
esjohnes, if you can still report the situation on 2plus2 or the crypto forum where they launch their campaign after they are not allowed on this forum maybe you'll get lucky.
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should we welcome centralized bodies for Bitcoin mainstream on: October 27, 2020, 03:58:58 PM
What I'm about say will hurt alot of crypto enthusiast but we need to be realistic cause if we by any means we wants Bitcoin and others good cryptocurrencies to succeed in becoming the mainstream we have to open our arms for some centralized bodies which I see Paypal as one of them since we also use centralized exchange site sometime but people are not to use them as wallet or exchange site but for payment.

we need popular platforms to include btc or crypto within their payment system. that is, if we want btc or crypto to become mainstream. anyway, as mentioned, it is not that users can directly send their crypto to another entity. the receiver will still receive the amount in corresponding fiat (ex. USD) and not the crypto payment itself. so somehow, there is some control about the usage of crypto.
Yes, we need some popular platforms to include before we can achieve cryptocurrency to be mainstream and its inevitable.
With that been said, what I read is that Paypal won't handle the transaction but users not receiving crypto is what I'm not sure about and if paypal said their users will have the chance to buy, sell and hold crypto it means their users can receive crypto.
603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING ]: Fury vs Wilder III in Las Vegas on 18th July 2020 !!! on: October 25, 2020, 07:52:30 PM
So there's really no rematch clause on the 2nd fight?

This article is telling that.
https://www.boxingnews24.com/2020/10/arum-doubts-wilders-manager-shelly-finkel-read-contract-for-fury-trilogy/

Quote
By Kenneth Friedman: Bob Arum is convinced that Deontay Wilder’s co-manager Shelly Finkel never read the contract for the third match against Tyson Fury. Arum says Finkel is wrong if he believes that former WBC heavyweight champion Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs) still has options for a third fight against Fury.

Arum has had his lawyer read the contract, and he says that Fury’s lawyer Robert Davis has read it as well. Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) will be moving on, and he won’t be fighting Wilder next.

The original idea was for Fury and Wilder to fight in December, but affording to Fury, he wanted to push the fight to 2021. That’s something that Fury wasn’t willing to do.

I don't know if that article is reliable, but if that is true, and Fury will be moving on, so we will not see a trilogy here?
Boxingnews usually provide reliable information about the scoop in the boxing scheme. I read that Wilder postponed the second date fixed for the trilogy fight was the reason why Furym team decided not to go on with the fight but what I don't understand is the content of the contract if it truly allows Fury and Arum to make the decision.

If there's really no rematch clause in the contract then any party can find their opponent, I'm pretty sure Arum did read the contract as he is the promoter of this fight, so he maybe won't lie about what he read and he has already stated it, so there will be no trilogy here.  Embarrassed
Fury may not willing to give Wilder the trilogy fight now due to the contract conditions but due to the rivalry between the two, they will still have the trilogy fight which happens after Fury faces Anthony or before that due to the level of Finkel experience in boxing.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 5 Ways I'm EARNING PASSIVE INCOME with Cryptocurrency 💲 on: October 24, 2020, 09:52:47 PM
Very informative, there is a need for educating the newbies on the crypto sphere. The masternode and staking options are dangerous for newbies because they usually deposit small amounts for trying their "luck". Passive income depends on turnover and capital if the capital is lower than the minimum staking amount it is waste of time to chase the profit.
This thread is informative but it something the OP could write every process in full rather than sharing his Youtube video link. However, the masternode coins are dangerous for newbies not the staking coins but newbies need to have knowledge in knowing the perfect coins to invest in first before doing any form of investment in cryptocurrency.
605  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 24, 2020, 01:00:03 PM

Everybody who is defending betnomi here, get neg trust.
Accusing a gambling site which has done everything possible to clear their record and gained the trust of the forum with just an ordinary statement is baseless. Besides, your reputation/trust rightful make you guilty of everything you claimed about this companuly and I dont understand why you keep DuelB signature on when you're not working for them.

Could you please remove it now.

607  Other / Archival / Re: Why you should not use Paypal for Bitcoin on: October 24, 2020, 10:10:07 AM
First of all, we need to understand that when crypto go global alot centralized group will step in, i think we have to welcome some centralization bodies if we want cryptocurrenies to be mainstream and this issue have been discussed several times which I believe it shouldn't be an issue now. Besides, we understand how Paypal operated and the license they were given by New York consumers was clearly said to be conditional Bitlicense. However, Paypal is planning to operate as crypto payment instruments to bridge the gap of people not using crypto as fiat.

1. Not your key not your coin
This is understandable but the same thing happens in using crypto exchange site (like Binance mind PayPal have been in existence than all crypto exchange) which I believe PayPal will be secure that the centralized exchange we have now.
608  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Coinbase sponsors two Bitcoin developers! on: October 23, 2020, 08:31:41 PM
Firstly, its good that coinbase sponsored two Bitcoin developers because this is what the community lacks back in the year 2016 and it will be good if we see more big crypto exchange site doing the same thing rather than just enriching their own pocket only. However, you guys are just aware of recent developers sponsored by coinbase cause they have been supporting new innovative crypto projects long ago.
609  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC can reach $ 20000 after PayPal, Venmo accept payments in BTC, ETH? on: October 23, 2020, 06:06:30 PM
Following PayPal information, Venmo allows payment of its services in BTC, ETH and a few other tokens, the price of BTC has increased sharply, sometimes surpassing $ 13,000 and is still holding at $ 12900.
Alot of crypto investors, traders and enthusiast have been waiting these day to come and since the pandemic somehow shows the potential to Paypal no one within the crypto sphere will want to miss the opportunity. However, the price increases cause people choose to hold and accumulate more coins.

But why is the market reacting so positively?  BTC can reach $ 20000 after PayPal, Venmo accept payments in BTC, ETH?
If you read the whole thing said by the Paypal CEO you will see that hes planning something big for cryptocurrency which will make crypto go mainstream.

611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which ia the best coin for holding 2021? on: October 23, 2020, 11:41:25 AM
Bitcoin and Ethereum have obviously become mandatory for me, if you have held it for a few months now you will be lucky. But it's still going to be good for the next year. And also in addition to BNB, LTC, XRP
All the mentioned coins worth holding for long term except XRP which seems not to offer any benefit to the crypto community than to profitable the teams behind it.

2017 was the golden year of crypto i think..Most of the project was successful  and people get lot of money for invest project.
I am waiting  for this golden day again when bitcoin will be 20000+ and most of coin pum and broken all record.
All crypto investors are waiting for another golden year again which I believe the pandemic was one of the reasons why we have not to see another golden year and before we can see another golden it will December or early next year cause of the Paypal announcement of the integration of cryptocurrency will impact the golden season despite the damage caused by the pandemic.
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: End of Defi hype! Time to invest in real business with real products? on: October 22, 2020, 09:04:53 PM
It was known to all that this won't last longer. But, Defi hype is not fully over and Manay projects will be dead with the end of hype. So i strongly suggest everyone to stay with the projects that has usable products in real world.
Sooner or later Defi hypes are foreseen to end but I dont see that happening this year and even if it those happen to invest in a crypto project with real world product usage is not advisable to me because most crypto investors and enthusiast are somehow not interested in that which the reason a crypto marketplace that needed fund barely get support from the community.

After a long time, i am back on the crypto world.I want to hold some coin so please suggest me some good and real project and share your experience.
[snip] maybe if you want to invest in a new altcoin, you can check this project called TON check the detail here https://freeton.org
but before you decide to invest you must do your own research and invest at your own risk
It good you understand that self examination is good before invest in any crypto but i wi advice the OP not to invest in new project cause 94% of them experience dump in price after exchange listing and it will be better to choose from long existing crypto that are still doing well in the market.
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC PUMP, But Every other Coin Dumping!! on: October 22, 2020, 05:57:09 PM
For last 2days bitcoin is continuing it's uptrend run. It's close to 12000$ now. But why all the alts are going down? Especially the top alt coins which had a good price before the dump.
For example BnB was 31$ when btc was 11300$ and ETH was on 380$ when BTC was 11400+$ . Now BnB at 28.7$ and ETH at 370$. Any reason for the dump?

Base on the previous historical data of cryptocurrency market before the bullish market Bitcoin was always expected to lead first before the altcoin market follow base on there level of community support and it this trend continues then theres possibilities that the bullrun market have start but before it starts some little correction will occur with the surge.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 22, 2020, 02:55:56 PM
First win for Pirlo in Champions as a coach, a game dominated by Juventus versus, at least this evening, a week opponent.

2 goals from Morata, Chiellini injured, and maybe Bonucci too.

Watching PSG-Man U this evening sad that Pogba will be not in the starting XI
Pogba not starting the match doesnt impact the game negatively and i think it just a way for Ole trying new strategy to see if Alex can actually perform well if giving the chance Pogba had. However, today Manchester United game was awesome and I respected how they were able to defeat PSG at home and I can see they are now topping the table.
Another game i respected was the Juventus game with the absence of Ronaldo which led to some people saying Ibrahimovic impact the club than Ronaldo.
Speaking of the Man United game against the PSG, although Pogba did start the match but I dont think you guys are aware that the just Manchester United broke a new record of winning 10 consecutive away games winning for the first time in their history.
So you are telling me that th3 b3st club 1n pr3mi3r leagu3 has never achieved such record?  Grin during their 100 years ++ existence?

Alright, congratulations for that. Despite Manchester united being an underdogs in the last few seasons i guess since ole take over the job or even since before that? You'll always get a generous high odds from the bookies especially in a situation like covid19 virus still exist everywhere around the globe causing uncertainty, Manchester United often bring a surprise to the table. That's what i like betting against the odds thesedays. Delicious! Manchester united to win were at 4.5 , that's not so bad as i thought the match might ended with just a draw. Good job ole.
You just misunderstood my statement there mate because alot of clubs have broke records that's far the current record of Manchester United in the Champions League and what I am trying to say that Manchester achieved 10 away game winning records. Mind you, they are not the first time to achieve that but per the club it a record on their logs.
616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 21, 2020, 10:44:59 PM
So despite Mesut Ozil's age, I think he should move to a different club, no matter the cost, a paycut or whatever, what should matter to a footballer is that he is doing what he loves most, and that should be playing week in, week out. The more he stays at Arsenal, the more it looks like his career is over, Ozil gave assists for fun back then, it's crazy Sad.

Yeah that's the best, even world cup final scorer Gotze found a club after going out of contract from Dortmund. Ozil is still a great player but team is not giving him any chance. I am sure in upcoming transfer window someone might try on getting Ozil in their team. Really unhappy with the decision of leaving Mesut Ozil out of the Arsenal squad.
I don't see Ozil age as a hindrance for him to get a good club and the Arsenal coach not including him in the team 25 men squad for the Premier League is what I consider as a hindrance for him which may impact his career but Coach later explain the reason for his action which he said because Ozil have played final game for the club until February next year.
617  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ Bet online ᐉ BTC Betting ᐉ Online betting odds on: October 21, 2020, 10:10:06 PM
@1xbit: Tell us which license you have and which company runs the site?
I think Betb2b is also responsible for your actions, since you are using their platform.
That your website scams is not an opinion, it is a fact. You are only making yourself ridiculous by returning on the forum here.

You are not here to solve cases, you are here to manipulate users so you can scam them again.
The way you "solve" cases is by closing accounts, and return the deposit. And the money that is won by users, is confiscated by 1xbit (for faked argument that the terms have been void)
But, if a user loses a lot of money, then there is no breach of the terms.

Why do you let people access the site from countries that are not allowed from the License of Curacao? Should we Write an official letter to Betb2b?

A fact should be proved, otherwise, it's an opinion.© Jason Statham

i checked once again topics on the scam accusation board, and the most decent proof here against us is a screenshot that could be faked in a few moments using an in-browser developer console or a photo editor.
Such claims should be supported by transactions ids, for example.
Wait a minute. Are you talking about the previously unsettled accusation which you guys claimed happened during the reign of your previous management cause the last time i checked you said the company was operated under new management and you cant be responsible for what previous management did?
618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What asset would you HODL for the next 5 years?? on: October 21, 2020, 02:20:01 PM
I would root for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Stellar Lumens, Iris Network, Chainlink, Cosmos, NewsCrypto and other promising coins/tokens with real use cases, utilities and realistic roadmap. As for DeFi tokens, I don't see them grow in the long run. Maybe their demand would die down after a year or two I think because of the hype created by these projects. It's just my opinion only.
This is a huge list and I hope you have adequate knowledge to manage the portfolio but I dont consider Stellar and newscrypto a good asset that worth holding for longterm.

Lets see how smart you guys are. Vote below.

I voted for Bitcoin and next would be Gold, fiat, then Stocks.

Bitcoin for most obvious reasons.
Bitcoin and Gold are the best investment while fiat is a Big No for me due economy unstable. Besides, I can proudly say i don't fiat ever since i join crypto and only change crypto to some fiat i need for some expenses
619  Economy / Economics / Re: How can Bitcoin help build a digital global? on: October 21, 2020, 12:43:15 PM
I believe that we are already on the verge of a large-scale worldwide implementation of cryptocurrency in human everyday life. And if China and the United States are still at war with each other on the political and economic battlefield, then the European Union has already launched an experiment on the implementation of the digital European currency on October 12. The European Union has a very large payment system, which when using the crypto euro will attract a huge number of users to the cryptocurrency market. But you need to take into account the fact that no matter what national cryptocurrencies are created in different countries, including China, Bitcoin will somehow be an international decentralized cryptocurrency, offering independence to each user.
You make a nice point which is the reason why I supported the movement of Digital national currency creation even though it will be a centralized coin and we cant talk about this issue not giving kudos to the IMF boss which was so knowledgeable to exclude government FUD and stance against crypto and also see crypto as the pathway to safe the world economy. However, I see China an inspiration to others countries in Digital currency creation and I believe the EU are taking much time than expected in the act of creating their own Digital currency but it will be nice if they join so that the US and others can join either.
