If you learned all basic and advance then I will recommend practical applying of check how it works. Technical Analysis still working because one of my friend only learned basic and using it in practical trading. I hear from him that results is good and he earning on daily base. Although if you have a time the. you should also learn Smart money as this concept will adds more knowledge to your market understanding. Learning Smart Money will enhance your trading strategy. Came back here after few days to share that I added some btc to my wallet on electum 4.4.6, I'm thinking to keep on and adding more further.
Is it good to store for a long term ?
Electrum itself is good wallet and considered most secure hot wallet for storing btc. The reason of security is it's open source code. As you have decided to hold btc for long time and using 4.4.6 version then I have some tips for you which will help you to remain secure. First of all you should assure that your device (where your Electrum installed) are free of malware. I recommend to use smartphone for it and hence you already installed then you should be careful with it because so many reports comes from member where fund has been stolen. Don't save your phrase/private key online anywhere. Sometimes hacker got access to older version so I will recommended to constantly update your wallet after some months. |

Bitcoin price touched $44k and crossed $44k within few days but now we are seeing some dumping in the market. However, I think this is a temporary dumping of the market and the market will pump again very soon. There will be no surprise if the market comes to $39k from the state it is in. It seems to me that the market can get back to $39k and pump big again from $39k and Bitcoin price can reach $48k with a big pump. I shared the matter only with my little knowledge prediction and that is what I think. The Bitcoin market is close to $39k so we can expect the market to pump heavily from this situation. As an investor I expect that 2024 will be a positive start for Bitcoin.
Btc is now trading above 41k which is still positive as there is big support around 40k. If btc break this support then we might see straight dump to 38k which will be not good sign. Yesterday price drop below 40700 and fear created but now everything looks well. Btc is gradually moving upward , very close to 42k. Since this is temporary dump which is healthy which provide a bullish opportunity. If btc remains stable here for some days then very soon we will see price above 48k. |

According to news link you provided the number of hacked fund is more than 60 million and I think asking for 50 btc or 2 million is not a big deal and Insomniac Games team should give this amount as a bug bounty with wholeheartedly. I don't why any gaming or any online crypto project test several security test both private and public before going to launch mainnet. Now they have Devolpers and Participants both in trouble.
As far asking btc, I think it is not wise idea because they will later use mixer for hiding transaction and Bitcoin hitters (bank) will once again open mouth that btc is using for Black money.

After Binance and other exchanges now Kucoin is also facing legal consequences for violations of regulations. News comes out from New York Reuters that Kucoin was running their exchange work without registering with state which results in ban of Kucoin exchange operations for new York citizens. Further more Kucoin have to pay Total 22 million in the lawsuit in which 16.7 million doller to investors and 5 million to state for violating the regulations. oh dear I understand your that losing access to your passphrase can be stressful. I have not experienced such issue but i think taking the following steps will be helpful. Before doing any more recovery first of make a backup of your current wallet.dat file to avoid accidental data loss. checkout in the raven community https://ravencoin.org/community/ if anyone faces similar issue. Maybe someone solved same issue. Review the configuration settings of Py Wallet. Try to update the wallet to to new one. |

How long would it take for someone who contributes often to get to this "Hero rank?" If any members contribute best enough, providing worthy posts the he will get more Merits. Now only quota remain is activity which will count 14 in two weeks which mean if newbie contribute well then almost 500 days(1 years and four months) required for achieving hero rank. This estimate is only when Member posts attract other members especially Merit source which will result in more Merit than activity. How about average users who don't often contribute? How long would it take for them to achieve the role? Any estimates?
