Your strategy is complicated. My suggestion is to stick to a simple strategy: buy bitcoins and hold them for the long term.
As for the tax questions, As a citizen or resident of the U.S., you must pay taxes any time you convert a coin to dollars or another coin. There are no tricks that can avoid it or delay it.
Longterm is a relative period, It is not the smartest decision to hold coin through the parabolic market of bullrun for another time. Taking profit as such period is to reallocate fund to buy from the dip and have bigger position. Technical Analysis should have been the best tool to determine when to take profit but it has so much dissappointed to pick the peak of the market and allow exiting early. I prefer a staggered form of taking profit all through the market to buy into other coins and stable coin |

I don’t trust centralised exchanges thats why as much as possible I don’t store big amounts to them. The risk of putting money in centralised exchanges is very high, we know how vulnerable they are in terms of security. Sometimes the problem of loss funds is not the exchanges fault, some are users neglect in securing their accounts.
Because in the first place, it is not advisable to store funds for very long to any exchanges either if that is a centralized or decentralized exchange if we want to keep our fund safe. Everything that we stored online is prone to hacking and that we need to be careful using them that is why we have to choose those who are already known exchanges. Analysis showed that CEX still hold plenty coins even with the several warnings on the safety. Some exchanges like binance have the trust of users, maybe because they have been hacked before and users fund were safe. Exchanges don't keep such large fund on the platform to protect the backup fund. |

Look at btc charts is move 1% a month. Altcoins have much better ROI of 2-5x till the end of the bull run. BTC keep you poor this bull run. I can only see reduction in dominance of Bitcoin, if compare with previous cycle, it is only short term before the parabolic. I expect the new ATH of Ethereum in BTC value when the hardfork is approaching which should reduce the transaction fee on the blockchain. |

Before you pursue any legal case with Binance, remember they also have enough legal support with massive experience. You might need to go through all the legal notice while registering on the exchange,if you agree to them then you have to abide the rules. However, your case is not that peculiar, though it might take some time as USA citizen or resident but they could like release your asset later. It took almost 3 months for my brother before he could assess his fund, it has been very difficult for Binance in USA. |

Having the opportunity to quadruple your investment in a matter of hours just due to your influence and not profiting off it is quite silly unless you really care about the market's health. Let's be honest, DOGE wasn't/isn't going to be able to keep that price up. His influence will end up the same way McAfee's did.
Bitcoin wasn't really affected by his tweets. Although he did say "everything to the moon", pumping BTC is much more harder nowadays than pumping DOGE is. Besides this.. DOGE remains a meme, while Bitcoin continues to do wonders. That's the difference. Influence will continue to be used tho whenever someone feels like they have it.

Few people consider stable coin after bitcoin itself. Bitcoin is obvious getting to the asset class like Gold and may sustain the scarcity irrespective altcoin dump. Stable coin can easily gain the trust of Governments because of its volatilty, which could improve adoption among countries for online trades. The only challenge for existing stable coins is the cash value to defend the market cap.
