601  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who do you think will win the 2020 election? on: June 15, 2019, 06:18:36 AM
Donald Trump or Rand Paul.
American always give a second chance to their seating president and it is clear that Trump will win the next election. I do not believe in the media propagation about the current administration and to me Trump has really done well and he deserves a second chance to complete what he has started.
602  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10000 is just around the corner it seems. on: June 14, 2019, 08:18:34 PM
Thought after reaching $9,000 we will be spiraling down to $7,000 again or even lower. Good thing we are back at $8,000. Now that correction is done, a potential pump to $10,000 is very possible this time.
I was thinking that the correction of early this week is going to push bitcoin down beyond $7000 but I was happy seeing recovering above $8400 today and it is still heading up. Bitcoin is going to touch $10,000 before August this year because I have see it very strong above $8000.
603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: hardware wallets safe? on: June 14, 2019, 07:56:33 PM
I personally think it is safe as an offline wallet offers the highest level of security for storing crypto is it involves storing the funds in a secured place that is not connected to any network. This type of wallet can also offer good protection against computer vulnerabilities. The hardware wallets are the best type of offline wallet that offers very high security and ease of use. Also, as these wallets allow backup, you can easily recover your funds if you lose this device.

One such example of a hardware wallet is Trezor. It operates as secure cold storage. You can easily transfer bitcoins to the device using the Trezor interface, which is accessible from macOS, Linux, Windows, and Android. Its interface is quite easy to use that lists your coins and recent transactions.

Trezor uses a 12 to 24-word seed for protection and recovery and a user-defined PIN. You can also add an encrypted passphrase to your wallet for an added layer of security.

what say u?
I have never used hardware wallet since I came into cryptocurrency and all my wallet are online wallet. I know it is risky but I don’t have any options because I am a trader. I need my funds to be in exchange in other to take investments opportunities as there come. Hardware wallet is better than online wallet but if you are a trader I think having you funds in exchange is better.
604  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚡Dealer BlackJack⚡ Lose to platforms?Why not lose to your firend! on: June 14, 2019, 07:33:30 PM

Lol
Always lose to other platforms? Why not lose to your firend!?!
You could create a room to be a dealer in Blackjack and share the room link to your friends in bc.game

I don’t think this is the right way to go and it is a way to separate with you friends if you keep losing or winning. A musician in my country go to club with his friend and they decided to gambling on the football match that was playing that day. At the end he lose around $10,000 to his friend and later accused his friend of using charm to take his luck! The way we are currently gambling is the best.
605  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the day trading profitable ? on: June 14, 2019, 11:19:25 AM
It is profitable and time consuming as well. You have to be always observing the market for any shoot up in price. You should also have a specific target at which you will sell your coin and bear in mind that you will not make huge profits.
Day trading can make you huge profits and this depends the amount of money you have put in. I have day trade before and it is not much different from normal long term trading except you needs to be smart in one and need speeds in execution of trading decisions while the long term trading takes time and you have time for yourself to make informed investments decisions.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IEO: Where should I buy? on: June 14, 2019, 10:30:46 AM
2019 market boom of IEOs on the exchanges. So Where should I buy on exchanges?

Binance is the one that everyone gets excited about, so I would say that's probably your best bet. I don't think the price increases are justified really. It's a bit like 2017 ICOs all over again.
I agree that binance is the right place to take part in the IEO. however, some IEOs carried out there ended with investor satisfaction. a lot of IEOs are done right now, if you intend to support that, I suggest supporting a project that does the IEO in a trusted place.
Binance is really leading this IEO and I see most of the coins that were listed through IEO making good returns to the investors. I also received email that bitrex will still join this IEO movement and some coins are been prepared to be louch there too.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin Likely to Double in Coming Months on: June 14, 2019, 08:28:28 AM
It seems like I am excited for Litecoin, I read all of your opinions, many of which believe that Litcoin will grow in the next few months, and I hope it's not too late to buy Litecoin and plan for the long term, and hopefully there is a big event on litecoin to push prices up.
If you have long term views in mind I think you can still buy litecoin or wait for the next corrections before buying. I think litecoin will perform very well in some weeks to come because of the halving. I have been trying to gather funds for investing in litecoin as I believe that before October it might be trading above $400.
608  Economy / Speculation / Re: On short-term traders on: June 14, 2019, 06:06:29 AM
I really think that short term traders have a little risk in not making their targets because of the range of their trading points, Yes this still count as gambling but with a little risk involved, And even though they are basing their assumptions on the previous market flow there is a high chance in winning by taking that chance than to do a long term trading.
Short terms trading is not for everyone  and you most be ready to bear the lose because it is too risk to trade in that way. Those that desire to trade short terms should be ready to face whatever comes out of it and they should also be ready to learn from their mistakes.
609  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the next trading method that I should learn? on: June 13, 2019, 06:35:15 PM
I learned how to scalp crypto-currency and I do it well. I'd like to learn a new system. What do you suggest?
It is good you learn long term investments which is less in risk compared to scalping. I have done that in the past and scalping is too risky to me and it seems no much different with gambling. If you really want to share the profits from cryptocurrencies market then you should invest and hold for a very long-term before thinking of taking profits.
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are stable coins the solution for price volitility? on: June 13, 2019, 03:28:42 PM
I guess yes, but if cryptocurrency is dominated by stable coins then this industry will get boring.  And many investors will turn its back unless this stablecoins are like security tokens where holders can get a share of the company's profit.

I agree with you, if the coin is stable, it will be difficult for investors to profit, it is precisely where the uniqueness of the altcoin cannot be stable, it can change at any time in unexpected periods of time.
There is notting much any one can do about the stability of bitcoin and altcoins price except the forces of demand and supply. It is the laws of economic that bitcoin is also following. If the demand keeps increasing which will likely happen then the volatility will be there no matter how many stable coins we have in the market.
611  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we still expect more from bitcon? on: June 13, 2019, 10:20:33 AM
I did not see the current sideway trending as the limit for bitcoin based on the current market conditions. I Strongly believe that the big investors are waiting for some trigger for the next bull run and we are to expect that any moment from now. I personally did not see the current price as the trend reversal level and I expect bitcoin to be in overbought around $10000.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling vs. "leveraged" trading on: June 13, 2019, 07:12:39 AM
A leveraged trade mostly has its risk in the setup and being stopped out from a move that immediately goes the wrong way.   The advantage to the trade is that once you call a trend right it can continue for much time, a long on BTC at the lows of this year would still be in profit now and continue for who knows how long before you are forced to close it out.

That seems like a big reward to risk return, gambling I think tends to be more short term immediate pay off and possibly you build up a skill playing a particular game
I don’t think that gambling is not short term because you can also make it in a longer term. Leverage trading on the other hand can also be done in a short term and day trading can be do several time. I think what actually differentiates the two is the level of risk involved. I think leverage trading is far less risky than gambling.
613  Economy / Economics / Re: Decentralized Economy: What is it for? on: June 13, 2019, 06:49:46 AM
Op you are right and that is why governments and financial institutions are fighting the existence of cryptocurrency and blockchain in general. I am in full support of blockchain technology because I see it as the only way to break the power of those powerful men and women that has been controlling the world economy and powers is being giving back to society through decentralized systems.
614  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading! The good the bad and the ugly on: June 13, 2019, 06:00:06 AM
Day trading is very good if you know the risk involved and have the mind of handling loses. I have been trying to explain to my friends on how to take advantage of the up and down of the market daily and make good profit from the market and he has not really cope with it, last month he went ahead and started day trading and before you know he started incurring losses. Now he called day trading many name.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers needs to control their emotion! on: June 13, 2019, 04:08:23 AM
I was surfing for some old news articles. In that time, I have came across one news article.

Australian died after his 13 hours gambling with nothing in his hands last.

Check here. https://www.stuff.co.nz/world/australia/105184715/gary-went-on-a-13hour-gambling-binge-he-died-with-nothing-left

Really sad, please do not get upset in gambling investment. Simple, take it as easy game not worthy than your life...

I cannot kill myself because I loose money in gambling and what is the used of life if one cannot control he or her emotions. It is a very bad way to life. Before you go into gambling it is over important that you have your set goals on were to get out in case the gambling is not good for you or go in your favor. I think many people are emotional down because of the way they are losing in gambling.
616  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's more important in your life? on: June 13, 2019, 03:41:24 AM
I have been struggling with my job. I don't like it at all but I have to continue it for some reason. With my current job, neither I'm satisfied nor I'm happy with my personal life (I have to live far away from my family). I am serving this company for the last 3 years.
I can't lead my own way of life, I can't enjoy myself. In other words, I am not happy at my own definition of "Happiness".
What's important to you?
A job which pay a fixed salary at the end of month, no matter what you are sacrificing for that job?
Or, happiness by your own definition?
Be in control of what happens around me is more important to me than anything in life because my life and happiness depend on that. Remaining in the job that makes you unhappy is the worst life to live. We live to be happy and if you are not happy about the day today things you do then why living? It is important that we sacrifice everything in life for happiness.
617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bitcoin SV going to crash? on: June 12, 2019, 09:41:53 PM
I don't know what will happen to Bitcoin SV. It is just a shitcoin highly speculative.

I won't touch it and suggest the same to everyone.

Yes, many guys do not like Bitcoin SV, but what is curious, they all continue to invest in this cryptocurrency. I suspect it is doomed to be dumped, and it will be the best decision to quit investments in it.
Because you didn’t like it that do not make it a shitcoin. We have made many mistakes by not investing into a particular coins but those that take investment decisions and invest into those coins has made serious money in the past and bitcoin sv is not exception. We are to take advantage as there present themselves and if you look very well you will agree with me that The said speculative coins is seriously growing!
618  Other / Off-topic / Re: 10 years of bitcoin! on: June 12, 2019, 08:02:26 PM
wooow amazing work brother its are very beatufull
This is really beautiful and this hand made is worth having in the home of every bitcoin or cryptocurrency enthusiast! Bitcoin is growing and we do really need to appreciate this. Many people will not believe that bitcoin will grow like this and it is really making some significant progress at the moment. I believe that we are not regretting of adopting bitcoin at the moment.

620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to double capital in 2 months? on: June 12, 2019, 04:28:54 PM
In margin and speculative trading this is very possible but the risk is also very high. The possibility of you losing your entire capital in this type of investment is there and it is not investment wise for you to put in that type of risk and reward rate. At list making 10% profits is something very worthwhile to me compared to making around 50% profits which increase your level of risk.
