601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My reason to be in btc on: November 15, 2022, 04:36:26 AM
Everyone has reasons why he joined bitcoin, and it looks like @OP does have reasons that he doesn't want to tell us. It's only natural for him to say that he's in bitcoin because people are rich or because of something else. Those who are in bitcoin must also have reasons, and we know that until now, bitcoin is a long-term investment.

And we better do some research before joining bitcoin, so we know why we choose bitcoin. We may want a long-term investment, and because we can't invest in gold or other things, we finally select bitcoin.
various reasons people invest in bitcoin, but one thing their goal is to make a profit, especially big profits later. moreover, we can compare if the money is only kept in the bank, then we will not be able to develop our finances in the future, therefore for those who understand bitcoin, they will not be reckless in investing, considering that no one knows when it will experience a surge, so we must be patient with an indefinite time limit
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I want sell my house for bitcoin on: November 15, 2022, 04:26:29 AM
Do you think it's good that I sold the house then I buy bitcoin with all the money?
because in my own calculations, my house value didn't increase in date year by year. the value is still stagnan, it's different when compare it with bitcoin, I will got 3 house when I sold my house then buy bitcoin with that money in 2018 and sold it again on ATH november 2021.

(I have 2 house, which I want sell it is abandoned house)

Several things to consider, because a house and a lot is a much safer investment and I don't believe it's value will decrease nor stagnate in a long term perspective.
You actually have a lot of options for an abandoned house.
Offer it for lease.
Though investing to Bitcoin ain't a bad idea, but the fact that this asset is very volatile, you might freak out when you see Bitcoin drops below $10k or $5k. But, If you have a huge risk appetite, then go for it, considering you don't necessarily need this property anymore.
in this case he has 2 houses. I think it's good or not depending on the individual characteristics of each. if everyday life doesn't depend on the house to be sold, I don't think it's a problem, so we assume we can wait for bitcoin in the long term, but if we expect returns in the short term, I don't think we should do it, because no one knows when bullish will arrive
603  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto agents on the increase on: November 10, 2022, 04:09:56 AM
You are supposed not to be worried about people coming into crypto, that's what the majority of us want. We can't stop scammers from entering crypto. The best and only thing we could do is to tell newbies how to stay clear of scam projects with the points you listed. Add to that(the point), they should avoid defi project that promises daily compounding profits of investment and lastly don't respond to pm from strangers on the telegram group
Newbies suffer from something that it is called a confirmation bias in which people will only listen or give their attention to information that fits their views about the world and ignore the rest, and since many newbies believe that they can become rich in this market in just a few weeks then they are not going to listen to people like us that say to them this is not possible, and instead they will listen to the scammers that promise them that this is in fact possible, and then they will learn the hard way that we have been right all along.
all of that requires a process on its way, if you think about it, fraudulent projects will always exist or even be bigger, considering that there are still very few people who understand cryptocurrencies and many people with success stories in the crypto world so that more and more people will be interested in getting a lot of money easily and in no time, and that's the kind of thinking scammers aim for, but along with experience, we will be more sensitive to manage the level of risk so that we don't become victims of scammers
604  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Payed trading person to follow on: November 10, 2022, 03:57:23 AM
Well for me it is not ideal to do because like you are letting someone to make a trade with your assets and letting them a chance to lose or to gain well it is quite risky to me and not ideal to do but if you want to do this kind of thing ideal is to use a copy trading like in etoro and afaik by bingx also offering this feature and they have paper money you can use as a training ground, not ideal to make a copy trade in social media because we know there's a lot of scammer grab this opportunity to get your funds.
Im not comfortable with that kind of set up on which you do let others do really take control of your funds or you are entrusting your money on some dude online which they do still simply make out
those speculations which you could definitely also create on your own. This is why its never been worth on paying up someone for you to follow but if its totally free then it wont really be that a bad idea
on getting some ideas but totally reliant and depending on them wont really be that a good idea to be done. Its better to make your own analysis and steps or decisions in towards your investment.
Well, we do have different perception when it comes to things but something like this is never been that recommendable.
for free copytrading seems difficult to find especially with a high level of trading professionalism, even though there is, it's just a promotion for a while. indeed it would be better to manage their own money, but unfortunately not everyone is able to control their emotions to work according to the rules made by themselves, and the copy trading path is not bad if we really know the professionalism of the people we follow, unfortunately it is not something easy, and of course risky
605  Economy / Economics / Re: What define your success, "money, fame or achievement"? on: November 09, 2022, 05:53:25 AM
contentment and happiness, because no matter how many achievements, money, cars, and properties you have, without happiness and contentment, you can never satisfy yourself, you'll always be missing a piece.

Contentment leads to happiness yes but we can not tell our self how successful we are, it depends on the outsider to say. Although inside we can be fulfilled but success itself is not what we can say of ourselves but it is the public that will quantify our success based on different criteria and comparison with others, such criteria include your age, education, pair group, social glass, family history and inheritance because those also play some roles to how successful we can be.

If you consider the way to measure success is by how the public judges, of course you will never be satisfied with the success you get. I think it's only right that you don't feel satisfied and happy with what you have achieved if you have that mindset.
we as humans must always remember and be aware that basically humans have advantages and disadvantages, therefore interpreting humans have their respective limitations.
Assumptions or public judgments are very wild and their respective or varied points of view, you can't make everyone like you, there are certainly many who criticize or even insult. Maybe you will feel tired if you are looking for happiness and satisfaction depending on other people.
if success is the same as happiness, the ancient Greek philosophy (Stoicism) asserts that "happiness comes from what we can control" which means that it is contrary to your opinion, because we know that public opinion about us cannot be controlled. .

In my opinion, the definition of happiness and success is to have an affluent life and always can feel grateful for what you get.
if our lives are influenced by other people's judgments, then I think we are not free, where we ourselves can feel happiness and satisfaction within ourselves. Everyone has different abilities and of course has a different level of happiness. therefore being yourself and being able to deal with yourself is very important, because we can appreciate every achievement that happens within ourselves
606  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you like commission job or salary base job? on: November 09, 2022, 05:38:08 AM
Commission jobs really pays well over most of salary base job especially if the work is continusly and projects are always on long-term based. But the reality here is, only those who acquired a good portfolio and skills are those who actually feel the big benefits of doing a commission job.

On the other hand, salary based job are mostly pays with average salary. Only professionals with such good skills are bound to be eligible on a much higher salary rate.

We really need to work wise and hard to achieve that high paying salary.

You are right, but in a commission job, you just need to be persuasive enough for customers to make a purchase from you, and you can also earn more from it than a salary-based job. Usually, in a commission job, they can earn enough money to last three months, which is good, but the problem is that it is not always the case because there are months when you have no earnings, so it is not secure, unlike a salary base, where you are already sure that you'll get a salary by the end of the month, but again, it is extremely difficult to get an increase because you need more experience or spend more years to get a promotion.
if we want to grow financially, then I think the commission system work will be better done. let's say we are marketing properties, the more properties we can sell, the higher our income will be, and that means our hard work is in accordance with the pay we get. if we are employees with a salary system, then we have to work hard but the salary remains stagnant, although sometimes many give company bonuses
607  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think of gold price in long term? on: November 09, 2022, 05:28:40 AM
unlimited supply of gold in this world and every day is always mined to affect the development of the existing ecosystem. but until now trust in gold is still perfect, so that everyone thinks the same, namely gold is suitable for investment tools. I think that if public confidence in gold is maintained in the future, the price will be higher, and it is suitable for long-term investment, even though the price fluctuates.
608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN VS LANDED PROPERTY on: November 07, 2022, 01:34:11 PM

Will you sell Bitcoin to buy a land or sell a land to buy Bitcoin?
What would you rather invest in?

In my opinion both bitcoin and Real Estate are two excellent investments that every investor should hold in his portfolio. Investing in properties is a good way to store value and get a monthly rent payment, the problem is that it requires a lot of capital and it locks it down for a long period of time. With bitcoins we also have a good way to store value and it's very liquid, we can easily sell holdings if we need cash. In case I had two choose between one of the two I would go with bitcoins. There is much more upside potential with bitcoins, the price is much closer to its 52 week low, whereas property prices are still very expensive at the moment. The problem I have with real estate is that interest rates are rising sharply at the moment, which is going to make financing more difficult. I would wait for property prices to come down before making an investment.
In my country, there is no history of property prices decreasing, considering that more and more people need it, while land does not increase, and it is certain that property prices will always go up, but with high prices, not everyone can afford it even though it has low risk. different from bitcoin which can be bought according to our ability, but if we do not understand it will have a high risk
609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will digital dollar be a threat to bitcoin? on: November 07, 2022, 01:22:28 PM

The digital dollar is not even a threat to the paper dollar. If anything the paper dollar has less disadvantages and more advantages than the digital fiat version. I really hope all these digital government control traps are going to crash and burn at the moment of introduction. The only reason they exist is to take away more freedom from the people and put everyone under a bigger surveillance system. But since Bitcoin has come into existence, I am not worried.

they're made to stop the production and use of cash.

Thats really the reason why its not a threat to the fiat system of today. Because nobody is planning on making paper money illegal. If anything, they will have to slowly phase it out but not make it "illegal". The corrupt politicians have waay too much laundered cash in their mattresses to be advocating for wiping it all out in a day or two. So obviously if digital fiat is going to make it, it will have to show its a better version of the paper fiat. And its not. People will not accept the government denying them their cold hard cash. We are not in China and we will not take that lying down. The WEF knows this.
between digital dollars and paper dollars both are the same, namely the currency of a country which only differs in the system of use, so I don't think this will affect paper currency, because they are in the same source. I think this is only a socialization of the transition of payment methods to a digital system, because both are still centralized by the government
610  Other / Archival / Re: Don't worry, bitcoin is cyclical on: November 07, 2022, 01:11:18 PM
ARK Investment Management Star Fund Manager Cathie Wood predicated bitcoin would be exceeded more than $1 million by 2030

Mike McGlone senior commodity strategy at Bloomberg intelligence predict that bitcoin would hit $100000 at the end of 2025

Greg Beard is one of wall Street's most successful natural resources investors at 21 century believes that bitcoin would hit $200000 at the spring of 2027

It's interesting, hopefully it becomes real. We have to be patient to wait for that year, besides I hope I am given health until the year comes. The problem is the mentality of holding back, because I'm not sure I can hold back until such a big price.
I hope it's not just an opinion that aims to get people to buy and they take advantage quickly. But logically if calculated by minning rewards and needs I hope it continues to bring in new users which leads to increased demand and causes price increases.
basically everyone predicts good developments in bitcoin going forward, I don't think there is anything to worry about holding it, but by looking at the length of time we wait actually no one knows for sure when it will happen, I think learning to trade is also more profitable considering we will get profit every day when you become a pro trader, while waiting for our investment to give maximum results on its development
611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why does everyone want to trade? on: November 06, 2022, 02:23:40 PM

And just to conclude, not everyone wants to trade. People are currently more aware about its risks than in years ago.

The risk of trading is very high and this is why even a winning trade can turn into a losing trade if you don't go off the market earlier enough to take your profit. Trading isn't for everyone, you need to have some qualities before you are able to do trading efficiently, like patient, being analytical to identify even little details, being a decision taker and money manager.
I do trading and lose a lot of money but I never quit as I know that all of these things will happen as we are learning. It can't be perfect right away as it takes a few months or even a year to totally understand how trading works and of course, it takes time to develop and improve our skills. In fact, before these experts reach their position today, they had also suffered difficulties and emotional stress like what we feel. But because they aim to become a trader, they tried to deal with all of these things and yes, success is really waiting for them.
the learning process is unavoidable, in fact we sometimes have to give up our capital to trade, but from it all will shape our trading character which we can have by increasing experience in trading. therefore if we see successful people in trading, then we must be interested in the story to become successful, don't just see the results, and I think this is what makes many people tempted by the trading results of those who have been successful
612  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to improve your trading results? on: November 06, 2022, 02:13:39 PM
Consistency and persistence are what we need upon trading. Many traders failed because of being impatient and being not able to provide the needed things in trading. Mismanagement of our funds is also a reason why failing but I know we can make it right as long as we are committed to making change our behavior and our attitude toward trading. Actually, trading is not an easy game, there are a lot of factors to consider if we talk about improving results but the first thing to do is to find our weakness and immediately address this will resolve the issue.
Trading is not as simple as it seems, I hope it represents my thoughts on the OP's question. I never thought that this trade was easy because in reality we always find it difficult to make bold decisions when it comes to risk. Everyone wants profit, while loss is always undesirable. So in my opinion it is difficult to be a successful trader to get consistent results every trading session even though experience and theoretical knowledge are very well prepared.

Some of the suggestions are definitely very good, but the practice may be very difficult because we are dealing with money not demo accounts. Remember that, trading is a high-risk activity so it is mandatory for every trader not to ignore the risk even though they can actually make a profit.
The point you are bringing is important, trading is a high risk activity and yet somehow people think they can make it a low risk or even a no risk activity and this is not possible, even if you are a good trader and you can obtain profits you are still taking a massive risk by trading, this explains why even good traders can lose everything as they believed that their experience and skill could insulate them from that risk and trade in whatever way they want and we know this is not true.
Trading is risk control, so every time there is a profit target there is a risk of loss. and risk management in many ways, we are required to always think logically in taking action. especially for day trading, of course we have to be very disciplined with our framework, and it's impossible for every transaction to always make a profit, of course we have to take losses if it doesn't go according to the original plan, by understanding the basis then we will be more comfortable to trade

616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Early Adopters rich? on: October 10, 2022, 01:21:26 AM
~snip~
Are early adopters rich? It's safe to say yes if they managed to held the coin much longer.

It's hard to say because the idea of holding Bitcoin was very different in the beginning.

Many wallets were lost because there were many issues with the early software, for example there was no seed phrase backup.

Also, many people sold their coin when it was a bit valuable.

But sure, if someone managed to mine early or simply buy later, and still has those coins, then yeah, they're absolutely rich right now. It's just not as obvious though.
I think the earlier holders are not necessarily the most successful, especially if the main goal is not long-term investment for posterity, because they may have increased several times and have not been able to hold it anymore and choose to sell it. until finally they now wish if for example sold at this time. Therefore, those who are successful are those who are able to have prior knowledge, so they can take advantage of the bearish and bullish seasons well.
617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Crash Incoming? on: October 09, 2022, 02:33:13 PM
The bearish market is almost a year to make a long storm so that it makes many altcoins dead, of course this is a heavy ordeal for developers and investors must always see the latest information so as not to be too losing.
The bearish market has been dumping everything to the bottom. Im feel so bad for those who have been buying at the peak price and they must lose a lot of money if they were still holding their assets until the price gone to the bottom like this time. The main thing is crypto crash already happened before the war,. The bad news was making it even worst from day to the another day with the bad news was also affecting the global economic
as long as they don't sell their assets, then I don't think it's a loss yet, but of course we have to consider whether the coins purchased can recover or not, so if we buy bitcoin then I don't think there's any doubt about waiting for it to grow back, and of course not there is a futile wait. it will be different if we buy shitcoin, which will not necessarily be pumped back later, because the most difficult thing is to determine when the bull market will occur, so as much as possible we should be able to enjoy it
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Trustwallet Safe? on: October 09, 2022, 02:23:49 PM
I have several trust wallet accounts, but so far there are no problems or other problems. most of those who experience problems due to their own mistakes so that phishing occurs which many experience. As long as our key phrase doesn't fall into the hands of others, I think security can be maintained
619  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it best to have a personal trading strategy? on: October 08, 2022, 06:33:38 AM
personal trading strategies are acquired through a long process so gain a lot of experience and find solutions to his own trading problems. sometimes someone tries many trading strategies and looks for the best, but actually I think it's best to maintain our psychological stability, that way we can launch our strategy well, but indeed a personal trading style must be found to be able to enjoy trading itself
620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading on: October 08, 2022, 06:24:46 AM
I got 20 years in stocks trading and 5 years in Crypto, trust me that you don't want to do day trading you will end up losing all your money
if seen from experience means that you are an experienced trader because you have spent a lot of time on the market. but in my opinion there are 3 factors that influence a person's success in trading, namely 70% psychology, 20% money management, 10% technical analysis. after that we can ask ourselves whether there is a mistake in us to master these three things, I think there is no difficulty for technical analysis considering the length of time dealing with the market. Short-term trading has the advantage that we can take advantage of opportunities repeatedly in a day, so it is possible to get profits repeatedly, but it does require high skills
