6001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Cock Fighting on: September 20, 2019, 05:22:28 PM
This gambling game is a fair betting which used breeding cock which is conditioned, and fight other breeders raced. It's really fun and unpredictable, but always provide every participants a chance to grab the luck at their best pick. Hopefully the online and live betting game will be more visible to cock lovers all over the world, and this is advantage when crypto will be used.
honestly I have never seen cock figting in online, how it works and whether it will be prone to manipulation ot not. Moreover, cock fighting are rarely shown on television or even none at all. if you want to gamble like this, just go in many villages, there is still a lot of cock fighting there, and socialize with the villagers, they are very friendly and ready to gamble with you.
I have always loved the game since the days I watched it on TV and I wished to play but gambling in public is against my faith and this, with the way gamblers are seen, I can imagine what would be said of me if I involve publicly in gambling and cock gambling at that, it will ridiculous.

I think having it online is a very great idea, though I am yet to identify any site that does it but I belief the information would be released soon and this might even be a good reason for some already existing casino sites to make provision for cock fight betting. It's from here we would know the casino sites that are concerned about the needs of their players and ready to deliver. It will be my utmost pleasure to play on any site that offers this service.

You will not find Cock fighting on an online betting sites because this sports is not popular and is limited to very small population / people of the world. Mostly the gamblers who bet on this cock betting are traditional gamblers who manually bet on these fights. In most places it is illegal and be considered as an abuse of animals. Many NGOs may consider these fights as violation of rights of the animals.
6002  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: People are tired of talking about Binance.... on: September 15, 2019, 06:24:00 PM
Especially their former USA clients.  We all went to other exchanges like Coinbase Pro or Kucoin.. Let's just bury the hatchet already and move on.  Can we?  Undecided

Binance is still the No. 1 exchange and as far as i know they will launch a separate exchange for their US customers. I am sure US customers will be happy to be part of binance again. I do not think they will shift to Kucoin. Also we are waiting for the Baktt launch as that exchange can really be a bigger exchange than binance.
6003  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: i failed in day trading on: September 15, 2019, 06:14:43 PM
i have learn technical analysis and practicing it for many months now i am good at it , but when it comes to day trading stocks move as market moves if markets go up stocks go up and if market falls stocks fall where does technical analysis , how to do day trading

Why are you mixing stock market with crypto market ? If you are asking about the stock market only then this may not be the right platform as you will get information about the crypto market trading here.
In crypto market, day trading is not easy and even the experienced persons fails when it comes to day trading. You need to be very precise in your judgement, when you do day trading.
6004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will There Comes A Time That All Online Gambling Sites Are CryptoCurrency Based? on: September 15, 2019, 06:04:05 PM
Anonymity and popularity of Cryptocurrency are two of it's the best attraction.
And Cryptocurrency games are more transparent.
Will, there comes a time that all online gambling sites will be Cryptocurrency based?

Most of the gambling sites are already crypto based and people prefer to use crypto instead of fiat when playing online gambling. But some gambling sites do give the option of deposits through credit cards and they will continue to do so until fiat is fully eliminated.
6005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on with BTC? on: September 15, 2019, 04:32:50 PM
Bitcoin is unpredictable, even if you cite more factors that in your point of views would affect the price of Bitcoin, still it is unreliable cause sometimes when you think that you could earn while expecting price surge then the dump happens.

You cannot correctly tell bitcoin price and in most of the case the bitcoins moves in the opposite direction as predicted. This is what i have learnt from last few years.

This is the question we encounter now because of the price of bitcoin now is not increasing to the predicted price of bitcoin that will hit to 20k this year. It was stock on 10k.lm scared of the price to get lower again. It really takes more than a year lve waited to climb up to the price of 20k, the highest expectations of the many by this year.

You cannot say that since bitcoin is stable at 10K, it cannot reach 20K or more. It will take a week/month for bitcoin to move from 10K to 20K. Once bitcoin starts pumping you never know when it will stop and what will be its final price.
6006  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you still excited when there is news about the real Satoshi coming up on: September 15, 2019, 02:23:14 PM
There is now a lot of news about Satoshi Nakamoto coming up or uncovered are you still excited every time there is news about new discovery on who Satoshi Nakamoto is and his whereabouts.

We have fed by so many lies about this Nakamoto pretenders some of them are good storyteller some of them might be true I have a hard time analyzing the best version of the story.

Of course as bitcoin ethusiasm I want to know who is the real creator of bitcoin, I am not losing hope someday the real nakamoto satoshi reveal their indentity in the right time. 😀😀😀

What benefit will you get once you come to know who is real Satoshi ? This information is irrelevant and of no value. I have never been eager to know who is the actual creator of bitcoins. Also now it will hard to believe who is the real satoshi as there are so many people who are claiming to be the real creator of bitcoins.
6007  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Libra Disrupt The Financial/Economic System? on: September 15, 2019, 07:06:51 AM
If a stable Libra coin is issued, of course, it will greatly affect the existing financial system, because the level of its distribution and use will be supposedly large. Since this stable coin will be supported by various generally recognized national currencies, as well as other financial assets, its price will be arbitrarily set and various abuses will be possible here, and Facebook has repeatedly been exposed in them.

I am even more interested in this Chinese CBDC digital coin, which should simply become a digital renminbi.

A stable coin, similar to Libra, which will be based on various fiat currencies, in my opinion, should be issued jointly by manufacturers of these fiat currencies. Relying on the issue of global financial stability on a private corporation is very risky.

I do not understand that how can a stable coin change the financial system of the world. The important thing is that Libra is more sort of centralized coin because to keep the price stable you have to control it and this will make it centralized coin.
The hype of Libra is more only because of Facebook and when the actual Libra coin will be available in the market, it will not be much worth.
6008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If You Win Big Will You Remember Your Losses on: September 15, 2019, 06:22:45 AM
we don't need to remember our loss, but it is better if we can know how much our loss so we can prevent to get more losses in the future. Besides that, we can know that playing gambling will only give us losses because we don't know when we can win the games. When gamblers can win some money, they will forget that in the past, they are losing so much money before they can win. And if they can realize that, perhaps they will think twice to continue playing gambling and risk more money in gambling.

Or if they want to play gambling, they can play with small money, and if they can win again in those games, they will consider that is because of luck, and they need to leave the places.
I personally think, there’s no amount of money we will that should make us forget the past loses no matter how small it may be. Those loses puts us in check towards the next games ahead and also we appreciate the game the more.

Although there are some very big win, that once the alert hits the phone, it will automatically erase all the loses ever experienced in gambling lol, I will be glad if I can hit this kind of jackpot so I that I can have the feelings of forgetting my loses. But for now forgetting the loses I have encountered in gambling is one thing I consider impossible for the rest of my life, most times I win, I would first of all remember what I have lost and then realized, I haven’t really made much.

Losses are only remembered till the time we have recovered those losses or we have believe that lost is not recoverable so we forget it and move on. If we win big, in which our previous losses are recovered, there is nothing more good than this. If this happen i will surely forget about my losses and start again with all my money back in my money bank.
However we should always remember root cause and learn from our losses, so that we won't repeat the same mistake again which caused those losses.
6009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If I want to start a business in gambling, which country do I choose? on: September 15, 2019, 05:57:09 AM
Guys, which is the best country, friendly to gambling, that is the best choice?
I live in a country where there's no regulation of online gambling with cryptos, but it's not good to risk

So anyone here have some knowledge about this? Is it hard to start a business without have to go to this country?

It's not a regular casino website as we have nowadays...

So are you willing to go to gambling friendly country only to start your own gambling business ? I don't think that's a good idea because you might not know the foreign country rules and you have to adapt to that country and their rules and regulation and you might not be familiar with them. Few countries will not allow you to do business in their country as they only want the local person to establish the business.

If your country have no regulations for the crypto and gambling then I think it's pretty legal to start an online gambling business and you will not face any much issues because there is no law on it.
6010  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My simulations for testing Martingale strategy on: September 15, 2019, 05:33:24 AM
No. I am not interested in this strategy nor other strategies since I don't really have a problem gambling for fun. Also, I know that Martingale can be more vicious than other strategies. You double down every time you lose, that would really drain your balance so quickly. I would just stick to fun and run.

For the Martingale strategy, you really need to have a big bankroll so that you have the balance to double your investment with every lose and if you run out of balance, you will eventually lose all.

Whatever you do, you are going to lose it eventually. So, make a plan with a budget. Don't lose more than you could afford and turn your profit into something visible for you to have satisfaction even if you lose more. And all along have fun and enjoy. The ones who get a taste of it would come back regularly. It's all about fun, if you are being stressed, leave. Remember money is not everything, it comes and goes. It's your health and fitness that's important.

Rather than focus on strategies like martingale etc it is better we focus on money management techniques. If we understand how to manage the money and how much to spend every day / every week in gambling, we may not lose much and at the same time gambling will be pleasant and fun for us.
6011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Have An Exit Plan In Playing Gamble? on: September 15, 2019, 05:09:54 AM
According to your level on how hooked and how addicted you are, it's almost impossible to leave gambling because you will be leaving the excitement and all the feeling associated to gambling, not to mention the prize that you are going to win, if you already set up a winning method.

But honestly do you have an exit plan or the right time for you, that you are you going to leave gambling, not a week or a month but permanently, or you are going to stay and die gambling?

If anyone is addicted to gambling then he or she will not leave the gambling until they run out of money. For most of the gamblers they do not have any exit plan. Even they do not have the plan B or plan C for the situation in which they started losing more than the winnings. No money management plan also.
People come in gambling without any plan and that is the main reason they lose more money.

6013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Money is Dirty Money on: September 12, 2019, 03:14:30 PM
This to me is a traditional view which remains persistent until the very day.

My mother considered gambling as playing with money. She sternly reminded us not to gamble. When I was in college, there was a hot debate within the church whether or not to accept donations coming from dirty sources such as gambling. And in Islam, gambling (maysir) is haram (forbidden). [1]

I have a friend whose father would not serve the family food bought using gambling money.

And just a few years ago, our Education Secretary shunned billions of state-funds because they are coming from gambling. She didn't think it moral and proper to buy books and even build classrooms using the dirty gambling money. [2]

What are your thoughts on these? Do you agree with it, or you consider these as old-fashioned views?

If you are considering gambling in terms of religion that these are not old fashioned views. If Gambling is prohibited in certain religion then it will remain prohibited forever and you cannot decline them by declaring them old fashioned. Other then this, no one considered gambling as a dirty money. People risk their real money to get more money from gambling and they do not want it to be called "Dirty money".
6014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling just for fun? on: September 11, 2019, 04:58:52 PM
There are some people gamble and lose. if you ask them why do you gamble? They will answer you "just for fun"
They know they are loser in long term and no strategy works, but continue to gamble for fun.
How can enjoy something that you know you will lose? Is losing money really enjoyable? Isn't there any other entertainment you can enjoy?
I think these people are still hopeful of winning back previous losses or they are addicted. Gambling cannot be just for fun. There are many free games too.

Your analysis about the gamblers is wrong. Most of the gamblers gamble to gain money and are not here for fun only. People risk their money only because they want to get some quick money. Only the rich people can gamble for fun only.
Also losing money is not enjoyable. Think that you have come to gambling to get some fun and in this process you lose all your money. Now you will feel sad and unhappy. You cannot be happy knowing that you have lost the money.
6015  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Main Club Partner of Watford FC ⚽ Fun. 🏀 Fast. 🎾 Fair. on: September 11, 2019, 04:25:36 PM
hi steve!

now i dont have a 'high end' phone but it is an average android, i dont have another phone to check with so i just want to ask you (and other people on this thread).. is the sportsbet.io site on phone really laggy ? like the home page doesnt respond properly always and its really a hassle to bet live on it. i assume due to the tons of live matches odds it shows on the HOMe page hence the need for the updating of odds which makes it  a really heavy page?

again could be entirely my phone fault but i have not had any issue with any other site so just wana enquire/complain/suggest this about the mobile site

I sometimes use my iPhone to access sportsbet.io & it’s not slow for me, bro. It’s runs quite quickly & the layout is fine, you can scroll through events & odds easily & see everything you need to see.

I’m unsure if it’d be any worse on android but I doubt it. Should be fine if you connect to a good wifi connection.

I have been using sportsbook on my iPhone and it has always work perfectly for me. No log, no slowness and no loading issues at all. I do not use android phones as they get slow over time and are unusable after few years. iPhone never get slow and therefore i always prefer iPhone over android.
6016  Economy / Gambling / Re: Loteo - Daily & Weekly Lottery | Instant Games | Instant Transactions on: September 10, 2019, 05:56:07 PM

Social media is good for interaction, but I do hate telegram for some reasons like spamming, getting private messages from people from group which might be without consent. There can be educated interaction here in this forum on this thread

Social media is better for announcements but not for the interactions with owners and support. Telegram is widely used as an effective medium a company to interact with their users. You can PM directly to the Owner and avoid any PM which may try to confuse or scam you. If you are active in the telegram group, you may find some useful discussions also with relevant community.
6017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Replace Gold! Here's Why... on: September 08, 2019, 05:59:40 PM
I don't think bitcoin will replace gold because bitcoin is bitcoin, gold is gold. The two of them both have value, gold is physical while bitcoin is digital. In the modern world, we may become dependent on the technology but I don't think gold will lost or lessen its value. Gold is from the nature itself and is also limited, man didn't make it unlike bitcoin, and in the future, it'll be hard to mine gold that would make it more valuable. While bitcoin may be volatile but it's also a good way of investment if you're planning to hold it for like 1-5 years. But if you're planning to pass something to your grandson, gold is good.

I agree, for many people, Gold is more attractive than Bitcoin. Gold has been proven for thousands of years as a safe haven asset while for many people Bitcoin is a speculative asset that has no underlying. In my opinion, Bitcoin and Gold will go hand in hand as an investment for many people

I do not believe that gold is more attractive as compare to bitcoins. People who invests in bitcoin and those who invest in gold are of different mentality.
Mostly young generations like bitcoin because it is digital currency and you can gain more profit from it in the short term. On the other hand, Gold investment is mostly done by the older generation as they feel that Gold is stable and reliable.
6018  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We still don't have any idea about the real Satoshi, stop false info on: September 08, 2019, 05:25:27 PM
The real Satoshi Nakamoto is still unknown and will be forever unknown.

So I'm hoping that we should stop spreading false information about the real Satoshi. Even the higher-ups and the pioneer of this bitcoin community doesn't talk about Satoshi Nakamoto because they know that the people who claim they're Satoshi are just faking.

The discussion is already filled with Satoshi Nakamoto threads. I know that some of you are very curious and obsessed with him/her but let us just appreciate his works.

Satoshi Nakamoto did not reveal himself. I do not know why he did not come in public or maybe he is not alive anymore. But this had lead to false claim of Satoshi by many people. Even famous person like craig wright also tried his luck to claim himself satoshi but no one believe him.
Also it does not matter who is Satoshi and therefore we should stop finding and believing on people who claim themselves to be the creator of bitcoin.
6019  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I made a big Mistake on: September 08, 2019, 04:35:33 PM
I'm not just a noobie, but a real beginner. I keep hearing about this new thing called Bitcoin. So last night, I downloaded the bitcoin core software and install it. My BIG mistake was in not knowing which of the two partitions on my computer was big enough to hold the 250 odd gigs of data that was going to download to my computer. I did read the warning that said my c: drive wasn't big enough but I kinda glossed over it.

Today, I received an error message saying, again, that the data had filled my c: drive to capacity but there was around 2 years worth of data that still needed to download to be up to date.

So, after checking my drives, there are two, c: and d: I found where I had screwed up and tried to fix it. I uninstalled bitcoin core from my c: drive and installed instead on my d: drive.

Now, the problem; when the blockchains restarted downloading it restarted at the place where it left off.

I don't know where the blockchains are on my c: drive and I don't know how to find them. I also think it's likely that another set of blockchains might have been downloaded to my d: drive. My c: drive is now full to overflowing with data I can't find.

Am just the dumbest sumbtch or is there anybody that can help me untangle this twisted up ball of twine?

You do not need the whole blockchain on your computer. The whole blockchain size is around 157 GB and it will take a lot of space on your system. Also it will consume a lot of your time to download this high amount of data.

You can use any desktop wallet and it will serve the purpose.  There are very few people who download the full blockchain as there is no need for it.
6020  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Complete stranger/NOOB to BTC gambling... on: September 08, 2019, 04:16:39 PM
Good day guys!

I was searching how to earn bitcoins in telegram chat and someone PM'ed me... 'why not join gambling site?' I asked him what site that he/she talking about, he replied stake.com and visited it, but my question is this... is it really legit? I mean, if i win the minimum can i really withdraw? I want to ask here so that i won't waste time (like those earning via captcha solving) since this forum is all about bitcoin. And is there an alternative than stake.com?

P.S. I'm 52 years old and new to crypto things.

First of all, you should not listen to the people PM on telegram as most of them have the intent to get money for you and scam you.

The site which he mentioned stake.com , there is no issue with it but you need to have bitcoins in order to gamble. If you win there, there will be no problem in terms of withdrawal.

But since you are here to look for the ways of earning the bitcoins, i would not recommend you gambling because you might lose all your money if you gamble. captcha solving might be good for a beginner like you but i will suggest you also try to learn trading.
