6001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: April 26, 2019, 11:09:45 AM

Any result can happen but if we want some quality game then I am waiting for LFC vs Ajax because both teams full of talented and they can give some shock opponents so my these both teams for final.

Agree, LFC vs Ajax will be the final match that can surprise analysts, because whatever the results can happen like Ajax is able to come at the semi finals, no one thinks. Even before Ajax was a team that was not predicted to be able to advance so far by football lovers.

While it’s difficult to predict who’ll win I’m hoping for Ajax vs Barcelona finale, I feel if Ajax can defeat Barcelona and lift this cup it’ll be the biggest upset in Champions League history. I will confess I’m biased against Liverpool winning it as I’m a die hard Manchester United fan, and Ajax has only impressed me match after match this season. No one is really talking about Tottenham, and I feel we all have already decided they’ll be defeated by Ajax.
6002  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Reminder]: Specially for newbies BCH is not BTC on: April 26, 2019, 06:56:37 AM
I saw a newbie somewhat confused about Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Just a gentle reminder that Bitcoin(dot)com is controlled by Roger Ver and trying to deceived newbies into believing that they are the real Bitcoin. So just be careful, BCH is not Bitcoin, it is another altcoins so please don't fall for this trap. Also the @Bitcoin twitter handle is believed to be under the control or influence of Roger Ver as well and it is not the official BTC twitter account, that @Bitcoin obviously shills for BCH.

This is a typical problem with newbies they make no efforts to research about the difference between bitcoin and bitcoin cash, one simple google search should be suffice to understand the difference. The fact that roger gets away with such gimmicks is astonishing, and who can forget that they burn bitcoins cash to create fake volumes. It’s important for people not to get influenced by social media before buying crypto’s especially that shitcoin, as it’s an alt and not the real bitcoin.
6003  Economy / Speculation / Re: Get ready for lots of negative articles on bitcoin on: April 26, 2019, 03:55:52 AM
Bitcoin already recieved a lot of FUDs and disinformations for the past several years and have been pronounced dead many times when its price many times last year. FUDs is usually created by someone who want to bring down the price of bitcoin or any cryptocurrency. Negative price predictions like bitcoin will be crashing few days is also considered FUDs because no one can really predict the future prices of bitcoin. We should also read carefully what we are reading and try to find the source of the report, article or blog.

What you have said here is valid and it’s the truth that people have flooded the market with fud, and many times it becomes impossible to differentiate between fud and legitimate information. Everyone here understands that the aim of fud is to bring bitcoin prices down, but what is alarming is the fact that people yet fall for the fud news. The only advice I can give to people is not to instantly react to any news they read, instead verify it here chances are you’ll find more legit information here.
6004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 25, 2019, 05:19:11 PM
You guys know of any managerial change rumors?  Mou to Inter, Sarri to Roma?  Any of them hold some truth in them?

Mou back to Inter would be great.  I hope he finds his groove again.  Smiley

No I haven’t heard of these rumours but it’ll be exciting to see Mourinho back at Inter Milan, and let’s be honest no other big club wants him so Inter will be his best bet to get back in the game. I had my doubts Sarri would not be with Chelsea next season, however didn’t anticipate Roma would come for him. Mourinho has lots to prove but he’ll be up against Juventus which is the strongest team in the league, he’ll need lots of funds to turn Inter into title contenders.
6005  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 25, 2019, 01:41:53 PM
Have you watch the today's match. What a knock by De Villiers today he made, he made 7 sixes and reached 84 runs.

Sadly he is not be been for World cup squad for SA team. May be he can perform in coming in IPL I believe. Lets see what they do in coming matches. All the best RCB team. Still you do not have winning matches.

De Villiers when he gets going there’s no bowler in the world who can stop him, he had a rough start early on in the season but it looks likes he’s back in form. While it’s too early to say how long will he alone be able to score runs and win the match for Rcb, but so far he’s looking good but he needs support from his teammates. As for the World Cup he had his reasons to retire, and now he looks determined to win the IPL trophy for Bangalore.
6006  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 25, 2019, 10:53:48 AM
It hurts but I’m beginning to accept Man City aren’t going to slip up now. They’ve won every PL game since January, what can you do to compete with that.

I’ll take consolation that their dirty oil money still can’t buy them a CL trophy.

They have Burnley, Leicester & Brighton left to play, I think it’s over Sad

The feeling that you’re currently going through is the same feeling that Manchester United and Liverpool fans are feeling. As a Manchester United fan it always hurts to see Manchester City win the title, and last night Manchester United did nothing to stop them from winning it. Now Leicester City is the only team that can spring a surprise on Manchester City, other wise there’s nothing stopping them from winning the title.

6008  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game of Thrones - Who will rule? Odds and betting discussion [Odds updated!] on: April 25, 2019, 04:19:23 AM
I just started watching the series from the first season. This is really complicated lol and interesting too. I should have watched it earlier. I really wish I could watch all of it in one go. Betting on characters is interesting and I am eager to join the discussion after watching at the earliest.

I feel you should have started earlier as it would have given you an edge while discussing with your friends, and even participating in discussions here and probably making some money too. The fact you have started now shows you’re really excited for it, so my advice for you is to binge watch it for more fun. If you’re interested to bet on characters then you should read bbc.reporter comments as you’ll get great insights from them.
6009  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Could Exceed $1 Million in 7 -10 Years: PayPal Director on: April 24, 2019, 03:47:08 AM
The targeted year is not enough for Bitcoin to reach $1 Million IMO but if it is 20 -30 years i might agree with his predictions since $1 Million is too much. I just wondered how could they do their prediction that they could just say something out of the blue. Even if he is the PayPal Director or the CEO of a multi-billionaire business or whatever it is, this doesn't mean that their prediction might come true. No one could actually tell what would be the future so, i don't take much of that prediction, i'd rather focus myself on what is in the present.

Hey I’ll agree with you it’s difficult if not impossible for bitcoin prices to reach those levels as stated by him. I have normally observed whenever bitcoin prices are rising such speculative statements are made, and then they fade away when it starts to fall. Also I have always advised never to buy bitcoins based on such speculative statements one should buy only if he believes in the technology, and can hodl it for the long term.
6010  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's your plan if you bought around all time high? on: April 23, 2019, 05:37:54 PM
I want to ask everyone who got into bitcoin towards the end of 2017 and is currently at a loss, like myself  Sad What will you do when the market goes up and you get your money back. Sell or just keep holding?

Hey since you’re holding since 2017 I feel you’ll be better of selling your coins, and once you have used all you need you can come back and purchase them again. I feel people should understand that they may have goals in life which can only be achieved using money. Also in your case if you have sufficient money and do not need this money then you can continue to hold your coins, only you alone can decide what you wish to do with your coins.
6011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: April 23, 2019, 01:50:18 PM
So sad to hear buddy, that is the consequence on investing crypto, so much volatile but i'm so proud of you cuz till now and then you did not give up your holdings. I believe someday your effort will pay off and you will get your profit more than what you expect. Just be positive. Cheers!

I'm sure there are many who experience such a big loss, the condition of the market that drops makes many coins die so that losers, I also suffered losses from $ 8500 to $ 1400.

Hey while it’s sad to read about your investments but I only recognise bat, other alts I haven’t seen or heard so I hope those do increase over a period of time. I feel you should now keep more track as prices are rising in the crypto market hopefully you’ll be able to sell your coins soon. Also I admire your courage to hodl your coins, as many investors often dump it in panic I’m sure you’ll be rewarded soon.
6012  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - 🎲 Crypto Casino 🎰 Multi-Currency | Rainbot | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: April 23, 2019, 11:03:59 AM
I never tried this site before but seeing it now and reading some of the perks on site I think this would be added as one of my favorite gambling site.
I would like to try out their unique games I am really interested on unique gambling games.

Lol, where have you been mate?

Not shilling for Bitdice.me but they are one of the most reputed online gambling sites that we have right now. Impeccable records, no scam accusations and they are very active here in their thread and has lots of contests already.

Sometimes you should go out of your comfort zone and try other websites as well.  Grin

Hey anyone who knows about Bitdice will know you’re not shilling, I’m sure now he’ll take our advice and play at Bitdice. It’s pertinent to note that year after year Bitdice only keeps on improving from redesigning their website, to live support and awesome contests they have literally become everyone’s favourite gambling site. Also their rainbot is fun to interact with, so do make sure you visit him and interact with him.
6013  Economy / Economics / Re: Time for investment on: April 23, 2019, 03:55:09 AM
The price of Bitcoin this month has also increased for me Bitcoin also provides a positive opportunity to get a lot of profits, because now for me it's also the right time to invest.

Hey if you had brought bitcoins at lower levels surely you’re in profits now, but I would advise you to hodl as bitcoins is most likely to shoot up now. I also feel you should keep on buying bitcoins at every dips, and even now is a good time to add in case prices shoot up you’ll be in profits. Also I would advise you to buy in small quantities so you get a average over a period of time, buying bitcoins in one go is not a good idea.
6014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling securely and sensibly online on: April 22, 2019, 04:58:50 PM
If i feel my bad habits before will appear again i will distance myself from gambling until i feel like im fine again, although there are times i gamble for fun the devil inside me tells me to deposit and bet more, so i think the best way to not get addicted is stop playing for a bit until you feel your fine.

Hey the word we gamblers forget is mindfulness if we control our mind, we can control our feelings and then we can control the way we wish to bet. I feel every gambler should practice mindfulness, as this shall help him control his urge to gamble wildly and avoid making looses. Also in my case I used to lock my funds with my friends, and families till I learnt to practice mindfulness and now I can control myself.
6015  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with your Parents on: April 22, 2019, 12:51:28 PM
Gambling with your parents might be the unusual bonding of the family but I was able to experience this one before.

In my place, you can gamble on the wake which is normal and a form of sympathy. I was young that time and my dad was playing on the other table called "Mahjong", my Mom was playing "Bingo", and I'm playing card game (Tong-its) that time and it looks like my whole family are playing and aiming to win some money

When I grew up, gambling becomes our source of happiness but suddenly becomes our worst enemy because honestly my parents got separated because of gambling and until now they blame the addiction of my dad. I'm old enough now to realize that was a biggest mistake of my family, to let that addiction ruin our family. I promise to myself not to be like my dad, I will not expose my kids into gambling.

Will you do the same mistakes of my family or you will keep your kids or even yourself away from gambling?

Hey I’ll be honest with you that indeed was an unusual way to bond with a family, however I don’t blame gambling or your parents for the separation if their love was strong they would not have separated. I have often seen that people like to pour the blame on gambling, without looking inside and finding their own faults. Also as for your question initially no I won’t let my kids gamble, but when they grow up I’ll respect their choices and trust that they’ll gamble responsibly.
6016  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Your stupidity is opportunity for scammers! on: April 22, 2019, 10:46:19 AM
I'm seeing a lot of new scam bots on Twitter lately. They're promoting a new trading bot or something like that. Anything that sounds too good to be true is a scam by default.

Hey we’re living in the world of automated technology where scammers are not only getting smarter, but they’re effectively making good use of technology to scam us. I believe in a simple rule anything related to crypto I see online is fake, unless they can prove it otherwise. Also one should use common sense when they see such offers, and avoid it unless it’s proven here to be safe and genuine.
6017  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the economic growth of Bitcoin will show a positive impact in upcoming days on: April 22, 2019, 06:56:15 AM
Hey
We all know how essential it is for the audience to follow the stars they love, not only that they usually have the power over a lot of population given how commercial companies die to hire them , well we have a good news * Serena Williams just revealed her list of the compani that she was investing in and one of them list was related to the cryptocurrency*

What we can infer from here is * even Superstars are actively involved in the cryptocurrencies and now they are opening up about it , this is going to influence the price positively for sure, what do you think ?

Hey sports stars have a major audiences they’re also know as influential people who can make or break a brand. I didn’t read this news but I’m glad an atlethe like her is supporting crypto’s, it’ll be interesting to see if she’ll make a statement urging people to buy crypto’s. Also as we’re taking baby steps towards the bull run I feel many celebrities shall own up about investing in crypto’s which shall definitely boost crypto market prices.
6018  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Multiple Bomb blasts in Srilanka - churches and hotel. on: April 22, 2019, 02:33:28 AM
That's unfortunate incident in Srilanka. May our good God give them the fortitude to bear the lost. Why on Easter day? the doers are the haters of the body of Christ, they cannot silent the body of Christ, Christ died and rose again, which today is the remembrance day. They will not escape the wroth of God upon the innocent souls they have just wasted.

Hey indeed it’s a unfortunate incident that has happened in Srilanka, just last year I was there where the blasts took place and I have to say the locals are really nice people. I had suspected it and now it’s confirmed it was a local terrorist organisation, they were behind this cowardly act. Also there was a warning just 10 days ago about the attack on churches, which was blatantly ignored by their officials they too should be held accountable for this mass murder. My prayers are with the dead and the victims families, I hope they find the strength to move on and resume their lives.
6019  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Minimum wage salary from real job compare to crypto earning which is better? on: April 21, 2019, 05:14:59 PM
This will depend on lots of factor including the cost of living in your country. For example if you are living in a third world country and pays around $1-2 rate per hour of work, you could earn in crypto much higher than what you can get when working IRL but if you are living in a first world country I think your IRL job will give you much higher amount of money from crypto, and this will also depends if you have skills to sell.

Hey it depends on lots of factors one has been stated above i.e. your location and how much income you need to meet your daily income. I would then suggest you to list down your goals, and see how much do you need in the short and long term to reach there. Also in my personal opinion you’ll be able to earn more in crypto’s than your real job all it requires is planning for the long term.
6020  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 21, 2019, 02:54:51 PM
^ ^  Makes me wonder if staying with Mou would've been better.  I bet Mou is smiling right now if he was watching this.  Cheesy

Woodward should have stayed the course and continued plotting on acquiring Poch.  IMHO.

Pogba, DDG, Lukaku are def looking to get out this summer.  Maybe Rash (did he sign a new contract?) too...  Sorry Martial (just signed a new contract, it was either him going or Mou at one point.  LMAO), you're stuck.  ROFL.

Hey is it too early to say sack Ole or bring back Mourinho he can restore the balance, I’ll agree with you he will be very happy seeing Manchester United failing. I said it before it was a big mistake giving Ole the head coach title so soon his honeymoon period is over, and I feel Manchester United next season seems doomed. Also it’s pertinent to note that had Mourinho got Persic, and a defender this season things would have been different I feel Ed will definitely regret his decision of making Ole the coach of Manchester United.
