Most people think that counting cards is memorizing the order they are in and exactly what has been played/still need to be played. This is not true. To count cards you need to remember 3 basic rules:
10+: -1 7-9: 0 2-6: +1
That's it. When a deck is shuffled, the count is 0. For every card that is played, add the cards value (-1, 0, +1) to the count. For example if a jack is played, -1 from the count, or if a 2 is played, add 1 to the count. when a decks count is very high, it means there are many more high cards left in the deck which makes it more likely for the house to bust.
So how hard is it to go: 0+1=1 1+1 =2 2+1=3 3+0=3 3+1=4 4-1=3 3-+1=4
Edit: This is applicable to blackjack. I'm not 100% certain how it works for poker, but I'd assume it works something similar.
nice explanation mate simpler than youtube tutorials lol its applicable to online bitcoin casinos too right ? I know about it irl it works That is a great explanation for real world casinos but is not applicable to a majority of web games. Online casinos work with random number generators and the house edge is hard coded into the game at some stage - long term you will lose, short term you might gain.

Sounds like a journalist getting a bit overzealous with a story. Banks run and maintain their own networking systems, by court order those accounts can be seized manually but they are otherwise safe from outside interference. There is no way to drain peoples bank accounts with some special magical voodoo device. The tech involved may scan for things like bitcoin wallets or credit card dumps.

Yeah, you should really upload photos of the coins and I hope they're not the super cheap tacky ones selling on ebay for a couple bucks from China.

Just reading your opening post, it looks like you've devoted the majority of your time to writing the marketing pitch to raise money and expect the actual profit earning business to pop up along the way. Many crowd sourced money raisers like this have collapsed at various stages and your lack of vision beyond a large pile of cash is naive. Explain a well thought out business plan of how you will get a return on peoples investment.

Why would we pull out of NATO? NATO requires any member state that is under attack to be supported by all other NATO states. I guess you love Corbyn too and his idea to get rid of our nuclear arsenal. NATO defends against conventional warfare, nuclear defends against absolute war.

There are no "tricks" to winning dice games, it is a mathematical calculation done by the casino. Each casino will calculate the win rate in a variety of ways, but will never let the collective player base win long term - that would mean constant losses and these companies aren't charities. They entice you to play until your money is all gone, then you reload and waste even more.

Not that I would want to encourage account trading in any form, but your estimate of the accounts worth is way off. There is someone trying to shift one with a BIN price of 0.70 in the actions section. The way it's worded means you are basically selling the account for a vastly over inflated price. The price of bitcoin has moved greatly in recent weeks so previous comparisons are difficult.

A lot of people selling these gift codes have used stolen credit cards in the past, do you have any way to assure buyers that this isn't the source of funds? Where did you get them?

It is a rocky year, and I wonder if these people living the height of luxury could ever have full control of events like the refugee crisis, Russia aggression, the British vote to leave. It's likely just a conference surrounded by extravagance, the only concern are the media organisations there who buy into their agenda from the very top.

LOL
funny
do people actually fall for these ?
Unfortunately account trading is allowed on this forum, so others can trade on a reputation acquired by someone else. This makes the exchanges and other places less trustworthy, but it's hard to stop scammers outright.

Could you give a bit of background as to why he thinks WAVES is a scam? Just hearing one persons, apparently biased, opinion on the matter is hard to build a discussion around. Surely being in the scam accusation board might be more appropriate. He'll probably jump ship when the going gets tough at LISK

Why would you sell a paypal account unless it's a hacked account? People can do all sorts of fraud and money laundering through the account, so if it is your account, you will be responsible.

Are you going to refund people or provide a new MSDN account when they inevitably get banned because it's against Microsoft terms to trade them?

Glad to see they credited at least one person in an attempt to make it right. It's awful to see a phishing link found it's way on to their homepage though. Not surprised though - their website was suffering problems the other week and throwing out all sorts of errors. An error being displayed on a casino website is a big no-no as it can expose all sorts of information which allow attackers in. Pretty sure some part of it was on the Joomla content management system - which is fine but opens you up to mass market exploits.

What's more surprising is that they contacted me, asking for a reason to the negative trust that I left earlier, instead of addressing their concerned traders. Reason of negative trust?
Since the issue is resolved I left a neutral trust to make everyone aware of their shady practices. Im curious, why after being inactive since November last year you decided to come back and start off by giving someone negative rep? They might not be the most reliable exchange, but plenty of people use them with no problems.

It's up to minerjones of course, but BitcoinPenny should of won this auction really. Bid increments are multiples of 0.01 - the bid of 0.541 is the same as bidding 0.54. I only say this because I tried the same tactic in a different auction I don't see "multiples" in this auction, only increments, which is different. Well if you are working to the word of the rules, all bids that didn't increment by 0.01 are invalid - which is clearly not the intention in an auction. Bidding an unsupported increment would make your bid equally invalid.
