There are many theories with this recent transaction. It can be a huge and popular institution and they just remained silent. It can be their own exchange address too and they just transferred some of their funds. Whatever happened to this, I don't care because I don't see any benefit from me with what happened.

Toda forma de lastro é bem vinda, mas a real aplicação desse lastro é que causa o grande problema. Não adianta dizer que vai fazer isso ou aquilo e no fim não entrega nada, e é isso o que ocorre em boa parte dos projetos que prometem lastro

Eu nao deposito nem um satoshi. Vao se lascar eles e o audit feito pela EY, o que vale aqui no ambiente è histórico limpo e suporte excelente e prestativo. Por mim, mesmo se devolverem o dinheiro de TODOS, corretamente, será somente uma obrigação, e a novela toda que fizeram perdeu toda a credibilidade comigo, eu nunca conseguirei colocar 1 mísero satoshi novamente na empresa, sinceramente foi uma das maiores dores de cabeça que já vi aqui com as criptomoedas |

- Se voce operar em exchange brasileira todas as transações serão informadas automaticamente independente de valor.....
- operações realizadas por brasileiros em exchanges no exterior, ou p2p, terão que ser reportadas pelos próprios clientes sempre que o valor mensal movimentado ultrapassar R$30 mil.
Essa soma dos 30 mil considera quaisquer das operações com criptoativos a seguir:
I - compra e venda;
II - permuta;
III - doação;
IV - transferência de criptoativo para a exchange;
V - retirada de criptoativo da exchange;
VI - cessão temporária (aluguel);
VII - dação em pagamento;
VIII - emissão; e
IX - outras operações que impliquem em transferência de criptoativos.

Eu vi em uns dois sites diferentes que todos usuários de criptomoedas terão que declarar qualquer movimentação, mesmo que seja abaixo daqueles 30mil que estavam previstos
Isso está correto mesmo? Tenho que declarar todas minhas criptos de todas wallets e exchanges, mesmo que seja abaixo de 30 mil?
Eu juro que estava entendendo uma coisa e de repente leio essas notícias e fiquei muito confuso
Se não me engano falar que você tem é obrigatório, qualquer que seja a quantia, como se fosse um bem. A partir de 30 mil você tem que declarar as movimentações que você fez, como qualquer trade em uma exchange. Acima de 35 mil você paga imposto sobre isso. Se não estou enganado são esses os casos. Caramba, vou esperar mais algumas respostas pra ver se alguém possa ter entendido melhor rs O problema é que eu não declaro IR pois meus ganhos são menores do que o estabelecido por lei para ser isento de IR Minhas criptos não valem tanto assim |
